Great location inside Yosemite

Four of us stayed 6 nights in this modest cabin inside the south entrance to Yosemite. The cabin was comfortable but quite basic, and there was construction around our house of another new house. Noise wasn’t a problem despite this. The management was very accommodating and friendly. I’d recommend this company . The location was worth paying for so that we didn’t need to wait in line to gain access to the park. Stephanie Hair

Great cabin!

Clean, well stocked cabin for 6 people, including two 2 year olds. They have some toys and books for kids and our girls loved playing on the large deck. Communication with staff was easy and friendly.

Cozy Cabin In The Woods

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Robin's Nest. It was very clean and the wood-burning fireplace was the best. Beds were big and comfortable. It's not super fancy, but perfectly appointed and homey feeling. I'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing property, could be cleaner

Very spacious and comfortable for 4 people, and located in a nice community, close to the park entrance near mariposa grove. Easy access to mariposa grove, and about an hour away from glacier point and the valley. The kitchen is very well stocked with vessels (but you have to bring your own stuff to cook, the only thing the property supplies is salt and pepper). We loved everything about this house except for one thing: The place was generally well maintained, but it didn't look like housekeeping cleans up well between guests. Our pillowcases were disgusting, as were the patio chairs. The pillowcases had hair all over them, and we had to drape a towel over them when sleeping.

Great stay!

Loved our stay! Nice and quiet! Easy access to maripose grove. The drive to Yosemite valley was a little far but as expected. Nice to have a convince store right inside of the cabin area. Kids really enjoyed the family game time! Very prompt and clear communication of the check in and out process.

It was about an hour from yosemite valley/glacier point, but not too bad of a drive. There’s a creek just down the street that you can sit near, or swim in part of it, it makes for a gorgeous sunset view. Vons is the closest store off the mountain however there’s a bigger market in yosemite valley, and one just down the street with basic items. The beds were pretty hard, but not crazy uncomfortably hard, my friends and I slept great still. The front door stays locked, so don’t forget your key ! we did the first night but maintenance came immediately. Overall though great place !

Charming cabin conveniently located

The cabin was cozy and well stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment. There aren’t spices or pantry staples (because of bears in the park), so be sure to bring what you need. There is also a small market in the community and a store at the nearby park hotel, in case you forget anything. It was great to be within an easy drive of Yosemite Valley while also having the crowd-free calm of the Wawona area. We loved the nearby hikes and getting to know a new part of the park.

Great find

This cabin was perfect for our visit to Yosemite. We took advantage of hiking everyday and were able to come back after a ling day and cook dinner. The weather was perfect for enjoying the deck and grilling out!

We had a nice stay at the cabin. The location was awesome and the cabin had everything we needed.

While there were a few glitches there wasn’t anything that wasn’t manageable.

Very comfy house, no complaints.

We drove in from Virginia and landed in Yosemite. The house is well equipped and designed. True to the photos. I especially like the dry wood for the fireplace. Plenty of videos and books. Loved it.

Spectacular Cabin in Yosemite

This cabin was amazing. It was actually better than advertised. Kitchen tools were plentiful. The outdoor grill was brand new. The fridge was large in size. The fireplace had logs already cut for it. The two bedrooms were quite large. It was hard to determine which was the "master" bedroom. Both had king beds and the finest of bathrooms and showers. One also had a tub. The cabin was kind of rustic. It had easy access to the center of Yosemite Valley and was a bit cooler. One had to weave your way through the roadway to get there. The is one of the best places we ever stayed at. Another couple backed out on us at the last moment, so we had the place to ourselves, but it would have been comfortable for two couples or parents and two kids. We may be back in a year or two. We have more places on our bucket list.

Comfy Cabin

We love that our cabin was located within Yosemite NP. Being able to cook meals and "spread out" a little made our visit so much more comfortable. While still quite a drive to the Yosemite Village, it was nice to be away from the big crowd at the end of the day. The check in process and communication before our arrival was top notch. As my BIL said at the end of our visit .... "double U - OH - double U" .... WOW!

Wonderful!

This cabin was a respite from stress, a wonderful retreat to enjoy togetherness as a family and to celebrate a special birthday. The cabin has a roominess, a comfortable vibe that created this back drop of weekend enjoyment! There is a well tooled kitchen; the hand mixer I needed for the cake frosting was there waiting for me! Very clean cabin, good communication with the owner! We would come back!

In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Big Trees Lodge. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

In the winter, the family-friendly Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (formerly Badger Pass Ski Area) offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink.

In any season our Wedding and Event Center is open for all occasions! Whether it's for a group ski vacation, business training, a family Christmas or Thanksgiving get together, or a reunion of any kind this is the perfect spot for all to gather. Our Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings, and 80 for formal dining.
