Dieses wunderschöne und gepflegte Ferienhaus mit offenem Grundriss steht für Sie bereit. Es ist viel Platz für alle!
Wir haben auch ein Alarmsystem für Sie.

Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und nicht zu vergessen die sehr große Küche mit einer Insel. Die elegante und prächtige Treppe begrüßt Sie in dieser Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern.

Wir haben ein Schlafzimmer mit einem schönen Bad und einem Kingsize-Bett, 2. Schlafzimmer auch ein Kingsize-Bett, 3. Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten und 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett.
Auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderspiel für die Kleinen.

Voll ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hat Zugang vom Poolbereich, Free Wifi und lokalen und nationalen Anrufen in die USA und Kanada.

Die Waschküche verfügt über eine große Toplader-Waschmaschine und einen separaten Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Diese führen zum Spielzimmer.

In der Villa steht Ihnen auch ein Safe zur Verfügung.

Das Spielzimmer verfügt über einen Billardtisch, ein Airhockey- und ein Basketballspiel, um die Gäste zu unterhalten.

Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine überdachte Veranda in voller Länge, ein großer Pool, ein Spa, ein privates, abgeschirmtes Pflasterdeck und keine hinteren Nachbarn. Dieses Haus ist bereit für Sie!

Lisez l’annonce au complet et tous les paragraphes partout pour pas avoir de surprises, c’est pas la première maison que je loue mais la première que le papier de toilette n’est pas inclus sauf les 3 premiers rouleau, le bbq est locatif, la piscine et spa pour être chauffée on doit aussi payer. Je recommande pas, il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs pour le même prix

Great place to stay as a staging area for the parks

This place was really nice. It was located in a gated community right off 27 and near Disney and 35 mins from the airport. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the convenience of having quick shopping options and fast bites less than a mile away. The grounds were well kept and someone kept putting the trash can at the curb for us. Cool. Pro tip: There's only the bare consumables there, so hit publix or walmart for the essentials (bathroom tissue, paper towel, washing powder). Also, keep an eye out for the little lizards. We caught a few little ones skulking around the kitchen floor. I grabbed them with a tissue and tossed them back outside. They're everywhere in Florida, so it was no biggie. They are beneficial to the eco system. The pool was well kept and provided a nice break for times we didn't feel like dealing with all the construction on I4, 417 and the mayhem of Disney traffic. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back. It was well worth the money. There was even a Playstation there for the kids to enjoy. Good work Lynn and team

Plenty of room for all

This house was a great size for our group of 7. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The pool, spa & game room in garage were great for the kids. We did have issues with the pool & spa not heating the first day, but it was resolved by that evening. The garage does smell funky, but the kids didn't mind. We felt very safe in this gated, well-lit community. The alarms for the doors gave us added security. Plenty of towels for showers & the pool. We had a great stay!

Great family vacation

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful inside and out and CLEAN! Communication with Ms. Lynn was fantastic, she is great to deal with. Easy check in and great location. 20 minutes from Disney, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only complaint we had was the beds were not the most comfortable, but after long exhausting days it didn’t really matter because you are too exhausted to care. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Ms. Lynn for renting your beautiful home out.

Nice home.

Quiet neighborhood close to most Orlando destinations. Hot tub and pool were very nice additions. Beds were comfortable. Home had most basic amenities, including the kitchen. Although blender didn’t work and no additional trash bags or dish soap was provided. Not a big deal, but those are just basics that one would assume could remain available in a home. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Overall a good stay.

The place is nice, with good amenities, but communication could be slightly improved. The extra cost of heating the pool is not clear in the description of the home, and it is hidden within the listing and very hard to find. Other reviews mention the home's decor, and while I strongly agree, that doesn't impact the stay, it only impacts their personal revenue. The most significant frustration is the beds. Other than the master bedroom, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable; you can feel each spring and hear them even with the slightest movement. The master bed is excellent, though. Overall it was a great place to stay, we even had an issue with the pool heater, and they fixed it the next day, which was excellent. Overall it is a good place to stay, with lots of space and activities for the kids!

Disney Marathon Weekend

This property was great for us. We were in bed early and out the door early for 5 am race starts so it was important to us to be in a quiet neighborhood. This place fit the bill perfectly. The sound didn’t even carry from room to room. The place was big and laid out well. Close to grocery stores and super easy to get to the parks.

Great Location for a Disney Trip

We just returned from a nine day stay in this home. The best detail about the house is the location! It is a very easy drive to and from Disney or Universal. Lynn was very quick to respond to any issue we had. She also refunded the pool heat fee when we were unable to heat the pool due to the extreme cold outside. Our bad luck to be in Florida when it was crazy cold. On the bright side, no sunburns!

Our Holiday Stay

The house was perfect for our family size. We had a great time and enjoyed our accommodations. The only downfall was that we didn't know that we had to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Also, one of the shower doors was off track, but thank God my son-in-law knew how to fix it. And the downstairs bathroom had a slow drain, but he fixed that too.

Spacious home in great location

This is our second time staying in the High Grove community - it is perfectly located close to the 192 slip road meaning journeys to Disney are only 20-25 minutes (quicker than some of the other communities on the US27). The community is very peaceful and secure (gated) and is also convenient for Walmart a few minutes away. The villa itself was great with plenty room for the 6 adults in our party and was very clean. The kitchen in particular was very spacious with a big island in the middle. The main bedroom was excellent with a large bright en-suite and a safe for guest use. We enjoyed the pool area, with the pool enjoying sun all day while there is also plenty of shade if you prefer - it feels very private as it doesn't back onto another property (it's actually a pity the back doors of the house are frosted as it would be nice to look out to the pool area). So overall the house was great for our party. Good communication also from Lynn. Only couple of minor bits of feedback would be that the kitchen could benefit from having some more glasses and perhaps a bigger chopping board. And we found that the bed sheets in the master bedroom didn't seem large enough and kept slipping off but these are relatively small points. And while the pool alarm on the back door is a bit annoying, particularly when carrying food outside, it is there for very good safety reasons and you do eventually get used to it. Really enjoyed our stay.
