Willkommen in unserem schönen Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit allen großen Annehmlichkeiten für einen tollen Urlaub. Freistehendes Casita, die Privatsphäre und 24 Stunden Sicherheit bietet. Modern, Full-Service-Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten .Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett mit viel Stauraum und TV-Größe. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit zusätzlichen Stauraum. Großes Wohnzimmer haben einen neuen großen Bildschirm-Fernseher mit Satelliten / Kabel-TV. und Wi-Fi
Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse zum Entspannen, essen oder die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der schöne Pool ist auf der Terrasse neben .. Die Gäste haben vollen Zugriff auf vier Gemeinschaftspools, einen Tennisplatz, einen Basketballplatz und ein Spielzimmer. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder Sie können auf der kostenlosen Transporter Fahrzeuge springen, die Sie überall vor Ort stattfinden wird. Es gibt eine Reihe von einsamen Stränden, die alle innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrt. Der Hauptpool hat eine große Bar im Pool. Es gibt eine Reihe von kleinen Läden vor Ort. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sicheren Wohnanlage mit 24 Std. Sicherheitspersonal . Sicherer Parkplatz für Ihr Fahrzeug. Sie können ein Taxi oder eine kurze 15 Minuten dauern. zu Fuß zu den lokalen Lebensmittelgeschäften oder Geschäften.
Die Villa ist eine kurze 20 min. Fahrt vom Flughafen Liberia auf neue asphaltierte Straßen.
Es gibt fünf Nationalparks, die alle innerhalb von ein paar Stunden Fahrt, einschließlich Lake Arenal, die einen Vulkan, heiße Quellen und ein Weltklasse-Spa bietet. gibt es eine Reihe anderer Vulkan Nähe. Amazing villa close to the beach

Villa Rica offered everything we needed as a family for a relaxing get away. Kids definitely appreciated the pool and hammock and with fully stocked kitchen we could eat in when we rather stay in and relax. Villa is located in a gated community with its own pool and jacuzzi and is walking distance from the beach or you can use the shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great, relaxing villa!

Lovely villa, close to the beach and walking distance to all amenities. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Playa Hermosa is more laid back and quiet than some of the other beach towns nearby, and the villas here were quiet too. Only thing that was a bit confusing was the address as google maps didn’t recognize it, but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out.

Amazing villa with Gorgeous Sunsets

Awesome property! Pictures do not do it justice. So comfortable with closets filled with everything you could need, cooler, snorkels etc... Kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware and utensils. We were raided by very messy racoons in the kitchen during the middle of the night. They can open the patio doors when closed. They must be locked. Also, shower is cold. The beach and pool are must do! We would just start walking and truck would come by and pick us up and deliver us right to the beach or villa. We highly recommend this villa.

Great location for quiet time.

Happy with the overall stay, only bad thing was that I had no hot water the entire time I was there. Showers were the worst part of the day.

A Slice of Paradise

This condo exceeded all our expectations. It’s spacious, comfortably and tastefully decorated with everything you need for cooking, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beach or pool. We made use of the boogie board, fins and masks, pool noodle, many towels and beach umbrella. The condo is incredibly well-stocked. We loved the coffee and even made Shirley Temples for the kids with the grenadine someone left behind (but not for breakfast, haha). The villa is actually part of a resort with daytime, poolside, beachfront and evening activities, and the staff is so nice. Beware of the price of drinks at the pool bar. Everything was wonderful but the highlight for us was the plunge pool and patio with an amazing view (Ocean! Sunset!). The kids had so much fun in it. When they went inside , I stood in the pool gazing upon the view with my coffee or beer. Wow. The only thing I’d change is 2 beds in one of the bedrooms- so the kids don’t have to share. But, this was a minuscule issue compared to the enjoyment we got from this heavenly little property.

After traveling all day to begin our Honeymoon, we get the keys to the villa and it wasn’t cleaned from previous visitors, so we had to wait another 3 hours for it to be cleaned. Then the beds and couches are absolutely terrible.They are very hard and old. The pillows are lumpy and flat so no comfort there either. The front curtain is ripped & hanging on by a paper clip so we had to use a pillow to keep it closed at night. The owners should seriously take some time to do some upgrades so it allows the vacationer to enjoy their stay better. Now, the location, staff, pool and restaurant was awesome! I would definitely go back to Villa Sol but would find a different villa to stay at.

A wonderful way to start a holiday.

We arrived in Costa Rica and enjoyed a few days of relaxing on the beach before starting our trip over to Monteverde . The complex on Playa Hermosa was an amazing surprise. We loved walking around the complex, the shuttle to the beach and snorkeling. The pool was wonderful .The complex was safe and very tidy

A perfect escape to warm weather

We are snowbirds, heading south each January to escape the cold and darkest month of the Pacific Northwest. This was the perfect place to escape too. The Villa is perfect for two people. My wife loved the Villa's swimming pool and I loved the hammock strung over the pool. Every day was relaxing. The beach is close by, along with some very good restaurants. We will return.

Great Location but…

Uncomfortable to get to the beach. You can either walk there or use the service car but from our villa it was kind of difficult because of the ups and downs of the hills and the stairs all around the resort. The view from the restaurant was spectacular, the service and the attention of the stuff was excellent. Five stars service. The big pool was fun to be spending the day at. The attention and the service of the staff there was as good. The villa itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable enough for the three of us. The property manager responded quickly to our inquiries. Issues were resolved. She responded promptly every time. The furniture and her the kitchen needs some updating. The coffee maker was really slow. Other than that no complaints.

The aparment is very well equipped and the communication with the property manager was very easy. I would stay here again in family trip. Only watchout if you need to go with reduce mobility people there is small stairs in the entrance

We loved the chair!

It was a nice place to stay and the hanging chair above the private plunge pool was fun. The bathroom could use some updating but it still works. The curtain was falling apart so that probably could be updated as well. The view is gorgeous and we loved going to the big pool.

Just what we needed!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was just what we needed. Comfortable but not fancy. Walking distance to beach. Plunge pool on front patio and a lovely view as we ate at the outside table. Kitchen could use better lighting. When we had an issue, minor, it was taken care of. Responsive manager. Felt property was clean and safe. Enjoyed our privacy the opportunity to relax.
