Do not recommend this VRBO, the location was okay (original section of Lisbon) and the locals were great, but this place was not.
To get the keys for our place we had to travel to one place - $35 EUR cab from airport and complete paperwork. Then another cab to the VRBO another $30 EUR.
The place itself was not as nice as the staging pictures show. The ‘terrace’ was covered in green mold on the deck with no sunlight. The couch was not as pictured. The shower water never got even warm and towels were thin and fraying. Not enough toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days.
The kitchen had no dish soap, or dish clothes or towels.
The beds were rock hard, pillows were thin and the sheets on our bed had holes in them.
I messaged the BeMyGuest contact for instructions on using the washing machine, never heard back. Then I messaged them to confirm they shredded my deposit information, and 2 weeks later, I still have not received a reply.
The only good thing was we were so tired from our daily adventures that we hardly spent any time there. But given the hardest of the beds we never had a good sleep.
On this European trip we stayed at 4 VRBOs and the other 3 have been great. If I could give this a zero rating I would.
