Dies ist ein luxuriöses Penthouse mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit spektakulärem 180-Grad-Blick auf die Akropolis und die Stadt. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Akropolis-Museum und der Akropolis entfernt. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein gemütliches Zimmer mit einem Einzelschlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein extra WC und vor allem einen Balkon mit wirklich toller Aussicht auf die Akropolis!
Es verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer, Highspeed-WLAN, Klimaanlage und alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug bis zum 6. Stock und 17 Stufen vom 6. bis zum 7. Stock.

Couldn't have been better!

This property was perfect for us! We stayed here during a work trip, where my colleague and I both brought our families with us. This apartment serendipitously provided us with the absolute best situation we could have hoped for. The apartment is within walking distance to so many great attractions in Athens, making it easy for our family members to go do things while we had work commitments, and it was only a short taxi ride to our work commitments. The view is unbeatable, the location is absolutely ideal, and it had the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly communicative and helped us with a few special requests. Additionally, they also alerted us to special events taking place nearby, such as a tree lighting ceremony for the holiday season. Hands down a great experience, a great property, and a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location and View

The location near many of the antiquities and the view of the Acropolis of Athens is spectacular. Had some issues with personal comforts like not being able to flush toilet paper and totally exposed bathroom facility to primary bedroom but we learned to deal with it.

Acropolis splendor

Fabulous central location with truly stunning view of the Acropolis. Walkable to many interesting neighborhoods. Easy check in and communication with the rental agent who was very responsive. Furniture is a bit dated and not so comfortable. Beds are great. We needed more towels but they brought them quickly upon request.Some supplies were lacking like paper towels and Kleenex but otherwise the unit was very clean and well appointed. Renters should know that there is an elevator to the top floor and then one flight of stairs. As is general practice throughout Athens, you are not to flush any toilet paper which takes a little getting used to ;) Overall an excellent place to stay for couples or families!!

Very convenient to everything

Very clean apartment with an excellent view of the Acropolis. Walking distance to everything on your to do list. Small market acroos the street. Host was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights, then took a shuttle to catch our cruise ship. Perfect stay in Athens.

Amazing view of the Acropolis and location

Jacob and Kostas were great, helped us check in personally and arranged travel from and to the airport. The flat was as described and the view of the Acropolis was so breathtaking it almost didn’t look real. One person described it as looking like a painting. The place was clean, the location was in walking distance to Plaka and all of the hot spots. The flat had plenty of room for 4 people and we couldn’t be happier about our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location with an AMAZING view!!

We stayed two nights at the Luminous apartment and had a fantastic time! The location of the apartment is great. The apartment has an AMAZING view of the Acropolis from the living room, balcony, and the master bedroom. It was truly an experience to go to sleep looking at that view each night! Due to that location, we were able to walk to all of the major tourist attractions (Acropolis, Hadrian's Arch, the Roman Agora, Areopagus Hill) as well as lots of restaurants, a grocery store, etc. Communication was fantastic from the moment that I booked the apartment until the moment that we left the apartment. It had everything that we needed, (cookware, glasses, toiletry items, a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as a clothesrack and clothespins). What really made it stand out though was the level of service. They booked us a taxi to meet us at the airport and another to take us back at 4:15 am on the day of our departure. Unfortunately, as we were racing out the door the morning of our departure, I accidentally left my purse on the dresser with our passports and all money in it. Makis, the taxi driver, and Costas saved our trip today! Unfortunately, that meant that we were locked out (since we had already left the apartment keys on the table). We had no idea what we would do! Makis came to the rescue!! He called Costas, the manager, at 4:15 in the morning, took us to the office where Costas gave him the key, took us back to the apartment so I could get my purse!

A million dollar view

If you are looking for an incredible view of the Parthenon, this is it. Doors to balcony open fully, as does the kitchen window. The result is not only an unparalleled view of the Parthenon (and the ocean to a lesser degree), but an incredible cooling breeze. Lia was wonderful to work with from initial booking through the completion of our stay. This is a perfect location to walk to almost everything in central Athens.

Perfect for our Athens Visit

We stayed at this property for 3 nights leading up to an Aegean cruise. Our plan was to immerse ourselves in Athens, and this apartment was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. From here we were able to visit museums, all key historical sites and explore many charming Athens neighborhoods, restaurants and shops - all within walking distance. The apartment and the view of the acropolis were stunning: the kitchen is well-appointment and living and dining areas are comfortable. You can't beat the balcony and the view. The master bedroom ensuite has limited privacy within the suite, but with the extra half-bath you can easily navigate if that makes you uncomfortable. The second bedroom has a lovely view of the acropolis. We didn't need the 3rd (small) bedroom for sleeping but it came in handy for keeping our our large suitcases out of the way. Communication with the property managers was seamless and they arranged our transfers from the airport to the property and from the property to Piraeus Harbor for our cruise departure. All transfers were 100% smooth. We highly recommend this property!

Best location in all of Athens

Our stay at this property was AMAZING. In all my prior stays, never met such wonderful and gracious hosts, from helping with bags, to personally greeting us at the property late at night, this place and the host is OVER THE TOP! Wondaful property- and yes that view...its for real! HIGHLY recommend this property. We fit 5 adults very comfortably. Great visit in Athens.

Nice Place - Great Location

We truly enjoyed staying here. The view is fabulous. There were five of us. We were close to some wonderful restaurants and only a block or two away from a hop on hop off bus stop. You will be required to walk up at least one flight of stairs even if you use the elevator as the elevator stops at 6 and this place is on the 7th floor. The owner was very responsive. We used Wolt for food and grocery delivery and we enjoyed the Yard restaurant twice during our stay.

Nice place-needs cosmetic updates

The view was amazing and the location is not far from tourist locations... this apartment is better suited for a group of young adults rather than a family. The sofa bed room is in an enclosed porched and very uncomfortable. The furnishings are run down to the point were they feel gross and the kitchen table looks like crumbs on it but its the missing pieces of vaneer of the top. Theses are all minor things and you can stay here ŵithout problems. It just didnt look like the older photos on the site. Just not what we eere expecting. The communication was superb and the drive to and from the airport was well worth the money as the apartment is in the center of the city.

Wonderful Location!

This location was a perfect landing for walking to almost everything! The shops, restaurants, the museums, everything was close by! The apartment was clean and comfortable and while it was on the top floor, the elevator helped with luggage but we mostly took the stairs. We appreciated both the help in arranging a ride to and from the airport and the welcome we got when we arrived, complete with a quick walking tour of getting around the neighborhood. We always felt safe and it was easy to navigate. Lia's communication was prompt and always polite! Book early to get this incredible place with a remarkable view!

Spectacular view

What an amazing apartment. Very spacious for our party of four. Easy to get around. Walking distance to the acropolis and great restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and responsive. The patio and the view were absolutely spectacular. A gorgeous view of the sunset and the Parthenon at night. I would 100% recommend!

Great Location with Stunning View

The location of the apartment is terrific. Walked to Acropolis entrance, Acropolis Museum and many restaurants. Close to grocery shopping and metro. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, especially from outside balcony area, is fabulous. Management team very responsive to questions and concerns. We had a great stay in Athens!

Perfect location, amazing view

It doesn’t get much better than this! Beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious and modern. The view and patio are absolutely stunning. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to our meeting point for the acropolis of Athens tour. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee and bakeries close by. While not an issue for us, the hike up 7 flights could be difficult for those who have trouble with stairs. A small elevator is available for six flights. They even helped arrange a car service from the airport for us. Well managed property, nice responsive people to deal with.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views

The place is beautiful. We have no complaints. The entrance to the building has garbage left everyday by the door. The lighting in the stairwell should be improved for safety. Also the washing machine should be kept up a bit more. Besides these things the place is great for a family to enjoy Athens. Thank you
