Villa "C" ist ein schönes Haus auf einer Ebene, keine Schritte auch auf der Promenade zum Strand! Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Eine Villa am Meer, wo Sie Ihren Kaffee trinken und den Sonnenaufgang vom Deck beobachten. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu acht Jahren. Verbringen Sie einige Zeit in dieser Villa auf Amelia Island und Sie werden wiederkommen.

Das Haupthaus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Theke. Geräumige Essecke, Wohnzimmer, Master Suite und Master-Bad. Das Gästehaus verfügt über zwei private Schlafzimmer, ein Zimmer eine Reihe von Zwillingen hat, das andere hat ein Queen-Size Bett, jedes mit eigenem, Vollbad. Die Gebäude sind nur wenige Schritte voneinander entfernt, umgeben von einem schön gestalteten Innenhof getrennt. Beide Gebäude sind durch einen Zaun Privatsphäre umfasst. Perfekte Setup.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eine Verbindung zum Master-Bad durch einen Ankleideraum enthält zwei Waschbecken. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Dusche.

Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Schnitt mit einer ausziehbaren Queen-Bett.


Die große Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses Blick auf den Ozean, und kann aus dem Familienzimmer oder dem Schlafzimmer zugegriffen werden.

Excellent Location, Perfect stay

We had a great time staying at this villa in Amelia Island. The ocean front location with few steps to the beach was perfect for us. Very clean, well preserved, and quiet neighborhood but close access to all the restaurants.

Great beachfront property

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway from the winter weather. Property is well appointed and modern with really nice upgrade touches - digital see-thru fridge, giant double shower in main master, etc. comfortable living area With plenty of space for the six of us to hang out. Nice location with direct beach access and easy drive to restaurants and historic Fernandina Beach.Only caveats… Thins walls w no noise protection between queen bedrooms or between the family room and main master. Also this is a driving beach. Don’t be surprised to see a parking lot of cars between the dunes and the water. Overall wonderful place. We’d definitely stay here again!

We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was new and clean. They have a new couch since the pictures. The bedrooms were pretty and mattresses were great. Communication was easy. We had a small issue with one lock and they were prompt with sending someone to fix it. We would love to stay here again. Being able to walk out onto the beach is fabulous! The deck furniture is very nice too. We enjoyed sitting out there. (Just FYI this is on the small stretch of beach that allows locals to drive on it. It wasn’t an issue until Saturday when some underage kids pulled up with many vehicles and were drinking. We called the beach security and it was handled very quickly. I only bring this up to say if it should happen, just google the non emergency police number and they will send someone. There was a family in unit next to us that left beach early because of it and I don’t want that to happen to future guests who don’t know who to call.)

Perfect Beach House

We loved every minute of our stay and even extended for a night! Location was right on the beach with private access, the layout of the home we perfect for a family with kids and the renovations were great!

Great Beach Vacation

The villa was very nice and clean. Beach decor made it feel like a beach vacation. Master bathroom is gorgeous and the separate bedrooms were great for my adult children. Easy walk to the beach from the attached boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful beachfront stay

The main house was beautiful, recently updated and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Walked the beach every morning around sunrise. The guest rooms were updated and nice. Internet in the guest rooms were spotty.

Perfect stay!

This property was better than pictured! It's beautifully decorated!! Great location with easy access to the beach. The courtyard area is perfect to hang out with family and friends or the porch leading to the beach. The separate space for the other two rooms is perfect for couples or parents with older children. We spent mothers day here with three generations and it was perfect ❤️

A week in paradise

We used to live on south fletcher ave in Fernandina so we felt like home at Sandpiper villa. It was great for me and my husband (at master bedroom of the mail house), and the two of our daughters at their own bedrooms across the courtyard. Our labs had a good time too. The walk to the beach is less than 1 min, the house is very clean and nice, everything is new. Fully equipped kitchen, all what we needed was there even olive oil. Loved it loved it a lot, would recommend without a doubt. We miss it already.

House was so clean and crisp inside. Loved all the space

Enjoyed our beach stay. Very relaxing and close to everything we needed. Great golf near by with the On I plus a par three for young golfers. House was clean. Immaculate. With all the weather previously outside was not as beautiful as we wanted but we enjoyed it anyways.

Amelia Island Beach

It was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and nicely designed inside. The separation between the 2 buildings worked well. It had a nice private feel. The only problem was the power went out in the night (we later found out it was island wide) and no one answered the emergency number that was provided. The number in the binder was answered by a hotel employee who said she could not help me.

Days at the Beach

My wife and I met our Daughter and Son-in-Law for a long weekend at the beach in honor of them learning that we are going to be new grandparents (and to watch the Rams win Super Bowl LVI!). This property was perfect for our needs. It has been newly renovated and the owner did a wonderful job. Everything we needed was right there and all of the amenities were first class. The large, well equipped kitchen make making meals a breeze, the oceanfront location was gorgeous and the property management team was most helpful, even with my special requests. I cannot recommend this property, or this company, highly enough, and the area is amazing. We look forward to being back in the summer when the weather is a bit warmer!

Villa needing Maintenance

Pretty much the villa needs maintenance. The bed frames are cheap and seems like wasn’t the first time the frame legs bent and had to move the bed to the floor. Sliding glass door to beach access would not lock and there is no gate to the beach, so public access to the house from the beach. Grill handle was broken, outside furniture was broken. Shower handle was loose and rainfall shower head was clogged. Dishwasher moved every time it was opened or closed and could not read the buttons to turn on. This was not worth the money that was paid to rent it. I suggest go somewhere else.

Great stay, nicely updated

This was our second stay at this property, as we spent time here before the renovations. The updates were very nice to see and overall the property was clean (listing is accurate). We enjoy how close the beach is, and the ability to go between the beach and house so easily which allowed us to maximize the time we spent on the beach. One thing I will note for others is that this part of the beach allows cars. Even with this, the beach was not overly crowded at any time (early September stay). We also thoroughly enjoyed the front deck. The deck areas of these properties are fairly private with the privacy fencing and shrubbery. This year the neighbor’s new wind chimes reminded me of spa music and created a relaxing environment. We also enjoy seeing the wildlife in the dunes throughout the day (mostly rabbits and turtles). The property is very well equipped, from loads of beach towels/chairs to any kitchen supplies you might need. The only recommendation I have for improvement would be the outside couch cushions need some attention or a refresh. This is a small thing and, with only 2 of us, there was plenty of outdoor seating so it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the outdoor spaces. Overall, we enjoyed this property and would return again.
