Sie befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage an der Hauptstraße A478 Tenby, 6 km von Tenby und 3 km von Saundersfoot entfernt ( 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder gemächlich 20 Minuten zu Fuß), 2 Minuten von Folly Farm & hat Parkplätze abseits der Straße.

Nahe an allen Annehmlichkeiten, Geschäften, Fast-Food-Restaurants usw., Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Haustür, Bahnhof 2 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist ideal für die Erkundung aller Sehenswürdigkeiten des Nationalparks Pembrokeshire Coast und eignet sich für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Dieses Apartment ist über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen, der über eine Treppe zu einem Wohn- / Esszimmer und einem Hauptschlafzimmer auf der rechten und linken Seite führt. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstückstheke, ein Bad und ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett Betten.

Die stilvolle Lounge / Diner verfügt über einen Smart-TV / DVD-Player mit HDMI-Anschluss für Ihre eigene TV-Box oder Spielekonsole. Videos und Bücher stehen Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Der Esstisch und die Stühle aus Eichenholz eignen sich perfekt für Mahlzeiten mit der Familie.
Die Küche enthält einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Waschmaschine, einen Gasherd und einen elektrischen Ventilator, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und alle Utensilien, Geschirrtücher, Ofenhandschuhe usw., die Sie zu Hause erwarten, um Ihren Urlaub stressig zu gestalten kostenlos. Perfect !

We had a lovely stay in Steve and Linda’s flat. It’s really cosy and we’ll equipped. Not far from plenty of lovely Welsh scenery. Steve was really nice. The only downside is the fact that the flat is situated on a very passing road but it didn’t affect our opinion on the quality of the flat.

Great proprty in an ideal location

The property is great and has everything you would need for a few days away. The flat was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are games provided in case of bad weather or in the evening but we were lucky to have amazing weather. Steve is very friendly and helpful and provided us with information about walks and parking in nearby Saundersfoot and Tenby. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area and would recommend it to friends and family.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful, even ran us to the pub as we had been delayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely clean flat, with everything we needed. Comfy beds, cosy etc. Top notch!!

We had the best mini break even with torrential rain and gale force winds. Steve is superb super happy to help and offer guidance. The flat is lovely and very accommodating. Suited us as a familynif 3 and very well equipped. All within good distance of saundersfoot and tenby. We will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent

Fantastic location, close to Saundersfoot and Tenby, but far enough to have peace and quiet. Steve has great local knowledge and told us where to park and best routes, places to visit and what to avoid, really helpful gentleman. Chinese up the road is great, Co-op 2 mins down the road if you need bread and milk. Apartment was really clean and spacious, keeps you fit going up and down the stairs from kitchen to lounge, really cosy, warm and uosts were very welcoming. Honestly it was one of the best shorts stays we have been on. Thank you both for a relaxing stress free stay.

Couldn't have wanted more

Everything about the stay was fantastic. From the initial communication, the check-in, location, cleanliness, and the added extras left for us by Linda and Steve. Unfortunately we did not meet face to face as they were away during our time at the property but nevertheless they rang us to ensure everything was fine and were great at providing directions for a couple of walks we took. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

The perfect base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast

Every aspect of our stay at The Flat (Laubobange) gets 5 stars plus. It is the perfect place to stay if you're exploring the coastpath around Saundersfoot and Tenby and also for days out at the wonderful Blue Lagoon and St Davids. The flat itself is immaculate, incredibly well appointed and very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided; kitchen utensils, wifi, comfy beds. At the end of every long day walking we really looked forward to getting back to the flat it was so cosy and relaxing. Our Kids are grown up now, but if you do have kids they would immediately be right at home with kids books, games films etc all provided. Steve is a superb host, really helpful and with plenty of advice about local places to visit. Check-in and out was seamless and communication with Steve and Linda was superb. Will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

very good property to stay in

We stayed in Saundersfoot to see nearby family and this property was ideal.The location was just right to visit local attractions and being able to park at the property was a bonus.The owners Linda and Steve Briers were very helpful.The flat was very clean and had all the equipment you could want for holiday in this beautiful part of the world.We would return without hesitation.

Fantastic property in great location!

Our visit was perfect from start to finish. The owners greeted us shortly after arrival eith helpful information on where to go etc. The flat was beautiful, clean, tidy and perfect for our family weekend stay. It felt like a home from home. Our son absolutely loved all the toys to play with! Folly farm is literally a 5 min drive away. Tenby a 10 min drive and saundsfoot a 5 min drive too’ This is the perfect place to stay as a couple and or small family. We cannot wait to book in again

After working as a Glassmaker for 34 years, Steve's family business 'Avondale Glass' was slowly wound down & was sold in 2016. Having done all his football coaching badges,Steve now works as a Football Coach at Pembrokeshire College & also part time as a PE teacher as well as working as a DJ since the age of 17. Linda has worked as a Nurse all her life, with a short break as a health care teacher/assessor. Between us we have 5 children and 6 grandchildren and we consider ourselves very privileged to live in such a beautiful part of the world & we are sure that you will enjoy your visit too, based in our very nice and comfortable apartment. From our home to your home from home. PS Steve is a World Record Holder. He is the World's fastest Backwards Talker, so why not challenge him when you meet him!

Steve bought the property back in 2000 which used to be a public house with a view to relocating his family's Glassmaking/Glassblowing business, Avondale Glass here from Kilgetty village due to the superior location. However, this never happened, so it was developed into a family home.

with it being ideally close to everywhere & everything without being in the middle of the main resorts with all the parking & traffic problems that occur in high season. All amenities are also close by including shops, takeaways, bus & train stops. We are personally close by and on hand should you encounter any problems or have any enquiries whilst staying in our lovely apartment. Every home comfort is on hand with free WIFI & off-road parking right outside the front door. The location is perfect for exploring all the delights of Pembrokeshire, whilst being minutes away from the iconic resorts of Tenby & Saundersfoot & some of the best beaches in the UK. Quite simply, our apartment is perfect for your family holiday or short break from a convenience, location and comfort viewpoint. You will not be disappointed.
