Großes und schönes Haus mit 10 Schlafzimmern (10 Bäder, 2 WCs, 3 Kingsize-Betten, 12 Queensize-Betten, 2 Doppel- und 5 Einzelbetten) am Lake Oconee im georgischen Seenland. Großartig für große Gruppen mit riesigem flachen Hof, großem Seeblick und viel Platz zum Parken. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 39 in Betten, maximale Belegung am Tag 28, Übernachtung 22.

Wunderschön eingerichtete, moderne Küche, Butler-Speisekammer, riesiger zwangloser Essbereich oder Kerzen hinzufügen und formal machen. Die meisten Zimmer haben Satelliten T. V. W-lan. Viel Spaß im Inneren, um See Aktivität im Freien mit großen Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Pinball, golden T und Theaterraum.

Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über private Bäder und Sat-TV. (Außer einem). Alle in Südstaaten-Themen dekoriert; South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana und Kentucky. Master-Suite verfügt über große Dusche und Jacuzzi mit Blick auf herrliche Sonnenaufgänge oder Aktivitäten am See.

Privates Schwimmbad und Pavillon. Ponton-Boot mit separater Anordnung und Jet-Ski und andere Boote können in den nahe gelegenen Marinas gemietet werden.

Das Haus liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen Greensboro und Madison etwa 10 Meilen in beide Richtungen für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder urige Restaurants. Viele Golfplätze innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten. Leicht zu finden etwa eine Meile von der Hauptstraße entfernt auf einer ruhigen asphaltierten Straße durch Weiden und Wälder genug, um jeden Nerv zu beruhigen, aber nachbarschaftlich genug, um Seelenfrieden zu geben, dass Sie nicht ganz allein sind, obwohl Sie denken, dass Sie sind.

Family reunion

The house was a great setup for our family reunion. The outdoor space and game area was great! There were plenty of comfortable beds and plenty of seating for our group of 27. It needed to have had a better cleaning before we arrived, especially one of the bathrooms. We did enjoy our stay there.

Perfect for large groups

This house had everything our group needed, from the pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and large kitchen with enough to cook for the whole group. Host was super nice and great to work with.

Reunion time

This house has so much to do, whether you’re inside or outside. Unfortunately, for our stay, some of the rooms were not cleaned very well, and the kayaks were left dirty. We did take care of those problems ourselves and had a great time. Great house for a large group(we had 20) but it needs some TLC.

Great place for a large family

This was a wonderful property to stay at for a large family gathering. Lots of fun in the game room downstairs, and lots of yard space to play sports outside. The pool & hot tub were awesome as well.

Great Family Get-away

Not Up to Potential

The property is located in a great location to the lake and plenty of outdoor space. However,this is a missed opportunity for this property. The mattresses are old and need replacing. There were bugs located in beds and one of the mattress pads was blood stained. There were ants in the kitchen that had to be addressed by buying spray. Basic care and cleanliness were amiss. Hot water was limited. The exterior was unkept. Many spider webs around windows in areas that allowed seating. With a little more TLC, this property can meet its full potential. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious house

This home is a wonderful place giving lots of people lots of room! We enjoyed the pool and the large table. We were 13 adults and 11 children and brought lots of games to keep all occupied. We were hoping to spend more time on the lake but the water was so low that we broke the propellor on our second outing. The kayaks and canoe were too filthy to use. Our host was wonderful and very prompt in helping us overcome issues. The house needs a deep cleaning to get rid of spiderwebs and stains but it was clean other than that. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the children loved the children's rooms and the Golden Tee game.

Great Lake house

The space we plentiful for our 18 family members. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The outdoor patio and fire pit area is awesome. So is the Golden Tee and pinball games.

Christmas Staycation

It was nice! My family really enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room for food and fun. The rooms were nice and clean. The only suggestions that I like to make are, please update the television, all the light switches need to be labeled because it was very confusing. The elevator didn't work properly sometimes. Sara was very friendly and well knowledgeable.

Perfect place for a long awaited family reunion

The property was perfect. So many rooms and outdoor areas for a large diverse family. The pool was wonderful and the door alarms to pool area made everyone comfortable with the children. There would have been no better place The home is very private so the kids that were up and in the pool early were no bother to neighbors. Ms Sara was communicative and addressed all questions and made our stay seamlessly wonderful.

DaCasa BaNana is my happy place

The pictures really don’t do it justice. The grounds are incredible, and the weather was so good we hardly spent anytime inside. This is a private sliver of heaven on the lake, and just happened to be big enough to house an entire army. Only note is that the WiFi was not suitable to work from on Friday, so a few of us had to go to the Starbucks a 15 minutes away. This may be less of an issue with smaller groups, as we had quite a few people logged in. I want to come here every year! Thank you.

Senior Church Friends

We are a small group of Senior Citizens who play Handchimes together. We fell in love with this beautiful "Southern Castle." We played like we were youg children in the pool, the lake and with games. We loved that we were all able to sit together for meals at the huge table. We loved the firepit and outside areas. We were completely in awe of the creativity and attention to detail throughout this beautiful home. We could feel the love radiating in every specially designed room in the houseand every family picture on display. Very heartwarming. It was an awesome time with special friends that we won't soon foget. We really hope to be able to come back next summer to make more precious memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place to gather with family

This was our second time at DaCasaBanana for the Christmas holiday. The property has great spaces for family gathering, outdoor activities and even an indoor pickleball court, which was used nonstop! The property could use a deep clean and some updating - but generally good. Unfortunately this will be our last visit as our family has outgrown the space!
