Einer der größten Pools, den Sie am Pensacola Beach für ein Privathaus finden, befindet sich direkt im Hinterhof mit Blick auf den Kanal und tropischer Umgebung. Hast du ein boot Oder mieten Sie ein Fischerboot für die Woche und parken Sie es im Bootslift direkt im Hinterhof. Träumen Sie von einem Zuhause für den Angler, da Sie Ihren Köder vom Hinterhof im Kanal fangen können. Wie wäre es mit Nachtleben und einem fantastischen Ort für Meeresfrüchte - Peg Leg Pete's ist buchstäblich einen Steinwurf entfernt. Genießen Sie die Musik und die Atmosphäre im Hinterhof am Pool.

Dieses Haus war früher auf dem Ferienhausmarkt, jetzt ist es neu und verbessert. Das Erdgeschoss ist ein Neubau und ist eine komplette Erfahrung für sich. Es hat eine große Höhle mit Bartresen und Fernseher sowie einen Kickertisch und eine Dartscheibe. Es hat auch ein brandneues Spielzimmer mit einem schönen Billardtisch. Dies ist der Traum eines Spieleliebhabers! Das Spielzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Schlafbereich mit 2 Queensize-Betten. Darüber hinaus verfügt diese private untere Ebene über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Schlafzimmer öffnet sich direkt auf die Terrasse und den Poolbereich. Das gesamte Haus verfügt über neue Flachbildfernseher, neue Betten, neue Wandkunst und mehrere andere Upgrades. Du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein! Dieses Haus ist erstklassig!

Die Hauptwohnebene verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen, eines mit einem Queensize- und einem Zweibettzimmer und das andere mit einem Queensize-Bett. Es verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit gewölbter Decke, eine Designer-Küche mit Esstisch und Küchenbar sowie ein separates Esszimmer. Ein zusätzliches WC und eine Waschküche befinden sich direkt neben der Küche.
Das Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem Badezimmer, das zweite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Badezimmer mit einem großen Whirlpool. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen privaten Balkon, um die Aussicht zu genießen! Zusätzlich haben wir im Obergeschoss einen osmanischen Doppelschläfer sowie einen komfortablen Sitzbereich hinzugefügt. Auch hier finden Sie den perfekten Balkon vor dem Treppenabsatz für einen wunderschönen Klangblick. Tolle!

Falsely Advertised as New Renovation

I have been renting vacation homes through Homeway and VRBO for over 20 years and this was absolutely the worst house I ever rented. Upon arrival, I noticed there were several planks missing on the dock as well as railings that were falling apart and a lot of other problems with the dock, which was one of the main reasons I rented this property. I sent a text with pictures to Gulf Coast Getaways asking to fix. They replaced the missing deck planks but that was it. Later in our stay we had a plumbing problem with water flooding the downstairs bathroom and storage garage. I asked to send a plumber with a shop vac. The plumber did not have a shop vac so the water stayed in the garage. We put towels on the floor in the bathroom. The pool must have been shocked the morning we arrived but it was not brushed which caused it to turn green on Friday morning. Requested pool service but did not get it. The cookware was cheap and not sufficient for my guests, the blinds in the upstairs bathroom were moldy. The filters on the AC units were the wrong size. Two of my grandkids got very congested from all the mold throughout the house. One of the sliding doors to the upper deck could not be opened. I could go on...... This house is definitely NOT kid friendly.

It was an amazing house. The teens enjoyed having their own level. It was raining so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool , but it was very nice and clean. I would rent it again

Great Location

This house is in a great an quiet location with more than enough for the kids to keep busy all day. This inside of the house is in really good shape but the outside can use some fixing up. The problems are mostly in the backyard and some of them are safety concerns with children. The wire fence around the boat stall is coming apart leaving holes to fall through, a post in the stall is coming apart from the roof, a wooden deck on the sand side is broken nearly in half and the main sliding door from the basement to the pool is very hard to open. The best restaurant we ate at was Peg Leg Pete's which is right around the corner and across from that is the beach. I would defiantly book this place again but I hope they can address some of the issues.

Perfect

Definitely will try and book for our next stay in Pensacola. Property was clean and absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to many different places to play and eat. Did thanksgiving with friends and family while we were there and had plenty of room for everyone. Very nice property.

Room for improvement

Unless they fix the multitude of issues, and then most importantly do a full and thorough inspection between renters, what is advertised vs. the experience/reality is vastly different. The price point is excessive considering the condition of the property. Issues found were: Broken railing at the top of outdoor stairs, grill was disgracefully filthy making it impossible (and not desirable) to use, 2nd upstairs bathroom tub would not drain and could not be used, kitchen sink garbage disposal would not work, kitchen sink would back-up if water was ran more then 2 minutes, many doors would not lock, many pool chairs broken, the outside trash cans were full, except one, and the area in general a mess. The house itself is huge and offers the opportunity for a wonderful experience, however they need to be proactive with their inspections and correct any/all open issues.

We had a WONDERFUL time at 147 Leporte. It provides many activities, a beautiful very clean pool, a boat dock and excellent fishing for children. A great place, but needs some up keep...painting, toilet updating, etc. It provides alot of bed space too!!!

Multi family Spring Break

Great house for multiple families! Excellent outdoor space for enjoying the weather (pool) and playing cornhole (sand). Lower level and bunk room was awesome for the kids. Great location that was an easy walk to beach and Peg Leg Pete's for excellent seafood. Everyone really enjoyed their stay!

Great Beach House for Big Families

This home had more than enough room to accommodate our large family of 20+. The kitchen was spacious, the living area was very nice (with a big tv), and the lower level was perfect for the kids. The close proximity to the beach was very cool as well. I would stay here again without hesitation.

PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY!

This house was perfect for our 4 day weekend. Close access to the BEAUTIFUL Pensacola Beach. Our trip consisted of lots of family, 23 guests to be exact. However that wasn't a problem at all. The large space in this house is INCREDIBLE, everything is neat and organized, kitchen is stocked with very essential cooking appliances and tools. Pool was amazing along with the game room downstairs. Every bedroom was welcoming and beautiful, along with the bedding layout. I'm telling you, it was a perfect fit for our family! We enjoyed every bit of our stay and we will definitely have to plan another stay here! Thank you!

Very Nice House

This was a very nice property and had a great property management company. Pictures were accurate and the pool was great! There were some small issues that should be resolved, such as a broken deck board, missing curtain rod, and some temporary fixes that were seemed rigged. Overall, very happy with the rental.

Perfect for family get together.

We had 11 adults and 11 children aged 2-15 and this house met all needs. The pool was great and fishing off the backyard was fun. Very close to the beach and boardwalk entertainment. Nice setup of bedrooms worked with everyone. Everyone is excited to come back here again.

Family beach vacation

My 3 sisters and I brought our 75 year old mother to Florida for the first time in her life. There was plenty of room for all our families. We all enjoyed the pool and the sand area was great for the young kids. The teenagers enjoyed the game room and my son and grandson enjoyed fishing off the deck. The location was great, we were able to catch a Trolley and get to the beach with ease. It was a vacation we'll never forget.

Great location and comfy beds

We stayed at this property for 5 days as a group of 8 girls. The hosts were great and very responsive both before and during our stay. The location was perfect being a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We even got a bit of beach view from the balcony deck. The home itself is very comfortable and enough space for all of us to have some privacy as well. The only thing I would improve would be to have more back up amenities like toilet paper, trash bags and maybe some more basic kitchen supplies like salt and spices. Overall, great stay.

Perfect place to stay with a large family

Awesome! 4 family's stayed with a total of 21 of us ages 4 - 68 and everyone enjoyed their stay ! We loved fishing of the back and the views were great ! Everyone had plenty of space in the house and the kids loved the pool table and all the other games . The pool area was great and the kids loved jumping in whenever they wanted .

Great place for team bonding!

Our volleyball team stayed at this beautiful house while playing in a volleyball tournament at Pensacola State College. The house was perfect for our team and coaches to stay and not feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was great and the short walk to the beach made the house a great location. Would definately recommend this house!

Vacation 2019

The only complaint that all of us would have is the pool was not as clean as it should have been. Drains were clogged with hair. Lots of debris in the pool. To much to scoop out and it was Cloudy.. Soon as I asked they sent someone over , but all that was done was add chemicals. Around the pool area was wonderful. Boat dock fit out boat and jet ski and could hold another if we had it. House was wonderful. Exactly what the pictures look like. Very hard to get in and out with boat trailer/jet ski
