Genießen Sie Ihren Sommer im Stil der Mitte des Jahrhunderts in diesem lustigen Strandhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in der berühmten Künstlergemeinschaft Springs, East Hampton. Das Haus ist nur 1/2 Meile von der privaten Clearwater Beach Association mit seinem eigenen schönen Badestrand, Spielplatz, Picknicktischen und Parkplätzen entfernt - alles nur wenige Minuten von East Hampton & Amagansett Villages und den Ocean Beaches. Das Innere des Hauses ist frisch gestrichen und mit stilvoller Kunst, neuen Möbeln und nachgearbeiteten Holzböden dekoriert. Der Hinterhof wurde für den Sommer 2016 komplett neu gestaltet und bietet eine frische Landschaft, neue Terrassen, einen beheizten Salzwasserpool, eine Außendusche, ein Poolhaus und eine Feuerstelle, die Sie und Ihre Gäste genießen können. Ihr leichter, luftiger Sommer in Hamptons wartet auf Sie!

Die Hauptschlafzimmersuite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool sowie französischen Türen ausgestattet, die zum Poolbereich führen.

Gästeschlafzimmer Nr. 1 hat ein Queensize-Bett.

Gästeschlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat ein Doppelbett.

Gästebad wurde im Jahr 2016 renoviert.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bereit, Mahlzeiten für die ganze Familie zuzubereiten.

Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit / Unterhaltung Haus verfügt über drei Flachbild-Smart-TVs mit Premium-Kabel, sowie Sonos Sound im Wohnzimmer / in allen Schlafzimmern und im Poolhaus.

Der Patio verfügt über einen Gasgrill und einen großen Esstisch aus Teakholz, einen Sonnenschirm und Stühle (Neuheit 2016).

Der Poolbereich ist mit neuen Teak-Lounges, Kissen und Stühlen für Sie und Ihre Gäste ausgestattet.

Der Privatstrand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, aber Sie erhalten eine Schlüsselkarte, mit der Sie parken können, damit Sie Ihre Stühle / Handtücher und Ihre Kleinen mitnehmen können.

** STORNOBEDINGUNGEN: Sobald wir eine Anzahlung geleistet haben, wird das Haus für die gebuchten Daten von der Suche ausgeschlossen. Great stay at a wonderful home!

We really enjoyed staying at Mike and Kate's lovely home! It had everything we could have wanted an more! Lovely spaces, upscale amenities, fantastic yard, and wonderful pool! We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and relaxing by the pool, which was always warm and welcoming after a great day at the beach! The master suite is HUGE. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and he was delightful and attentive. Would DEFINITELY return!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable home. There was a little wear and tear at the end of the rental season but nothing that interfered with our time there. The kitchen was well equipped, the layout of the house was comfortable and very utilitarian. We enjoyed cooking together around the kitchen island, comfortable meals outdoors in the garden area with details like string lights, and we also made great use of the pool, kayaks and paddle boards, and beach down at Clearwater. Very accessible for running out Gerard Point, one of our favorite spots. And absolute 5- star benefit was the kindness and helpfulness of the host, Mike. He was very flexible and accommodating and very responsive to our questions prior to arrival and while we were there. He also sent a message to make sure all was well after arrival. He met us upon check-in and reviewed the whole house with us. We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would return. Thank you, Mike!

Perfect Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful East Hampton/Springs home. The home is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you would need. Perfect stay to kick off the summer

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the start of our summer and our kiddos really loved the pool. The layout of the house was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely Week in the Springs

The hosue is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family vacation with our 16 month old. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds and linens were super comfortable, and the salt water pool was so relaxing. The beach is a little rocky but water is clear and super convenient—1 min drive from the house. So close to East and plenty of local haunts for dinner, market etc. Mike was a great host and communicator.

A perfect getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at this perfect house. The interiors were sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was well organized. Everything looked brand new, and the open areas between the kitchen, dining and living room felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The jewel of the backyard was certainly the heated pool- refreshing and stunning. We grilled several times on the large Weber grill. We took the two-person kayak out one day, which was really fun. It was very convenient, as the kayak is stored at the Clearwater private beach association which guests are able to access. Beautiful bikes are also available at the house. The area around the house is truly lovely, and we regularly saw deer, turkeys, and turtles. The Gerard Drive beach is highly recommended- with panoramic water and sky. Mike was incredibly nice to work with, and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

Our family of four (two adults, two small children) had a truly relaxing and wonderful week at this house. The owners were a delight to work with and the house was as pictured-- bright, airy, well-appointed, and lovely. As beach access in the Hamptons can be quite tricky, we loved having key-card access to the private beach nearby, and it provided a truly peaceful getaway in all respects. Perfect place to stay!

We had an amazing time- Mike was a great host and met up with us when we arrived, and provided recommendations for places to go in the area. Communication was easy both before and during our stay. The weather was not great so we were not able to take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes he had available for us, but having the heated pool was great! The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

A Hampton Gem

We stayed 7 nights in this well appointed house and my family enjoyed every minute. Mike met us on arrival and showed us around offering suggestions on what beaches to visit and places to see. Great house in a great area!

We had a blast during our stay in the Springs and the house was one of the best parts! Not only did the house come fully equipped with everything imaginable, but it was also completely updated. The kayaks, bikes, and outdoor firepit perfectly complimented the salt water pool. Mike was also fantastic answering any question we had leading up to and during our stay. I'd highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Property and Neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our stay. Mr Riley was pleasant and accessible. This was our first time in the Hamptons and could not ask for a better time. It is a serene setting with lots of options to eat and do things. The kids enjoyed the immaculately maintained heated pool and the chance to ride bike in a safe setting. Definitely recommend the house as it was comfortable and with small kids it helped we were all in the same floor.

My wife and I just bought the house this year and have been having a ball renovating it and making it a perfect laid back Hamptons retreat.

We've loved the South Fork for years and, in addition to my job as a TV producer, I spent years as a fishing guide in Montauk. We chose this house because of its large property and open layout which makes it perfect for entertaining our large extended families.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

East Hampton train and Jitney stops are no more than 10-15 minutes from the house. The Village and Ocean beaches are similarly close. The house is 1/2 mile -- a short walk -- from the private beach. You'll get a key card so you can park a car there if you need to bring your beach stuff. For access to the ocean beaches, consider buying a non-resident parking fee at the Town offices.

If you fish or boat, this area of Gardiner's Bay is simply one of the most beautiful in the country. We are happy to refer captains and guides that can show you how special it is.
