Diese Wohnung ist die perfekte Wahl für Reisende, die gehen wollen alle Rom zu bieten hat. Es liegt an einer ruhigen gepflasterten Straße (Via dei Banchi Nuovi), die zu der Piazza Navona. Das historische Zentrum von Rom ist vor der Haustür! Es hat alles für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt erforderlich in Rom: WI-FI, A-C, Heizung, Geschirrspülmaschine, washingmashine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und ein privater Garten.

Die Wohnung ist setzt ein Gebäude des 18. Jahrhunderts nobiliar.
Organisiert auf zwei Etagen, die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein stilvollen Badezimmer, ein offenen Raum mit einem Queen-Size Bett, und ein zweiten Queen-Size-Bett auf dem Dachboden. Ein privater Garten steht Ihnen zur freien Verfügung.

Schönes und perfekt gelesenes Appartement

Wir haben die Wohnung nun zum zweiten Mal gemietet und es war wieder sehr schön! Perfekt für Besichtigungen, aber auch, um ins abendliche Rom einzutauchen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schönes und perfekt gelegenes Appartement

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung einen wunderbaren Rom-Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und liegt einfach fantastisch im historischen Zentrum in einer schönen Straße; viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch Lokale sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Für die Selbstverpflegung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist sie etwas dunkler als auf den Fotos; das ist aber gerade in der Reisezeit (wir waren im Oktober in Rom, durchgehend ca. 30 Grad und Sonne...) ein echter Vorteil, weil die Wohnung selbst mittags angenehm kühl ist (Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, war aber gar nicht nötig) und man gut schlafen kann (was auch an den bequemen Betten liegt). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!!!

Stylish, comfortable and tranquil oasis in the heart of historic Rome

This beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment was perfect for our week in Rome. My husband and I had a relaxed and romantic time, strolling the area and hanging out on the Piazzas in lovely weather. Enjoying the scenery and the incredible food and wine. The location is absolutely perfect. Our host arranged transportation between the airport and the apartment and our driver was very kind and dependable. Our son and his wife joined us for a few nights and we found it to be comfortable. The garden area is a tranquil and private space and the kitchen is really nice. High ceilings and quite spacious. We will be back!

Roman Adventure

Apartment was ideal for an active adventure in Rome. Modern and clean. Beautiful outdoor garden. Communication was great and check in was easy. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Rome. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint and charming with so much to do. Piazza Navona is beautiful. Easy walking distance to many iconic Sites and landmarks. We hope to return soon!

Excellent stay in heart of Rome

Beautiful apartment down a street with a lovely restaurant and coffee bar right outside. Everything was clean and had an easy check in process. I do recommend that the host get blinds for the upper window and door leading to the private terrace for more privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location but the patio is not the place to sit so don’t think that you are getting a place with an outdoor space. You will also have to have an internet connection to get in so you will need to buy a plan. I use WhatsApp and Wi-Fi when I travel which won’t work. Upstairs loft not usable

Charming apartment in a fun location

The apartment was very cute. The loft space is fun for teens/kids. Air conditioning worked great! There is a full kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer that was a nice way to store drinks and ice. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The back porch area was very cute, but it was just a bit too hot out for us to enjoy it. I will note that there are other neighbors you will be living amongst, so if you are a loud group (or have kids with a ton of energy) then this might not be the place for you. The check in/check out process was seamless, but I will note that the door to the apartment itself took me some time to get used to, but once you get the "feel" for it, it's not a big deal. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was really great, a few minutes walk to a grocery store, restaurants galore, and maybe 6 minutes to the Piazza Navona. I recommend this property!

Romantic apartment excellent location

Location was very close to many places we love but was quiet which was fantastic. The layout of the apartment is great, was clean and we really enjoyed it. Germana was helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and well located

This apartment is perfect for two people. It is well located for walking around Rome. The bathroom is small but has everything you might need, and the bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen with dining table and chairs is a good size, perfect for breakfast or for enjoying a glass of wine before going out for dinner.

Our stay was amazing. The apt location was fantastic. Close to everything. Bus stop was close by. The apartment was clean and well kept. Wonderful neighbourhood. One suggestion would be to add a toaster and a microwave to the amenities. There was a grocery close by and heating the prepared foods would have been easier with a microwave. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Unpleasant and Dirty apartment

I have been a long time user of VRBO but this was my first worst experience. The photos and description in the listing were misleading (apartment was filled with cobwebs, mold smell, gnats, dirty windows, outdoor furniture in "so called garden" was not usable, bathroom 2 was in outhouse and dirty). The shower faucets in the bathroom were temperamental constantly switching between scalding hot water to cold. The AC was not working. I had tried to communicate with the property manager and asked 3 questions the response I got was that " I am sorry but I am not able to assist you the whole day" - It was a long flight to get to Rome and did not appreciate unfriendly response. In the amenities listed there was no paper towels or soap for dishes provided. The dishes & utensils were not clean. It is very unsafe for families with younger kids as the staircase to the loft area had no guardrails. The listing does not mention about the "Rome city tax" it was after the second installment I was told there is additional city tax. Location is ok, but noisy apartment complex. It was certainly an unforgettable experience !

Charming apartment in fabulous location

Fantastic location, walkable to many tourist locations (for example, Pantheon and St. Peter’s Square each less than 15 minute walk). Apartment is well-kept and artistically decorated. Hostess was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Delightful Stay

Germana’s apartment is clean, comfortable and beautiful. We would have loved using the outdoor space at a warmer time of year. The location is excellent. Close to many sights and restaurants, it is a great base for exploring Rome on foot.

Great place, great location and a wonderful little garden area. Above all a large shower with a bathtub, not an easy thing to find in Rome. And a washer. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Dark and gloomy place in a great location

Contrary to the photoshopped photos you see on the Web, this place is quite dark and gloomy even when all lights are turned on. The upper level has a very low ceiling with beams. I'm 5'4" tall (163 cm) but still I hit my head few times. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is only one enormous pot without a matching lid. The stainless steel of the pot is so thin that it's impossible to boil spaghettis in it without a large fraction sticking to the bottom. All utensils are very cheap or lacking completely. You can't find four matching plates, only bowls. Central heating didn't work (January). The towel rack in the bathroom was also cold because it was connected to the same pipes. The check-in instructions said "Take the stairs to Floor 1" although the unit and the key box were located on the ground floor. The location is great, but you already know that.

Excellent location, Fabulous Neighborhood

The initial process was a bit different to get checked in with the electronic key. Once settled in was a great experience. Apartment is decorated very well, Top notch. The Neighborhood is conveniently located to all the sites. Restaurants in area are fantastic. A must eat at is this little place across and down from the apartment. Alfredo e Ada. They don't take reservations, but turnover is quick and the food/atmosphere is genuine Roman eatery. Another restaurant on the way to the Pantheon is Ristorante La Fiammetta Roma, Great Carbonara! In short Great Apartment, Nice Clean, Quiet , Secure. Location excellent and will give you a local Vibe. A shop over directly across from the Apartment was Charming. We chatted a while with her and she made an inciteful statement, "Rome is a Natural Museum" meaning you're staying in a City with a rich history. Sure you can go buy tickets to see the main sights, or just wander the streets and see the go to monuments and buildings. One thing I recommend is to see the local Churches where you can see sculptures and paintings by Caravaggio at "San Luigi dei Francesi" or a 14th century "Chiesa di Santa Maria della Pace" to see works by Raphael all within short walking distance. Just be sure to drop a donation in the collection box to help with the upkeep of these magnificent works. The bonus of visiting these locations is it's absent of all the crowds, its quiet and you can take a moment to site down and soak in the culture that is Rome.

Beautiful place-dream vacation

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The host was sweet and accommodating. The apt was as advertised. It was the BEST location of all the places we visited! Would rate higher than five stars if allowed!
