Aloha from Big Island
Review in English and German/Deutsch:
Nice resort offering many amenities, good location with excellent sand beaches close-by, i.e. Hapuna Beach. The condo is very spacious and well equipped and has great potential. We enjoyed our stay, Big Island is just amazing and offers many spectacular sights such as volcanoes and tropical rain forests on the same island! The villa offers a lot of room to feel comfortable and relaxed and many items for sporting and beach activities. The resorts offer many events, you can go shopping, enjoy performances or a spa treatment and eat well in many different locations or just go to the beach and enjoy the lovely water and the surf. It is a great place to relax and enjoy vacation time in one of the nicest spots on earth.
It seems we were a bit unlucky as the cleaning team and maintenance had not been as thorough as expected. It was a bit untidy and not as well cleaned as we had espected and a few things had not been fixed but Jim is a good, friendly landlord who takes care and he provided us with all the information needed and answered all our questions. He talked to the cleaning team to make sure that this was just a one-time oversight due to lack of time. On the whole we enjoyed our stay very much, Big Island is just great. Because of the cleaning and maintenance condition in the villa, we cannot give it the full rating this time, but we are sure that this has been improved to bring it back to the top. ALOHA HAWAII! Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Sport, Einkaufen, Essen, Wellness, Kultur. Die Villa bietet viel Platz und gute Ausrüstung für sportliche Aktivitäten. Schöne Sandstrände in der Nähe, i.e. Hapuna Beach, an denen man das tolle Wasser, die Brandung und auch Schatten genießen kann. Big Island ist ein Naturparadies, das so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auf einer Insel bietet, z.B. Vulkane und tropischen Regenwald, man sollte sich möglichst alles anschauen.
In der Villa hat man viel Platz, eine schöne Terasse und gute Ausstattung. Leider hatte vor unserem Aufenthalt das Putz- und Wartungsteam nicht so gründlich wie erwünscht gearbeitet. Daher war es ein wenig unordentlich und nicht optimal geputzt. Aber Jim ist ein guter Vermieter, immer ansprechbar, der sich um alles kümmert. Er hat das geklärt. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht optimal war, können wir auch nicht die absolute Top-Bewertung abgeben. Aber inzwischen sollte alles wieder top sein.
