Schöne neu renovierte und renovierte Wohnung im ersten Stock, in bester Innenstadtlage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Royal Mile und den wichtigsten Veranstaltungsorten entfernt! Das Apartment befindet sich in einem traditionellen georgianischen Gebäude in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es geht zurück auf Holyrood Park - eine beliebte und sichere grüne Oase im Stadtzentrum - und Holyrood Palace ist nur einen Steinwurf von unserer Haustür entfernt ... wenn die Königin in der Residenz ist, schweigen Sie buchstäblich ihre Nachbarin!

Wir können zwar nicht versprechen, dass unser Apartment dem Queen's Palace nebenan entspricht - oder Sie mit einem privaten Butler versorgen ... wir können Ihnen versprechen, dass Sie hier einen angenehmen Aufenthalt verbringen werden und alles, was Sie brauchen, wird Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt!

Die Wohnung verfügt über kostenlose super schnelle 100MB Wi-Fi.

Es gibt schöne echte Eichenholzböden überall mit großen Teppichen für Komfort im Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich! Das Apartment verfügt über eine offene Küche und einen Loungebereich, der hell und gesellig ist und durch eine Frühstücksbar getrennt ist. Sie haben volle Nutzung der voll ausgestatteten und gut ausgestatteten Küche - mit Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Im komfortablen und hellen Wohn- / Wohnbereich befindet sich ein Flachbild-TV und ein Sofa (dieses kann in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden).

Es gibt ein Duschbad mit Toilette. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, mit neuen Bett und super bequemen hochwertigen Matratze, hat Stauraum zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, einen Spiegel, Stuhl und saubere frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Es gibt einen Haartrockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

The communication between the host and ourselves was excellent. I was a little nervous about the place when I entered the building because it seemed rundown but don’t let the entrance deceive you. This apartment was lovely, clean and well taken care of with pride.

Great location for a walking trip to Edinburg

Smooth booking, complete info just prior to arrival. Access to the property was smooth and as described. Clean, simple apartment with solid basic amenities. Being tall people, a bigger bed would have been ideal. Appreciated the coffee and laundry with the kitchen supplies. In summary, accurate description and photos. Do recommend!

Amazing location and super clean updated apartment

This updated apartment was exactly as listed. Super clean which is very important to us. The location is even better than you can imagine. Close to Royal Mile and if you like to run and hike this is the location for you with Holyrood park at your door. We highly recommend this apartment.

Loved our stay

The property is exactly as shown - while quite small it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A perfect location for Holyrood and Arthur's Seat which we really enjoyed and found very beautiful. Approximately 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and 20-25 minutes to Waverley station. Buses travel near the apartment but we never took them. Many thanks to Ben and Ollie for their fast and attentive responses at all times. We miss Edinburgh and our home away from home already!

Ben’s place is well situated for an easy walk to the train station and Edinburgh sights. He responded immediately to questions I had. Neighbors are friendly as well. Clean and comfortable place. Recommended!

Lovely Apartment

For some reason we were actually expecting an efficiency apartment so were pleasantly surprised to find it was a one bedroom (so much larger than expected). It was beautifully designed and cozy. I wish those responsible for the exterior maintenance would take half as much care. I would tell anyone not to be put off by the entrance foyer and stairwell. They are dank and dark but the apartment was perfect. The area was also very nicely located. We were originally supposed to stay for 3 nights but only got to enjoy two due to a fiasco with the airline getting us to Scotland. We stayed one night then joined a tour group to travel all over Scotland. Everyone on the tour asked where we were staying in the city and they were all envious of our location. It truly is near everything. The owner was response and courteous. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying there again if I'm ever back in the UK.

Delightful Location

The flat is spacious and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom, though tiny, has everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and very clean. We were happy with the location and walkability to the Royal Mile and to Sainsbury’s, too.

Nice appartment in Old Town Edinburgh

We enjoyed are stay here. The simplicity and clean modern look was to our liking and a nice surprise to the overall building. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bathroom, though small had a great shower. This set up works well for a couple traveling and not wanting to eat out all of the time. Of course the location to Holyrood park and the Royal mile couldn't have been better. Easy walking and bus transport also a plus. All of the directions and communication with the host was excellent and timely.

Lovely little flat in great location

This flat is located steps away from Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat, with Holyrood Park at the end of the street. The apartment itself is clean and modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a few days’ stay. The shower is nice too, just wish the sink was a bit larger! The street is quiet despite its location in the city.

Apartment with Everything You Need in an Excellent Location for Edinburgh!

We were exceptionally happy with this apartment. It was such a treat to be just steps from Holyrood Park, and everything else in wonderful Edinburgh was within easy walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable, five day stay; the owners (Ben and his brother) have put much thought and care into providing for their guests, and the binder-full of local info is very comprehensive--we wish we could have fit in all of the recommendations, but we did our best! For such a centrally-located place, the street is surprisingly quiet--very peaceful at night. We would love to return again--thank you!!

My brother and I own the property. We both live in the city centre - very close to the property. I've lived in Edinburgh for the last few years and Ben studied at the University of Edinburgh and has remained in Edinburgh ever since. We both share a love of travel and have travelled extensively - but always end up back in the world's best city, in the world's best country!
