Die Wohnung ist 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Queen-Betten und ein Doppelbett) und 2 Badezimmer. Das Gerät befindet sich auf der Meerseite, sodass Sie keine Straßen überqueren müssen, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Sie sind buchstäblich 50 Meter vom Sand entfernt. Der gesamte Boden der Einheit besteht aus Hartholz, Fliesen oder Marmor. Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert, einschließlich neuer Eichenschränke und Fliesen mit allen notwendigen Geräten (Geräte wurden nicht aktualisiert, aber immer noch modern). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Sie werden die Aussicht vom privaten Balkon vor dem Haus sehen und das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich atemberaubend, unabhängig von der Tageszeit. Es gibt einen garantierten Parkplatz mit der Einheit sowie kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Einheit. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, persönliche Kissen und alle Papierprodukte müssen vom Mieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Kosten sind eine glockenförmige Kurve, die im Juli und August ihren Höhepunkt erreicht. Ich akzeptiere wöchentliche oder monatliche Anmietungen nur während der Hauptsaison. Außerhalb von Juli oder August können wir auf Wunsch die Kosten pro Übernachtung besprechen. Rabatte gelten für mehrere Wochen gemietet. Ich arrangiere einen Reinigungsservice. Es tut uns leid, dass keine High School- oder College-Senioren akzeptiert wurden.

Anbei finden Sie Fotos meiner Wohnung in Ocean City, MD. Alle Fotos wurden im Jahr 2019 aufgenommen. Überzeugen Sie sich selbst von der atemberaubenden Aussicht! Zuvor beschriebene Upgrades fanden in der Nebensaison 2016-2019 statt. Beide Schlafzimmer wurden komplett neu gestrichen und mit großen Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet. Ein neuer größerer Flachbildschirm wurde auch im Wohnzimmer installiert. Das Hauptbadezimmer wurde komplett renoviert und mit Marmorböden und einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet.

Location location location!!!! Perfect for our family not far from the Boardwalk but close enough for a quick ride!!! The unit was very clean and Kevin was just a phone call away if any problems occurred!! None did!!! The AC unit is a little loud in the one bedroom but it throws tons of cool air throughout the condo! Our family will definitely stay again when we return to OCMD!! Also, the Bellybuster restaurant at the corner of 45th and Coastal highway is highly recommended!!! The staff is amazing the food outstanding!!!! Great summer vacation 2024!!!!

Slice of heaven

Beautiful condo with an oceanview. Everything was clean and comfortable. Able to see the sunrise on the balcony to your right and the sunset on the balcony to your left. Steps from the beach. Very quiet. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend ❤️

Family vacation

Overall this property was a great place to stay. It is in a good location to a lot of fun places that my family likes to go to. Close to the beach so very convenient to go back and forth. The only thing that was inconvenient was we were told we could not check in till 4, so we did not arrive till around 4:15pm and the cleaning people had not been there yet. They arrived at 4:25 and we had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour while it was being cleaned.

Fantastic Condo and Stay!

The condo is perfectly located within walking distance of many activities like the broadwalk, several restaurants, mini-golf locations, and Dumster's ice cream. The beach is just steps away, and the ocean can be seen from the condo balcony. To add, the condo parking is extremely assessable and reserved during your entire stay. The condo was very clean when we moved in and the property owner had excellent communication as he provided clear directions for both arrival and departure. The furniture was also very comfortable and the second bathroom was a great feature for a group of 7 adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

Good spot for a family to stay

The property worked well for my family of 4 adults plus two kids and an 11 month old. It was nice having two bathrooms and a TV in each room. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit together. It was close to the beach but also well located for trips around town or to the mainland for excursions. There are a lot of family-oriented things to do in OC. If I return to OC in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner was responsive to questions and prepared me for what to expect.

44th Street Dream

We've stayed at several private units in the past, Kevin's lodging has no competition! Very clean, updated, uncluttered, tastefully decorated and you can see the ocean from balcony. Kevin is spot on in communicating with renter. We will definitely be staying with Kevin again.

Awesome place close to the beach!

The place was very clean and the check in/out process was seamless. It’s less than a half block to the beach which is so nice! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions and is easy to work with. I’ve already stayed here twice. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocean City has been in my family's blood since my mom started going as a child. I was in the sand at 6 weeks old and have never looked back. Our family vacations here every summer and the only things that stay the same are the sun, sand, and waves! I have so many memories I could l type for days. From Fisher's Popcorn to Polish Water Ice to the White Marlin Open.

I was able to use my experience growing up in Ocean City and my parents' knowledge to purchase the ideal condo. In my opinion, the location cannot be beaten. The most important thing is the condo is oceanside, so anyone with kids does not have to worry about crossing that deadly 8-lane Coastal Highway. Next was the view. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning is truly breathe taking (see pictures) and at night you can watch the sunset over the bay. Also, with it being a private balcony, you can turn the air off and sleep with the screen door open as you listen to the waves hit the beach. I love that you walk down the steps and are literally less than 50 feet from the sand! Lastly, but certainly not the least important is its location in the town itself. It is the perfect mid-town family-friendly location. It is off the boardwalk so you don't have to worry about late-night noise or activities, but not up on 100th street where you have to fight all the traffic to get downtown and the crowded beaches up there. From my unit, the boardwalk is about a mile away and makes for a lovely evening walk or a quick bus ride or drive down to enjoy dinner, rides, and of course water ice, popcorn, and fries! The midtown location also provides a level of quietness as you as not surrounded by hotels, but rather other condos and even some permanent residents across the street. This also leads to much more space on the beach for kids to play and not have everyone walking on their towels. It is also a quick walk to one of Dumser's Ice cream locations which makes a great late-night snack!

As mentioned above, this unit has many unique benefits. I have remodeled a lot of the unit to add my own touches which really liven the unit up. I can't say enough about the private front balcony that allows for the gorgeous views and the safety of sleeping with the air off and the door open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night. The location is also a huge benefit to this condo over others in the town of Ocean City. On a personal note, I enjoy jogging on early summer mornings down the ally ways until I reach the boardwalk. It is much better than running on Coastal Highway. The unit is also very spacious which allows for the whole extended family to come and stay and sleep on some air mattresses and the couch without being on top of each other. The master bathroom was also remodeled to include a walk-in shower. The removal of all carpets prevents the musty seashore smell within the condo as well as helps to keep the sand out. The street is a very quiet street with no hotels, only private condos, and even permanent residents.
