Wohnzimmer verfügt über 60 "Flachbild-TV mit schönen Rock Kamin. 8-10 Morgen geöffnet und die verbleibenden Wälder. Eigentum ist direkt am Caney Fork River und hat auch Meilen von Wegen. Viele Tiere. Mittel-A / C, Kamin. Königin im Master, Etagenbetten im 2. BD Queen / Tall Twin. Wohnzimmer hat ein Futon. Das Eigentum ist sehr privat und befindet sich auf einer Sackgasse. Located on 185 acres. Very quiet & secluded adjacent to the Caney Fork River. There is a large house close to the property that can hold a rather large group of people. We were there prior to the Thanksgiving holiday & it was very peaceful until the night before Thanksgiving. 5 car loads of people. Smuch

Beautiful and clean place to relax by the river

Very beautiful property. We had the best time going down to the rock bar to fish and swim in the Caney Fork. We loved building a fire at night, looking at stars, and telling ghost stories. Having a grill and a place to keep our boat was great. One of the cleanest and most well-stocked places I’ve ever stayed in from vrbo. The owner Bill and groundskeeper Terry were very helpful with everything we needed.

Quiet getaway in nature

A beautiful property with lots of privacy located on the river. The accommodations were clean and well stocked with everything you might need and very private. We especially liked being able to park our car in the barn, this made things much easier with our dogs. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs too! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

The place is quaint and perfect. We loved the whole farm and we absolutely be back. We loved how quiet the place was and the river behind the place. The only con, wish there were bigger pots in the kitchen.

The Good Life

This was the most excellent get away and it was much needed for my wife and me. The ranch provides everything you may need and a very clean stay. Very isolated and peaceful surroundings with nature, wildlife and the stars. The only people that we saw or heard during our stay was a few paddlers and Terry, who helps keep up the farm and very nice guy. The communication with Bill was very easy and responsive to anything we may have needed. We have been floating the Caney for many years and thankful to know that this place exists. We will be back!!!

Peaceful Relaxing Cabin

Wasn’t sure staying in a cabin in the winter was such a great idea when we saw that the weather forecast for a couple of the days we were staying was going to be quite cold, but the cabin was warm and cozy and very comfortable. Thankfully, the weather warmed up nicely before we left and we were able to enjoy some nice long walks. The property is very peaceful and beautiful. Our dog loved running and splashing in the water! The cabin is in a great location with restaurants and shopping as close as 15 minutes and, Bass Pro less than an hour away! :o) We’ve stayed in dozens of great vacation rentals across the country and Bill was likely the best host we have ever rented from!

Beautiful, scenic setting

My husband and I rented this property and brought our two dogs. It is located on the Caney Fork River and was a perfect spot for us. Reason Ranch has thought of everything that you would need to make your stay pleasant. The larger rental property is close, but we did not find it to be a problem. We went into Nashville one evening to listen to some good music. You are only an hour from the city. Terry who helps manage the property, stopped by to see if we needed anything. We felt like we made a new friend. Great guy! We would definitely come back here for another stay.

The perfect getaway!

The instructions for getting there and getting in were spot on. The property was neatly mowed even mowed trails to the river which is right at the bottom and absolutely beautiful! The cabin was so neat and clean and decorated perfectly! Everything was perfect. Big thanks to Terry for the fishing tips and information. Sissy the cleaner does an amazing job. And a big thank you to Bill Reason for renting the property and making it possible for me to stay at a little spot of heaven in my opinion! VBRO#1

A great place for weekend getaways and time away from daily life. There is another larger house also located on the property not far from this one so beware of you're looking for seclusion but other than that it's a great place and the owner is very accommodating and friendly!

I have 4 lovely children and a wonderful wife. I am originally from New Orleans however I have lived in Chattanooga TN and call it home. I purchased this farm as a retirement place and my family and i love spending time there. I own a sign company called Professional Sign Service and a lighting company called Certified Lighting.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

20 years ago or so i had a friend bring me on a fishing trip to this part of Tennessee. Over the next several years i visited the area many times and made some new friends. I think this part of the country is absolutly beautiful and the rivers are fantastic. I decided to buy some land on the river and i found this property and love it. I have done lots of work to the property including miles of trails, barn and a very comfortible living space.

Everyone that comes falls in love with my place and i so enjoy sharing it with others. it is very private and the scenery. The Caney Fork river is beautiful at this spot and with the ability to easily get access to it and the large rock bar is a great attraction. The talk along the river through the trees is so special and it has created a cool canopy shade from the sun.
