Das Bad im Obergeschoss an den Master angeschlossen ist, hat es einen schönen großen Granit Zähler nach oben, Sand Fliesenboden mit einem separaten Custom Dusche Ihre Tage und Augen in der Art zu öffnen und Ihre Tage mit beruhigenden Umgebung schließen Sie ins Bett zu schmelzen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer schmiegt sich ein gemütliches Queen-Size-Bett, fit für eine Königin. Meer farbige Berber Teppiche, mit viel Stauraum und eine Datenschutzwand vor dem Fenster, das Zimmer ist ein süßer Schläfer! Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist die Heimat einer voll / full Etagenbett mit einem Twin trundle oben auf Meer gefärbt Berber Teppiche sitzen, begleitet von geräumigen Schränken. Die f / f / t Koje / ausziehbares bietet viel Platz für die Kinder, aber groß und komfortabel genug, um die grups auch aufnehmen! Das Erdgeschoss gemeinsames Bad befindet sich zwischen 2 und 3 Schlafzimmer gelegen, ist es ideal für den Austausch zu machen. Es stellt eine Granit Zähler nach oben, Sand Fliesenboden mit Dusche / Badewanne Combo versiegelt. Lovely place in perfect location

We have stayed in Del Mar area several times and this house is perfect for hanging out on a beach weekend. Our 23 year old son and his girlfriend met us here and we hung out at the beach, walked to restaurants, ran along the river...location can't be beat. The house is updated and is private with plenty of privacy between the master and other bedrooms. Will be back!

Perfect beach location

Ideal location for a beach vacation. Very short walk (5 mins) to playground and beach and only a block away from shops and restaurants. Lauren was a great host and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Kitchen is very well stocked and Lauren has provided everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, etc).

Amazing trip

Definitely one of the most well stocked places that we have stayed at. Probably the only thing that you need to bring extra are chairs and an umbrella. The area was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful home, wonderful to see and hear the ocean!

The interior decoration is beautiful. One of the best spots is outside on the deck, where you can see down the street to the ocean and wonderful sunsets. Only 5-7 minutes away is good access to the beach and a great dog park. Lauren was a good communicator both before and during our stay over Christmas week.

short walk to beach and del mar. ocean view from common area nice. there were 5 adults staying for 4 nights. perfect size. my only feedback is to have more toilet paper and paper towels. we ran out very early in the stay and had to go buy more after being there a day. overall it was a good stay. thank you

Spectacular location

Property equals or exceeds all positive promises. Location, location, location. Ocean views from deck, master bedroom and front yard. Short walk to oceanfront parks and beach and one block walk to varied restaurants. House is well equipped and instructions comprehensive so that we had little reason to call on manager. Lauren was very responsive to all pre arrival questions.

Del Mar home in a wonderful location

Our family enjoyed our stay in this adorable Del Mar home. The owner is very nice and quick to respond when needed. She owns the attached home on the back side as well as this front home. It is an attached two unit property. The walk is a short one to all the restaurants and beach spots that we have loved over the years. It was great to visit beautiful Del Mar again. Don’t forget to spend time in the comfortable hammock out front.

Fun and safe in Del Mar

Super location (block to end of road to watch sunset, block to restaurants and shopping). Super clean - for a dog-friendly place we expected less. Easy street parking except mid day when surfers and sunset watchers are in abundance. Would not recommend for little kids as stairs could be tricky, but for 2-3 couples or one older family it's ideal. Kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was great for our extended stay as well. Loved the deck and tree hammock. Wish water was warmer to try their surf/boogie boards, but great beach chairs and beach towels. Everything well stocked and Lauren (owner) couldn't have been nicer to work with. Great get-away.

Not many can offer you the location of 13th Street or deliver the amount of home you are looking for as you are away from home. The wood shakes on the outside of our custom home to the grassy yard placing you in the midst of the action and tranquility are disarming from the moment you set sights high on the property. Upon entering our home, you will know why we want to share the love of our life with our guests!
