Wunderschön renoviert und wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ist diese Wohnung im ersten Stock wirklich fabelhaft. Nahe dem Rand eines Steilufers mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Pazifik bietet diese Wohnung auch einen spektakulären Blick auf Bali Hai, das Wahrzeichen der Nordküste, das im "Südpazifik" berühmt wurde.

Die geräumige Veranda ist sehr einladend. Lehnen Sie sich einfach zurück, entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie das wunderschöne Panorama, während die tropische Brise Sie sanft streichelt. Hier können Sie zu jeder Zeit eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein kühles Getränk zu sich nehmen und natürlich bei Sonnenuntergang die verschiedenen Farbtöne des Himmels genießen. Viele Fenster bringen diese sensationelle Kulisse auch ins Haus.

Ein Teleskop wurde nachdenklich zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Fernsicht zu verbessern und die Gelegenheit zu bieten, gelegentlich vorbeifahrende Boote sowie Kauais Meereslebewesen aus nächster Nähe zu beobachten. Häufig kann man spielerische Delfine vor der Küste "vorführen" sehen. Im Winter besuchen riesige Buckelwale die Hawaii-Inseln von Alaska aus, um Besucher und Kama'aina gleichermaßen zu erfreuen.

The locations is amazing. The view is stunning. The condo is very spacious. We snorkeled at Hideaways beach, surfed Hanalei beach, hiked, explored, and relaxed. The coffee and view from 1Hotel next door is very good.

Amazing location!!

The property was ideal for our family of 4. It was located right in a very quiet area and at the end on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Best part, sunrise AND sunset views so spectacular that guests from the other surrounding units would come over to enjoy the views with us. Very highly recommend this to anyone seeking to be in the Princeville area!

Gorgeous Views in Princeville

This condo has it all. A/C, washer, dryer, and all accessories, appliances…plus, being a corner unit, there is a panoramic view of Mount Makana (Bali Hai) out the back, and Pali Ke Kua from the kitchen and eating nook. Walking distance from 1 Hotel Hanalei, as well as Hanalei Bay Resort. Near great restaurants, and above Hideaways Beach. Wonderful location in Princeville!

Fantastic location and condo layout

Aside from the potential difficulties for some individuals of 30 stair-steps (6 up, 24 down to go from the parking lot to the front door), this is a very nice condominium with stunning, unobstructed sunset views from the living room & lanai and great northern views from the dining room for whale watching. It was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing, with the wonderful benefit of being visited by three to five Nenes every day!

North Shore Kauai - Princeville

The pictures online don't do the size of the condo justice. I loved the layout of this unit. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 4 to stretch out and not be on top of one another. The 180 degree views of the ocean are amazing and we spent every night enjoying the sunsets. Proximity to the Princeville Resort could not be beat. We enjoyed the short walk over to the resort to patronize the lobby bar with its unbelievable views of Hanalei Bay. Will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Kauai. Note: Only problem we ran into was the electric grill on the lanai did not work (kept tripping the GFCI outlet). Was not a big deal for us since the kitchen has high end Wolfe appliances which were a pleasure to use.

The only negative would be the amount of stairs leading to and from the unit, so if there are mobility issues, this is not for you as there are no elevators.

The location was everything we wanted. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Being able to sit outside and hear, smell, and see the ocean was incredible. Every window had a view. A few steps to the trail for Hideaways beach was the cherry on top. Can't say enough good things.

Amazing Views but in need of work

I rented the unit for the views and it didn't disappoint! Beda were comfortable and the shower is awesome. The kitchen looks to be newly updated and it was nice to cook meals in. The problem arose with the overall condition, cleanliness and lack of repair. Almost all the windows have tears in the screen, the screens don't close correctly which leaves gaps so there are flies, gnats, ants and roaches no matter how clean we were. The first day I had to vacuum because when we checked in there were cobwebs and dead bugs. Empty wine bottles in cupboards, etc. The closets are almost unusable because they are filled with junk. Same with several kitchen cupboards. Overall we loved the view and kitchen. But disappointed with the rest.
