Sterling Sands ist eine atemberaubende, direkt am Meer Hotel im Herzen von Destin, mit einem der Gegend zu den größten und am wenigsten überfüllten Strand Fronten. Es gibt keine Straßen zu überqueren und der Pool ist auch Golf vorne, so dass Sie die schönen, atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf am Pool und entspannen genießen können. Die gesamte Wohnung ist renoviert! Die Wohnung hat die Hartholz-Fliesen überall und mit neuer Farbe. Es ist mit beruhigenden Blauen und Bräunen an der Küste, neuen Möbeln, Lampen, Bettzeug und Accessoires dekoriert. Die Küche ist aus Granit und alle neuen Edelstahl-Geräte. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Keurig. Sie können die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer genießen, während im Wohnzimmer, Küchentisch sitzen, oder während Sie Ihre Mahlzeit in der voll ausgestattete Küche vor!

Einheit 211 bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, einem vollen Etagenbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer und einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Master verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm. Beide Bäder haben neue Eitelkeiten mit Granit und neue Fliesenböden. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Jacuzzi-Wanne.

Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich in voller Größe im Frontlader. Wir verwenden einen Zugangscode Tür, so gibt es keine Probleme mit mit Schlüsseln Schritt zu halten. Kostenloser WiFi ist mit Ihrem Aufenthalt inbegriffen. Zu dieser Einheit gehört auch ein ausgewiesener überdachter Parkplatz in der Garage! Sie können Kajaks und Paddelboards mieten.

Sterling Sands ist in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und direkt an den Zucker weißen Sandstrand von Destin Beach. Der Balkon ist der perfekte Ort, um zu sehen, Delphine! Das Back Porch Restaurant ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Perfect Vacation Spot!

This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and pool! It is beautifully decorated with costal vibes. The owner was awesome and so easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! You can definitely tell the owner cares about you and the property. We did have some concerns with the cleanliness of the condo, but we were informed that the condo had been mistreated prior to our arrival. Besides that we uad a great time and definitely reccomend this property, it is beautiful!!wothbut wr wrte informed

Awesome Stay

First time at this property & it was great. The location & amenities are the best on the beach. It has a wonderful ocean front view with private beach. Sterling Sands is the only one with a heated pool. The people were very friendly & the host was very kind, helpful & very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this unit to anyone.

The most wonderful owner on VRBO - Stacey!

We missed our first night due to the impending Hurricaine Milton in FLorida. On what was to be day 2 of our stay - we decided to evacuate and take advantage of the rest of the vacation we had already paid for, since Milton was coming right toward us. The unit was beautiful and clean! And then there's Stacey the owner - I dont have enough room to tell you how great she is. Knowing we were very concerned about the hurricaine, she made every effort to reach out and make sure everythig was ok and that WE were ok. The other person deserving priase is Elizabeth in the office - again, anything we needed she was on it! I will rent this unit again, and again. THe beach is beautiful and the building is well kept - the pool is beautiful. Not staying anywhere else in Destin!!! This is it!

Exactly like the photos!

This booking was extremely easy and convenient! Very convenient location to lots of local restaurants and shops, as well as the condo itself was conveniently located near the elevator and parking spot. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect to unwind and relax. The pool/hot tub area was very nice as well to relax after a day at the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a very nice touch, it made it hard for us to want to leave the gorgeous beach! Our host was very friendly and responsive which put us at ease in case we may have any questions during our stay. It was overall a very relaxing and chill vacation and we will definitely be booking again for future vacations!!

Convenient location.

We enjoyed the covered parking and the beach chair service that were included with this condo. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The only improvements that could make it better are new mattresses and pillows.

Beautiful Location

First time in Destin and first time using VRBO. Location was great, lots of activities close by, easy check in and perfect parking in the garage. The condo does need a little tlc though. The mattresses were well worn, the main shower was a challenge to get into and the shower heads almost took my skin off. It also would not be amiss to have extra paper products in the bathrooms.

Well kept, Beautiful, Updated. Perfect location

The pictures are 100% accurate. A VERY clean well kept unit (211). Great view and the entire property was so clean and maintained very well. So convenient to get to the pool and beach - great perk having chairs and umbrella as well. I don't think you can beat the location either. Less than 10 minutes from the best restaurants (Boshamps, McGuires, The Back Porch, and Lulu's). The ease of getting around was amazing. Great balcony where we had coffee every morning enjoying the view of the beach and pool. The private stretch of the beach was also pristine, well kept, and CLEAN!! We would love to stay here again. This property just had everything going for it . The owner was also super responsive, and easy to work with. Entering and exiting the property was also a breeze -- not to mention the great parking spot in the garage so close to the stairs and elevator and pool/beach entrance. Oh! and it was so quiet too...Hands down the BEST property I've ever stayed at.

Beautiful views and very convenient location

Our family loved the beachfront view and the ease of access. The pool and hot tub were great. The condo was located close to the grocery stores and walking distance from restaurants (The Back Porch was awesome) and several souvenir shops and we also took advantage of the grills in the common area and stopped by Blalocks Seafood Market which was very close also for some fresh shrimp to grill. We had a blast and looking forward to our next stay. We planned on walking to Big Kahunas…but that will have to wait until next time as we spent all our time at the beach or the pool. The balcony was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise too.

Great spot

The condo was beautiful and well taken care of, the location was great and it was wonderful to be right on the beach. Check-in process was easy and we had no issues with our stay. The only constructive criticism I have is the temperature of the pool. The pool water was hot, and the hot tub was unbearable. After a long day at the beach, a cold pool to cool off in is great. However, I understand it’s on the beach and the sun heats the water considerably, and I don’t have experience taking care of pools so maybe it’s inevitable that the water reaches that temperature at this time of the year (July). Other than that very minor criticism, everything was incredible. Highly recommend the condo!

Nice condo in a Low traffic complex

Condo was as described in listing. Stacey was quick to respond to an issue we had the first day. Lower rise complex with less units made for quick access to elevators and being on the second floor made it easy to use stairs as well (2 flights to Ground floor to access pool & beach). Property was well maintained. Gym was quite small but well maintained and served the purpose for a quick workout during vacation. Gate codes to beach and pool and onsite security ensured access only to those staying at the complex. We used the grills twice and they were in good condition and situated where you can see the ocean and feel the breeze while cooking. Parking was easy in the assigned spot that is perfectly located at the garage entrance. Balcony was larger than most and enough for all 4 of our family to sit. Kitchen had everything needed. A few things that could be improved: Check in process. While wasn’t a big deal, I’d rather not have to visit the office to get park pass and pool wristbands. All other places I’ve stayed had these ready and waiting in the condo upon arrival. Shower/tubs were skipped in the renovation of the condo. They were functional: clean, good water pressure, and drained well. However they are old and discolored. Would love to see these tiled with glass doors instead of gross shower curtains. Curtains in the bedrooms are sheer and allow the hallway lights in all night. Need thicker curtains or a blackout liner applied to existing curtain.

211 is as described (beautiful) and Stacey was wonderful to work with and very accomodating! Condo was meticulous, had a stunning view, easy access to everything, and the beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk! We enjoyed everything about our trip and the property. Great condo

Overall, this was a great place to stay and Stacey was a great host. I would definitely stay here again. There were a few minor things that housekeeping could have done better (like the front load washer seal needed cleaning which I did myself before using), but nothing too bad. The condo requires a separate fee of $15 per person for wristbands, which I don't think was listed when I booked but has since been updated. I'm not sure if this is standard with other condos as well. The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated with a great view of the pool and the ocean. Stacey was pretty responsive when I messaged her. I loved that this condo came with a covered parking place and 2 beach chairs and we thought this was probably the best stretch of beach too.

Mattresses in both bedrooms were uncomfortable, probably old, no cushion support at all. Bath tub in master bath needed to be cleaned better, I wiped it down myself; possibly needs replaced because it has stains leading to assumption it’s rather old. Shower head in second bath needs replaced. Rest of condo very nice, stocked kitchen. Location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay despite some of the needed improvements.

We had a great stay. Listing for this condo is very accurate. It was perfect for my husband & I. If traveling with small children it would be a great condo, more than 2 adults maybe a little too crowded. The accessibility to beach & pool is perfect, the beach chair & umbrella service were so nice. Centrally located for getting around. Crab Island is a must if you have never been as also dine at Boshamps!! So good. A drive to down 30A is well worth it also. We never needed the host until the last day & she was very accommodating.

Comfortable condo with a beautiful view

This condo is great for small families. It was clean and nicely decorated throughout. Our family was instantly at ease and felt right at home. I especially liked the attention to often overlooked details: high-quality toilet paper and paper towels, every appliance and utensil needed, extra clothes hangers, and an abundance of blankets and towels. Being able to quickly watch Netflix or Disney+ because of the host’s family allowing visitors to use their login information was much appreciated. All facilities on site were clean and extra secure with ensuring those not staying at Sterling Sands weren’t able to access the pool, beach entrance, and fitness center. Parking was easy, especially with the assigned parking spot in the garage. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to assist.

Great location and view

Great location to get to all the things around town if it’s a rainy day or want to do something other than the beach. However, you don’t have to leave the condo with the great view, condo amenities, and beach chairs included. We were there for a cheer competition so loved having coffee on the balcony (there is both a coffee pot and keurig option) and afternoons on the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the Gulf and the endless white sand beach. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Stacy is a great host! There are many little extra touches. I have only positive things to say about our experience with VRBO. My only minor suggestion would be blackout shades in the master bedroom.

Great views

This property was very clean when we arrived. Easy parking. Perfect for two adults and the 2nd bedroom has full sized bunk beds. A family of 4 would be comfortable.

We have 2 children and have been making trips to Destin for 17 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
