Die Villa Velero ist eine Luxusvilla in einem der exklusivsten Viertel von Javea. Mit einem flachen Spaziergang zum Strand (10 Minuten, Cala Blanca) und dem größeren Strandbereich von Arenal (15 bis 20 Minuten) ist dies wohl die größte und nächstgelegene Stadt (zur Aktion) Luxusvilla, aber immer noch weit genug vom Trubel entfernt.

Die 2018 liebevoll restaurierte Villa Velero vereint traditionelles spanisches und modernes Design. Mit all Ihrem Luxus zu Hause und vielem mehr. Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereichen, Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern und Sky-TV, Netflix, Disney + und Amazon Video in beiden Wohnräumen sowie Amazon Echo-Geräte rund um das Haus. Es gibt schnelles WiFi (500mb) in der gesamten Villa, auch am Pool. Mit nicht weniger als drei Küchen - zwei innen und eine außen Sommerküche mit großem Aussie-Grill, großem Paella-Gasring / Pfanne und Pizzaofen. Es gibt auch eine separate Bar am Pool mit gekühltem spanischem Lager vom Fass, Sprudel im Kühlschrank und Getränken für die Kinder. Rock-Lautsprecher an der Seite des Pools bedeuten, dass Sie Ihre Auswahl an Songs beim Sonnenbaden spielen können.

Wenn Sie nicht laufen möchten, ist eine Bushaltestelle nur wenige Schritte von der Villa entfernt. Dieser regelmäßige Service bringt Sie zum Strand von Arenal, zum Hafen / Yachthafen und in die Altstadt. Nur 1,50 € pro Fahrt.

Es gibt einen großen (optional beheizten) Pool mit flachem Planschbecken / heißem Spa mit Düsen. Plus 22 luxuriöse Sonnenliegen - und viele andere Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien rund um den Garten - so dass Sie sich für ein bisschen Zeit für mich entspannen können.

Die Villa Velero verwendet ein neues natürliches Poolwasserreinigungssystem. Dies ist keine traditionelle Chlorbasis, wie die meisten Villen, sondern eine natürliche, die ein modernes Salzsystem verwendet. Sie können das Salz nicht fühlen oder schmecken und es ist viel, viel freundlicher für Haut und Haare.

Große elektrische Tore öffnen sich zur langen Auffahrt, die wiederum zum Wohn- und Poolbereich im Freien führt. Es gibt einen Kinderspielplatz im Freien mit Schaukeln, Rutschen usw., ein riesiges Schachspiel, Pétanque / Boule und ein großes Trampolin. Außerdem zwei Konsolen - eine Xbox One und eine PS4 -, um sie bei Laune zu halten.

Das Haus ist groß genug, um bequem Platz für bis zu 18 Gäste zu bieten (abhängig von der genauen Konfiguration, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte zuerst) - und viel Platz drinnen und draußen, damit alle Zeit miteinander oder Zeit alleine haben. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Etagen - jede mit separatem Eingang (und ohne Innentreppen, um die sich Kinder kümmern müssen).

Alles ist in der Nähe - der nächste Supermarkt ist 150 m, Restaurants 100-200 m und der familienfreundliche Strand von Arenal mit Dutzenden von Bars / Restaurants nur 1500 m entfernt.

Das Haus ist völlig sicher - mit Wänden und sicheren Eingangstoren. Plus ein hochmodernes Alarmsystem.

My extended family and I spent a week relaxing at Javea Villa. The accommodations were spectacular! We were a group of 12 and were able to comfortably gather in the living area. The weather was a bit cold so we were not able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas. The owners have thought of everything to make guests feel at home. We had a fantastic time at the beach playing volleyball, riding bikes and just relaxing. It was a perfect house to spend vacation time with family.

What a wonderful villa

Brett has been so helpful and responsive from before we booked and all the way through until we departed – nothing seemed too much trouble. The villa itself is amazing and it is evident that much thought has gone in to what guests would like/need (including, unfortunately for us, umbrellas) with crockery and cutlery enough for twice as many people. It caters for all ages with TVs, PS4 and Xbox plus lots of games inside with the pirate ship, boules, trampoline and chess outside plus the pool and bubbling spa and the fantastic poolside bar (we are so pleased we ordered the beer barrel!). There is also a very large BBQ, a paella dish and a clay pizza oven so everyone can get involved. The villa is located in a quiet location with a flat walk to the lovely Arenal with its beach and many restaurants. The villa is as good as, if not better, than the photos - we definitely recommend Villa Velero.

Perfect Family Villa!

We stayed here with our parents and siblings and their children. The villa was wonderful and had something for everyone! The children spent most of the time in the great pool while the adults spread themselves around the numerous sunbeds (one available for every sun angle :-) ) or by the well equipped bar (recommend you order the barrel!). We had a Paella night, a bbq and had fun cooking pizzas in the pizza oven eating round the HUGE sociable table while we pretended to know how to play chess... The rooms worked very well with amply bathrooms for everyone to have their privacy. So much technology its hard to know where to start but the PS4 and X box and netflix, now TV and of course Alexa kept the children amused whilst keeping out of the midday sun.... Lego was a bit hit too! It is a good walk to the main beach but doable for the evenings we ate out and taxis easy to organise when going further a field. Great week in a great villa! Thanks Carolyn and Brett!

An excellent villa

We all loved our stay at Villa Velero. The location is fantastic and the decor of the house is very tasteful. We walked to the local supermarket every morning for supplies, sat by the pool during the day, maybe a soak in the warm bubbling spa (also a useful shallow pool for the kids), cooked some lunch in the summer kitchen area, then in the late afternoon/evening walked to the Arenal beach restaurants. Everyday this became our routine for the holiday, we all took to our holiday WhatsApp group tonight and said we all feel lost not being at our lovely villa. Perfect for families with children (like us) and super facilities throughout the house. You really want for nothing, some thoughtful touches everywhere you look. We all can’t wait to rebook. Thank you Brett + Carolyn!

Wow factor villa

Rented numerous apartments and villas over the years. This one tops the lot. As the gates opened we could all see the space available. We knew we were in for a great holiday, and we were not disappointed. Pool table got used a lot. Spent hours playing, chatting and relaxing. Even learnt to play chess with the giant chess board. Other reviews say it all. This is not to be missed. Great villa, great location, great hosts. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped with everything you could ask for. Brett was the perfect host ensuring everything about our stay was comfortable. Pool area was fabulous and fully recommend paying for the jacuzzi to be heated. Beach slightly further walk than expected and too far for little ones but great taxi service from radio cars.

Amazing holiday in an amazing villa

Where to start! from first booking to arriving Brett and Carolyn have been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and they answered my queries and questions promptly. Even bringing a birthday card, cake and prosecco on the day of my partners birthday! The property itself is just beautiful and very well decorated and equipped with anything you could think of for a home away from home. Everyone had an amazing time especially by the pool with the fabulous bar area and the play ground for the children. The private chefs for the birthday meal was great the food delicious and they cleaned up! I would highly recommend a stay in this villa everyone agreed it was the best holiday they've ever had, and we would not hesitate in going back, just hopefully it wont be as hot next time!

Gorgeous villa and the best we ever stayed in

We have stayed in dozens of villas over the years. As a family we enjoy self-catering, and being able to chose when we have breakfast, go down to the pool etc. This villa, Villa Velero, ticks all our boxes. Never before have we seen so much care and detail put into a holiday home. Other reviews say it all - Brett and Carolyn have gone to some lengths to make sure guests really do feel at home. The location of the villa is perfect. Not too close to the main Arenal beach front (with all the many restaurants and bars) and therefore not too busy and noisy. It was great to walk to the front - and the older children especially liked the freedom of walking there, sometimes twice in a day (and we felt they were safe doing so). The tablets in the villa with all the info on is such a great idea - just one of many things the owners have thought of. On our last day we were very sad having to leave, never felt like that during other holidays. Javea is a wonderful town - not spilt like lots of resorts. Would return to Villa Velero in a heartbeat - and hope to very soon!

Fabulous Villa Valero 🛳

The title says it all really, we were a group of 3 young families staying for a week in June 2019. The villa and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. Excellent communication from Brett (owner) & his aim is to ensure you have the best possible time on your holiday. They work hard to ensure everything is as you would like it. The Villa is excellently equipped and excellent for kids. Leo (maintenance man) was brilliant, greeted us & looked after us when we needed him during the week. The attention to detail is amazing & we wanted for nothing during our stay here. Probably best have a car or get taxi to beach (El Arenal) with small kids. Overall an amazing week, very professional owners, very helpful and always on hand to help with any of our needs. Thank you so much.

Amazing holiday!

My family and I had a fantastic time at Villa Velero, Brett and Carolyn we’re lovely and great to deal with. When we arrived Leo was a brilliant host and showed us everything we needed to know. The villa is beautiful, with all the amenities we could have asked for and more! All the extra touches and decor is just incredible. The pool was awesome and with 5 kids, they made the most of the pool and the play area! The heated jacuzzi was a fab touch as the little ones could use that as a pool and never got cold! The villa is close to a supermarket which was great as we ate in every night. The beach if you go the more pedestrian way, was about 30-40 mins of a walk, but it could be done quicker but we had toddlers! The Arenal was gorgeous and had a lovely beach and play areas. We hired the private chef for my father in laws 60th. Jim and Laura were lovely and cooked up an amazing meal, seriously tasty! I’ve stayed in a lot of villas, and this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you so much!

Gorgeous large villa near the beach

We stayed in Villa Velero after looking at a lot of other large houses, not just in the beautiful Javea, but across Europe. We were highly delighted at our choice! Previous reviews have already mentioned all the attention to detail and facilities Villa Velero has - but I would also add our favourite features: the bubble spa (sat in it sipping champagne), the things available for children to do (so many), the beds (very comfy and king size beds), the amount of sun beds (more than the maximum amount of guests that can stay!), the pool bar (fantastic to be there having a drink as the children play in the pool), the summer kitchen (pizza oven was a big bonus), a short walk to the beach (and cheap to get taxis back late at night), and so much more! Javea itself is stunning and very children-friendly - also no high-rise buildings at all (planning laws apparently) to spoil the coastline. Thank you thank you thank you for letting us stay Brett & Carolyn. We'll be back (if you let us!).

Fabulous villa for a fabulous family holiday!

We have just returned from our stay at this amazing villa. Planning a trip for 14 people, of all different age ranges was proving difficult until we came across villa Velero. The photos looked great but the real wow factor is when you arrive! The amount of space is great. The two kitchens and living areas worked great as we were travelling with younger children and not all guests appreciated the 6am wake up call. The pool area is awesome and the pirate ship was a hit with the children. The bar an even bigger hit with the adults! We stayed in some nights and enjoyed cooking paella in the outdoor kitchen. When we had had enough of cooking our own meals we ate out, this villa gives you the luxury of just a 15minute walk to the arenal which is full of restaurants and cocktail bars, some of the best tapas we have had in Spain. A taxi back was around 8 euros. Javea is such a family friendly place, it was lovely to eat our evening meal whilst the children played happily on the play areas which were scattered along the promenade. The old town is worth a visit too! Martina and Phil looked after us whilst we stayed and they were both so lovely and welcoming. Brett was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions which is really comforting when booking something like this online. The facilities here are definitely worth a two week stay! All the home comforts you need but with a fab Spanish charm. We shall be returning! Wouldn't hesitate reccomeding to anyone looking for the perfect family friendly villa stay in Jaeva.

Best villa we have ever stayed in in 20+ years

As other reviewers have stated, Villa Velero is a terrific large villa that is close to the beach. So many things to do - like a giant chess set, a sandy play area for the children and boules too. In two decades of renting villas, this is by far the best we've stayed in. We had a great deal of fun at the pool bar and this added to the poolside atmosphere during the day and early evening. There is a large amount of glasses (plastic too) behind the bar, for all sorts of style drinks (a reflection on the owners attention to detail, which can be witnessed everywhere in this villa). As non alcohol drinkers we were happy to store a great range of soft drinks in the fridge. There is a dishwasher behind there too. The pool spa with bubbles cooled us down, and it was a treat to sit there with a cold drink (plastic glass of course!). The actual pool is large and very well kept. We appreciated the number of sunbeds poolside too (I think about 20!). Some were in the shade under trees, others in the full sun - so we all could have a sunbed that was perfect for our individual needs. The younger ones even noticed there was a seperate 'poolside' WIFI network. A large table sat us all and the outside summer kitchen was used everyday. We enjoyed the walk to the main beach front, which took under 20 minutes, but late at night would often get a couple of taxis back to the villa - which was only 7 euros each, but the walk is easy and no hill climbing. The upstairs lounge is large and luxurious. Everyone could sit together, and a few enjoyed watching the World Cup games on the giant TV. The 'Alexa' devices in bedrooms and the living areas (even poolside) played whatever music you wanted - a real novelty that we have never seen before (even one by the pool connected to the 'rock speakers' hidden around the pool area. Once in bed, at night, the mattresses were super comfy, and the air con worked well. Javea itself is a beautiful town - not spoiled like many beach resorts in Spain (apparently buildings over 4 stories are not allowed). The beach front is terrific and everyone loved going down here, if only to have a drink and "people watch"! A terrific stay, with wonderful hosts where nothing was too much trouble. We hope to be back at Villa Velero soon!

WORTH EVERY PENNY !

Villa Velero was our first experience of a villa holiday and it did not disappoint , we all had a fantastic time. As a family group of 13 , age range from 21 to 81 ! the villa met all of our needs from the minute we arrived. The layout of the villa worked well, everything was clean and it had lovely , tasteful décor throughout. It was extremely well equipped and the provision of pool/beach towels a bonus. The pool / bar / BBQ areas were great , in fact all the outside areas are well thought out and gave us the opportunity to have get togethers as well as your own space if needed. Local shop / bar was only a short walk away and the suggested route to town / beach was ok and do-able in about 20mins. Every thing about the villa was spot on for all of us. It is an amazing place and we have no qualms in recommending it for all age groups. We all just wish we had booked for another week or two as none of us wanted to leave !

Villa Velero - A stunning place in the sun!

This was a stunning place to stay for our family holiday. Villa Velero was close enough to walk to the Arenal beach with all the fantastic restaurants it features. The hard part is choosing where to eat! However most nights we stayed by the villa and sat around the lovely long table that comfortably had us eating together, all 16 of us. At night (not seen in the photos on here) there are festoon lights hanging over the table - so you can keep the conversation flowing. The beer pump was a bonus too. Cool beer by the pool! The poolside offers plenty of places to sunbathe - in full sun or shaded, whatever your preference. The children loved the play area too. We have been going away as a large family group for 20 years, and this is by far the best and most well equipped and thought out place to stay!

Beautiful Villa, great for a family holiday

We had a wonderful week in Villa Velero. There were 12 people in our group and the Villa catered for us all no problem. Brett and Caroline have thought of everything to make your stay a home from home experience and more. The kids loved the pool, which is bigger than the photos suggest, and we all loved eating outside at the large table to the side of the house. There are lots of restaurants and cafes at the Arenal Beach front which is at least 20 minutes walk from the Villa. I would definitely recommend this Villa for a family holiday.

Big villa not far from the beach front

We all had a super stay at Villa Velero. Enjoyed the pool area with water fall (which lights up at night) and the bubbling spa. The kids loved the bunk room with the funky led lighting, and the Xbox and PS4 kept them entertained when they wanted to get out of the sun for a bit. The outside play area is also a neat addition to the villa, and we all learnt to play chess with the giant set outdoors. So much to entertain you with - but once wishing to explore further there’s the Arenal beach front close by. Took us just under 20 minutes, and we were happy for the children to go back and forth themselves, as it’s a safe and easy route. Will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Beautiful villa, fantastic location and lots and lots of sunbeds

We've stayed at Villa Lucero (Brett and Carolyn's other villa) previously and were asked to test out their new place. What an honour! :-) Not everything was 100% finished at the date of our stay (and we knew that prior to going) but we were totally blown away by the place. At Villa Lucero they've thought of everything - but being a larger property, and gardens, their new house has even more. The beach play area for children is fantastic. What a great idea. A pleasant walk to the Arenal beach, and no hills to climb! However I suspect most guests, like us, would spend time at the villa and around the pool area. Talking of which - the last time we saw so many sun beds by a pool was on a cruise liner!! We can't wait to return next summer when the weather is better. Many, many congrats guys.

This is our second villa in the town - and we have lovingly furnished it in an old Spanish/Mediterranean style, with touches of modern living and design. It's also just a short walk to everything. Having children we've once again tried to make a real 'family friendly' home, and, from past experience staying in rental properties (where amenities were sparse), filled Villa Velero with all manner of necessities and luxuries.
