In der exklusiven und sicheren Wohnanlage von Judith's Fancy gelegen, ist es nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Christiansted, dem Zentrum der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und historischen Gebäuden. Judith's Fancy hat mehr als 300 Hektar entlang der Küste und grenzt an eine seltene biolumineszente Bucht. Es ist nur durch 24 Stunden bewachtes Tor zugänglich. Judith's Fancy gilt als eines der sichersten Viertel in den USA. Jungferninseln.

Neu innen und außen renoviert, mit stilvollen und komfortablen Möbeln! Genießen Sie unsere 3-Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bad Zuflucht mit neuen Geräten, einschließlich einer kompletten Wäscherei.

Drei Schlafzimmer mit allen neuen Bettwäsche und Matratzen. Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist en-suite, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, A / C, 46 "Flachbild-TV und Queensize-Bett. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Queensize-Bett in einem und zwei Einzelbetten (umwandeln in ein Kingsize-Bett) in der anderen.

Home-away from home

The property was comfortable with breathtaking views. The house was perfect for our trip with our friends. We had plenty of space, the pool was perfect for the hot days and evenings after our adventures, the trade winds really made it feel cooler than it was. There was a power blip right before we arrived that fried the ac unit but Dan and Fran were wonderful in communicating to us and their property manager Mario was able to bring a portable unit in for the really humid days. They treated us like family and were absolutely wonderful. The house will hold amazing memories for us and our friends and we can't wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and making such wonderful memories.

Vacation Paradise

Dan and Frans home was perfect for my family of 4. Young adult children are not easily entertained and the home and Island in general kept us busy. It was so nice coming home to a beautiful house in the hills of Judiths Fancy. The pool was so refreshing after a day in town or at the beach. The house was so well stocked, especially the kitchen. We highly recommend their house and would definitely consider coming back to the same house. This was our first time to St Croix and to have a home base that was so comfortable was a real joy. Beautiful Location

The view is spectacular and if you are looking for plenty of room for a family and peace and quiet this is the perfect location. Host was very attentive to any questions that we had about the property. Loved having the pool right outside our doorstep to cool off after hot days in the sun. The tradewinds were really nice at the beginning of our stay, but towards the later part of the week we definitely noticed that the weather pattern was shifting on the island to the normal heat of the summer. Would definitely have preferred AC in all the bedrooms but we made the best of that situation and fortunately the large fans the home has helped tremendously. Location was great and we could go from side of the island to the other in about 40 minutes depending on traffic. Loved our stay in St. Croix. I would love to visit again during slightly cooler weather.

Breathe taken location in paradise!

Welcoming Home

This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and welcoming. The large patio doors to the deck allow cool winds to blow through the house thus adding to the experience. The familiarity of the home enhances the experience. St Croix heavenly hideaway

The property was 5 star and dealing with the hosts Dan and Fran was a joy. Made us feel like family not just renters. The view is spectacular the master bed was waay to comfortable and the kitchen a dream to cook and serve for a family of 5. But vacation means being outside and we couldn't have asked for better. Private pool right outside the door. Lots of comfortable seating and an experience to wake up to coffee on the deck. Thank you Dan and Fran hope to be back again.

Beautiful ocean view

This home was absolutely lovely. The rooms were a good size and the master bedroom was huge! The kitchen had great counter space and the pantry was very well stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. The best part of this home was all the outdoor living space. We spent so much time out on the deck, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful ocean view, and ate many dinners outside. And let's not forget about the fabulous pool! This home was perfect for our family getaway and we would 100% stay here again if available.

Beautiful Home with a view

Wonderful home sitting up on a hill with a spectacular view! So nice to have all the little things taken care of. Huge master bedroom is so nice and really enjoyed the AC unit in this space. The other two bedroom are good size and have lots of space also. Private pool with plenty of chairs to relax in after a day on the beach. Great host. Great house. Amazing view!

We were in St Croix 2 weeks with our 3 kids (3/8/9). We stayed at Dan and Frans for our second full week and at the end we didn’t want to leave! Dan was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. The house was clean and worked great for our family. The pool and deck were amazing and location and neighborhood perfect to get anywhere on the island in less than 25 mins. We caught every beautiful sunrise on the awesome deck. View was amazing!! All of Your Vacation Dreams Come True

Dan and Fran should be leaders in the world of Vacation Rentals. No review I give would do them or their home justice. They have streamlined the hosting process so well that we felt like family immediately. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The sunrises and sunsets were my absolute favorite things to enjoy on their wonderful deck. The views, the breeze, and the pool were all amazing. The guest books in the home were informative and hysterically cheeky (Dan & Fran’s sense of humor are the stars of the book). This home will always be know as our transition home from the mainland as we became Cruzans while vacationing in Dan and Fran’s home. Tropical paradise

We have been to St. Croix twice before but this was our first time staying in Fran and Dan's beautiful home. When we pulled up to the house, the views took our breath away. The location is just about mid island so it's an easy ride everywhere we wanted to go....just about 20 minutes to all of our destinations. During our stay, Dan checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and boy did we. We didn't do much cooking at home because we wanted to enjoy the islands delicious restaurants but when we did, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The whole house was very comfortable as well, including the beds and all of the seating. We traveled with our parents and kids and everyone was comfortable including my father who has some mobility issues. No steps into or out of the home or shower etc which Dan shared with us ahead of time which made my father's trip that much more enjoyable. The pool and covered veranda, on the back deck, were our favorite evening spots to enjoy the wonderful breezes and to jump into the pool to cool off after a hot day. While on island, we loved our fishing excursion with captain Ryan from Lioness Fishing, the beach at Buccanear, crab races at Brew STX and caribbean night at the Deep End. The staff and food at the Landing at Cane Bay as well as bingo at Off the Wall made our trip complete. When we return to St. Croix, which we are already planning, we will be reaching out to Fran and Dan again!

Beyond Exceptional Experience!!

This was by far our best rental experience ever. The property is all around beautiful - the views are nothing like we’ve experienced - picture’s don’t do it justice. We took full advantage of the outdoor spaces, the back deck has very nice patio furniture and a table, the pool area has several comfortable loungers but our favorite was the daybed. There are constant breezes outside and you can hear the ocean which made for very relaxing days and nights. We felt completely safe with our children in the neighborhood- it is very quiet and peaceful. The location of the house is centrally located on the island and was perfect for exploring all the different directions. The house is very well stocked especially in the kitchen and lots of books available to read as well as some different board games. There are fans everywhere which helped keep the air moving when it was warmer and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very much appreciated while sleeping. The hosts were great with communication, we received a detailed welcome letter before arriving and there is a book of information in the house that answers all the questions you might have. When I did reach out I always received a quick reply. You will not regret booking this home, there is a reason there are so many good reviews - we would definitely stay again. There is a grocery store not far from the house, Foodmart, that was very nice and we visited on a few occasions. Our favorite restaurants that weren’t too far were La Reine’s Chicken Shack (a MUST!), The Landing at Cane Bay, and Shupe’s on the boardwalk in Christiansted. We also thoroughly enjoyed the bioluminescent kayak tour with Virgin Kayaks and our first ever snorkeling adventure with Big Beards at Buck Island. Thank you so much Dan and Fran for sharing your beautiful home, it was comforting having a nice home in a safe neighborhood to stay on our first trip to the island.

Beautiful property in Judith's Fancy on St Croix

This was our 4th time to St Croix. We have stayed on the East side the past 3 times. We wanted to experience a different part of the island since we are planning on moving to St Croix when we retire. The neighborhood has a security gate which has a guard 24 hours. The property is on the side of a hill and has a beautiful view to the east including buck island. The house is well appointed. There is a nice sized pool to cool off and float around if desired. The AC in the master is nice to use on the hot humid summer nights. As usual, the power is iffy on the island and rolling blackouts were ofter and lasted between 2-4 hours. The generator in the house was not operable for the first 4 days, but the maintenance man was able to get it working. The owners were very easy to deal with for any problems. We found the beach in the neighborhood to be a little too rocky and rough for a swim but would be good for surfing. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. There were several nice places to eat and get a drink. Our favorite was Blues Backyard Barbecue which was right down the road about a mile from the gate. Great food, music and drinks. The owners were fabulous. Our other 2 favorites on the island are Castaways and Ziggys, both on the east end. While on the island you must go to Cruzan and the Domino Club in the rainforest to see the drinking pigs and a little Mama Wanna! We love Chenay Bay beach. We also found the beach in Fredericksted at Sand Castles on the Beach to be very nice. They do charge $10 but if you purchase food or a drink they reduce it to $5. Other nice beaches are Cane Bay and Buccaneer/Shoys. We had a wonderful fancy dinner at Zion Modern Kitchen and breakfast a couple of times at Toast, both in Christiansted. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our family cannot sing enough praises over this incredible home, but you have to also know how ideally located it is! Judith’s Fancy is THE place to be and this neighborhood is close to Christiansted and centrally located on the island of St. Croix. Our family (kids 15, 13, 12) is big on exploring and experiencing everything we can find on vacation- this trip included Buck Island, scuba diving Cane Bay, hiking out at point Udall, snorkeling and hanging out with turtles at the Fsted pier etc etc, but we all agree, hands-down, our favorite part of this vacation was this incredible home! There isn’t one thing we would change about it! In fact, we are hoping to return next year and bring my parents along. One specific feature I want to highlight is this pool. The way the house is situated the sun rises in front of the deck (what a glorious wake up call!), and by about 1:30PM the sun is moving behind the hill to the back of the house and so the pool begins to have shade starting with the back deck and then as the afternoon progresses the pool itself is in shade. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon chilling in this pool and oh the view! Note that Fran and Dan have thought of everything- fans in every room to add to the breeze- though the open windows draw a breeze through the home marvelously, plenty of pool/beach towels, we even discovered boogie boards we used down the street at Judith’s Fancy beach. This was the only spot on the island that had waves and so we made friends with the neighborhood surfers in the ams and pms when surf was best. I spent a lot of my early morning hours exploring this neighborhood and it is so thoughtfully laid out! Everybody has plenty of space but there aren’t fences anywhere and so it feels like a rolling hill, cozy neighborhood. Right on the other side of the street from this house you can walk down the street called Bacuba and watch the most amazing sunset! Then continue your walk down the road admiring Salt River Bay (and imagining all the pirate ships that took cover there during hurricanes! St. Croix has such a rich history of piracy!!) and eventually wind down to Caribe street - beach access- where you can step through to the beach and watch the finishing touches of light play on the clouds. Oh man, when can we go back? Our family loves exploring this beautiful world and I have to say this has been our favorite Vrbo yet!

Fabulous Property with Fabulous View

Our stay in Si Querida was great. The weather started off stormy, but as usual, St. Croix does not disappoint. Within a few days the storms cleared, and we were able to enjoy the island. Si Querida did not disappoint either; the view of Judith's Fancy was fabulous and made our morning coffee and sunrise the perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed reading the various books in the house and relaxing in the afternoon on the deck. Everything you need at the house...and in life...can be found here!

One of the best!

From the start to the end, Our host was great and responsive to questions and concerns. The local manager was also available for help and the house is as described and in a safe and easily accessible area. We were comfortable in the house and enjoyed the views tremendously especially as we relaxed at home to get ready for the next day’s adventure. We had a great time and will return and hope Dan and Fran will have us again as their guest. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

We came to this island in 2023 to visit friends. We immediately fell in love with the Island, the people, the activities, dining and especially this community. The very next year we came again with the express reason to purchase a part of this, America's Paradise.

Walking up the hill from the beach we were diverted into a driveway that sported the most wonderful view of the Caribbean and the enchanting Buck Island. Entering the house, we immediately realized that this fantastic place MUST be ours. We purchased it and set about to make it our own, sparing little expense to create a little slice of heaven in the tropics.

We are in a community on a peninsula surrounded by acres of shoreline, scenic hills, miles of lightly travelled private roads for hiking, and an entrance security gate with a 24/7 guard for your security. Once you lounge on our deck, listening to the waves caress the beach, you'll know paradise, as we do.
