Das charmante Haus befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen; Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Sun-Lounge? welches könnte leicht genannt werden?ein Solarium? ? Das führt in eine voll ausgestattete Küche (und Hauswirtschaftsraum), Ess-und Wohnbereich und in ein Zweibettzimmer mit Bad / WC.
Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer haben Balkontüren, die zu einem kleinen Balkon mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten unter einer traditionellen Pergola führen.
Die Innentreppe landet in einem kleinen Saalbereich, auf der oberen Ebene. Dieser Teil des Hauses besteht aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit en-suite Dusche / WC, einem zweiten Zweibettzimmer mit Dusche / WC und einem wunderschönen vorderen Balkon mit Blick auf die malerische Agios Stefanos Bucht.

Another superb stay

This was our third stay at Paolas House and it was better than ever. We appreciated the new kitchen but it is still the location that we love the most. Such a perfect spot. House was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely hope we will be back

Paola House is well located in the peaceful bay of Saint Stephanos North East Very clean and spacious Kitchen , showers , Internet all worked well Lovely views from the top terrace Well stocked little mini market a few steps away Kerasia beach is the best beach locally and will take about 40 minutes walking It is hilly in places but worth it to have lunch at the waterside taverna Hosted by EOS villas who were very efficient

Séjour parfait

La maison est parfaite, idéalement située. Elle correspond en tous points à la description. Le propriétaire est passé 2 fois faire le ménage et changer les serviettes durant le séjour. Plusieurs bars et restaurants sont au pied de la maison ce qui permet de prendre petits déjeuners et repas. On se croirait presque à l’hôtel. C’est un petit port animé l’été donc un peu bruyant mais tellement agréable qu’on n’y fait plus attention. Et les gens sont tous très accueillants. Une petite crique est accessible par un petit chemin à 15 min à pied et plusieurs se suivent si on a le courage de marcher. Vous pouvez y faire du snorkeling. Il faut penser aux chaussures de plage car ce ne sont que des plages de galets. Une voiture est préférable pour se balader un peu aux alentours.

Fantastic Villa and perfect service from Eos

We were so looking forward to returning to San Stefanos after 4 years and we were not disappointed. This was our first time at Paolo's House and our teenaged boys were so happy to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms for the boys were spacious and all of the bedrooms had a fantastic view. The kitchen was fully equipped for the few meals we cooked and we didn't need any of the extras we brought with us. We loved the downstairs patio with full furniture and resident pet cat who we loved. We'd sit on the patio in the evening after dinner out and numerous cats would come to be petted and photographed. So Tiris boat hire were sat just outside and we had a wonderful day out with one of their 40HP boats. As always Costas from Kaparelli's, Nikos from Galini Taverna and Maria from Wave Bar made us feel like old friends and the food and service were second to none. We tried some new adventures - the costal path to Avlaki was a little treacherous for us oldies but the kids were fine. The road walk to Avlaki was quite easy and only took 45 minutes - we stopped for a couple of beers at Taverna Cavo-Barbaro where we always received a happy welcome. The walk down to Kerasia is well worth doing - pretty flowers and a lovely beach, good for swimming from and a taverna for refreshments. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Excellent

We had a very good time at Paola. Everything was as exepected. The Villa is very well equiped with all you may need. The location is perfect, right in the port, close to the shops, tavernas, etc. Even if it is in the centre, is vrry quiet. The terrace at firt floor is amaizing, with beautifil views over the pory and sea. Beds are comfotable. Water has good pressure.

Beautiful stay

Aigos Stefanos is the best angle of Corf: beautiful, calm, wonderful beaches, no tourism invasion. Paola House is a perfect place to stay, clean, confortable, by the sea, every room its own bathroom.

I love this house

I have stayed in the house many times and hope do do many more. We live in the country so love having a bit of village lifeThe little house is clean cool and comfortable and the veranda is brilliant. The place to get your boat is next door SoTiirishim and his wife are very friendly and helpful. All the tavernas do good food and are also very friendly. The White House is well worth a visit by boat or car. They have a new chef and its excellent. So Is Toulas at Agni but that is more of a restaurant. Looking forward to my next visit.

Perfect house in perfect location

We have just returned from our second stay in Paolas house. It is a lovely comfortable house, perfect for 6 guests with 3 good sized bedrooms and en-suites, 2 terraces for sitting outdoors, and good wi-Fi. It has a fantastic location, right in the centre of San Stefanos with the sea so close, and a choice of restaurants on the doorstep. I am sure we will be back for a third visit.

Perfect for a traditional Greek village experience.

This was our second stay in this property, with our daughters, son in law and grandson. The property is very child friendly ( but vigilance is needed around the staircase.) The bottom terrace is extensive but well gated off so little people cant escape. It faces the village square where many of the local children gather with their minders during early evening. Our grandson was able to enjoy their company and was entertained every evening. During the day it is very quiet and the close proximity to the beach and tavernas is a definite plus. Kaparelli Taverna will deliver meals to your terrace if you are unable to get out ( ie young baby sleeping in room) or if you prefer to eat at home and people watch. There is a well furnished upper terrace with comfy seating and a hammock. Unfortunately when we stayed in August this year, it was just too hot to appreciate it. We intend to return to this property a little earlier next year!

Village location!

This was a perfect location for us as we had my daughter and husband and 4 month old baby staying with us. The proximity to the tavernas and bars meant my daughter and husband could pop out for a drink and us grandparents could mind the baby - and be within a minute of calling her back if my grandson woke up.Also the proximity to Kaparellis Taverna meant most evenings we dined on our terrace and had our orders brought to us - and were able to monitor my grandson as he slept in the villa. This really made our holiday as we could relax together, but still be part of the village life that San Stefanos offers.The locals were wonderful and we felt part of a community.

A Perfect Stay

We have just had a fantastic 5 days in Paola House. The house is located right in the centre of the village and is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to relax at the end of the day on the upstairs terrace, before walking 20m to the local tavernas. It was a perfect holiday.

Fantastic holiday

Paola House is an ideal base for a fantastic holiday whether you want to just relax by the sea in San Stephanos or whether you want to explore the area. The house is just slightly tucked away of the main strip less than a minute's walk from the beach. There is a little noise at night but nothing to worry about. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a hot holiday. The sun beds on the roof terrace are the most comfortable I've tried! We hired a boat from So Tiris which is next door to Paola House and I thoroughly recommend the experience - it really made our holiday extra special. Eos were so helpful and accommodating- we would definitely go with them again. No complaints about any aspect of our stay.

A peaceful place in Corfu!

Comfortable apartment in a quiet village in Corfu Island. The large terrace is very appreciating! Even if it was during the hight season, the village was quiet with all facilities. It would have been appreciated to have a minimum to cook like olive oil and salt, which was missing. I really recommend this opportunity anyway it's a very good ratio price/quality!

We really enjoyed staying at Paola's House

We really enjoyed staying at Paola's House (August 2019). The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. It is located right at the heart of Agios Stefanos village, with a range of very nice shops and traditional tavernas nearby. We loved the location, as the village is peaceful (no loud music and very little traffic). We were really touched by the hospitality of the local people, we felt at home right away! We also loved having meals/drinking Greek coffee on the terrace, enjoying the mesmerising sea view and watching the world pass/sail by. We hired a boat for a day from the guys just outside the house, and that was a really unforgettable experience. A number of very nice beaches are a short drive away. No problem with parking - we always found a place under the trees at the entrance to the village, only few minutes walk from the house. All in all, Paola's house is a great base for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful and unspoilt part of Corfu. It was just perfect for us, we would love to come back one day!

Recommended and we hope to be back.

The accommodation was in just an amazing location. You felt like you were part of the village - waking up and going to bed with the village. Being just steps away from three wonderful tavernas was a wonderful experience. We love peace and quiet and bizarrely it never felt noisy and the property had great air con and double glazing - so shut the doors at night and you couldnt hear anything. One tip - the taverna neatest the accommodation sold home made ice cream. It was amazing! Recommended and we hope to be back.
