Amazing Get Away I Cant Wait To Come Back

This property is located in the most exotic mountain side area called Jaco Jills, it was easy to get to town and the beach AND it was tucked into this beautiful area of the town. The house is in execellent condition, clean and made us feel at home right away. High ceilings and spacious, the kdis loved it. The pool and the company made our trip here great. Beautiful sunset views from the pool and mountain side views from the house. I cant wait to visit again, thanks a lot guys!

This was not the same place that I saw online

Very disappointed check in process and check out was a joke. Emailed the property owner about the listing and no response. Area was disgusting no good views and not close to the beach !!!

Great place on the hill

This is a nice property. We enjoyed coming back here after exploring the area. The owner was responsive. The pool was nice. It should be noted that this many other units have people living in them full time. Retirees. It was great for us as they gave us good tips. The check out process was a bit of a pain. The lady wanted to see it before we left. We are on vacation and we’re not sure of the exact time we wanted to leave. We left 2 days early and didn’t expect a refund. But the lady got frustrated when I changed the time...which I understand. Coffee pot needed replaced. Beds are firm if you like that. Beautiful views from balcony. Great value. We enjoyed it.

Great home & location

My family had a lovely vacation in Costa Rica. The owners condo is in a great central location to beaches and national parks. We got to see many wonderful sites (like waterfalls & beaches) and beautiful animals. After a long day, it was nice coming back to the condo to refresh ourselves for a bite to eat and jump into the pool to cool down. Thanks for letting us stay and I hope to be back.

A very nice condo

We were quite happy with this condo - it was clean, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we were well-supplied with towels for the pool. The few things we needed were quickly supplied by Roxana, our wonderful hostess. The only complaint we have was that the phone was not working and was not repaired during our one week stay, which was an inconvenience, as we could not make local calls for tours or information. In all fairness, a neighbor did offer us his telephone after being notified of our plight by the owner of the condo when he heard we had some urgent calls. In all, our experience was very positive. It held up very well after a 6.6 earthquake!

Loved the condo. Pura Vida

My sister and I stayed in this Condo for 6 weeks. It was a beautiful condo with 2 balconies, it had everything we needed. Every day we enjoyed tbe Scarlett Macaws flying over the property 2 or 3 times a day. I saw Toucans, Cara Caras and other birds on a regular basis. The.property grounds as well as the pool was very well kept. I would get up early every morning to listen to the birds sing. It was a short drive into Jaco. We loved the property as it was very peaceful. We took many tours with Neofauna Costarica, they personalized tours for us. They were amazing guides so knowledgeable passionate about the animals and their beautiful country. We had an awesome time on the Monkey Tour. went and saw their conservation work with frogs and butterflies. I highly recommend Neofauna CostaRica. I highly recommend this condo. Roxanna the property manager was awesone. I would definitely stay at this condo again, it has everything you need we had an amazing time here. Pura Vida

Alta Vista Luxury Condominiums

My sister and I stayed at the Alta Vista condos for 2 month. Best time ever. The Alta Vista condo #3 was clean and we'll maintained. Roxanne the condo manager was always just a phone call away. She was great she even picked up groceries for us as our a rival was going to be quite late. We meet Jim and his lovely family; you couldn't ask for better people. The pool and landscaping around the entire condo was magnificent . The groundskeeper was a very nice young man and kept the area and pool beautifully. Our neighbors were all very helpful and informative and fun like I said we had the best time ever. I will definitely be staying there again. Joco was just a 5 minute drive into town . It was nice not being right downtown right in the center of the hustle-bustle but it was easy enough to get there we even walk down the hill to the Pura Vita 2 for beers and supper .

I have stayed at this condo 5 times...the location is great to Jaco. The condo itself is so spacious with cathedral ceilings and plenty of room and also includes a washer/dryer! The inside was spotless!! The views are spectacular while sitting or sunbathing near the beautiful pool. Weather was sunny! Access to Jaco is only minutes away and you have all the shopping, restaurants and businesses that offer fun things to do...zip lining, quads, boating etc!! Can't wait till our next trip!!

Mi Amore!

I had an amazing trip in Jaco. It is a few minutes drive to downtown, you can even walk if you must. The place is clean, spacious, very pretty, great view of the forest, nice pool that I couldn't resist daily. CR is full of flair, adventure, and pretty scenery. I would go back if only could get off work more... :/

I had a GREAT TIME!!

I was so surprised when we arrived, This place is beautiful and very roomy. I very much liked to walk out the door to the pool and grill. I found out that Jaco is one of the best places for deep sea fishing. I did not plan the time so, I bought my fresh fish for the grill. But most of all I felt very safe the whole time I was there, I slept like a baby. Also the owners were very helpful with recommendations on were to see the best sunset, things to do and were to eat. The next time I plan another Costa Rica trip (hopefully soon) I will be a repeat, stay here and make the trip even longer.
