Great spot
Beautiful Apartment..Just as advertised. For several days we walked to the Uber boat at Chelsea harbour and found it a great way to get down town and to Greenwich. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Highly recommend.

Cozy stay in Chelsea
Highly recommend this cozy flat for a stay in London. It’s located in a quiet and easy to get too neighborhood in Chelsea. Owners were great to work with and are quick to respond to questions or a suggestion of what to do. The flat is near two tube stations, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of great streets to walk down and near the Thames river. The flat had plenty of room for the thee adults. Kitchen was well appointed to make meals or a snack. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

10 Perfect Days
Our journey started with a greeting from Dave at Heathrow, followed by a comfortable ride to the flat in his zippy & roomy red Tesla. Dave walked us through the ins & outs of the flat and provided us with generous provisions: bread, cheese, apples, grapes, eggs, milk, tea, coffee & more! Just what we needed after an overnight flight. We enjoyed dining at Hollywood Arms, Fox & Pheasant, Gail's Bakery but our favorite was The Ivy. Our flat was an easy walk to the tube, restaurants, & multiple grocery stores. A surprising bonus was Holy Trinity Brompton Church St. Luke's Earl's Court only a block away. It was a friendly and welcoming congregation and provided a church home away from home. Shelley's many communications and extensive London details with sites, restaurants and walks were much appreciated. We also checked out Stamford Bridge, Chelsea FC's stadium and Old Brompton Cemetery which are within walking distance from the flat. It was finally warm enough on our last day to enjoy the peacefulness of the lovely terrace which was a perfect end to our trip.

Mother/Son Adventure
I stayed in Dave and Shelley's cozy flat for 2 weeks with my 26 year old son. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The two bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice bedding, great for a good night's sleep after long days sightseeing. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked by the hosts with lots of goodies, which was lovely and thoughtful. While we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything one needs, and there is a nice table for eating. The bathroom had everything we needed - shower over deep bath with plenty of hot water. We used the terrace during nice weather for tea, and it was lovely. The flat has very nice natural light and large windows, and was also immaculately clean. The street is quiet and the neighborhood nice and convenient. We used the underground, and walked all over everywhere, and it was way and safe. One of the nicest touches was that Dave picked me up from the airport, and showed me around the neighborhood before depositing me in the flat. It was so nice not to have to find my own way after a long, transatlantic flight. Dave and Shelley were both attentive and thoughtful both before and through our stay - I 'd happily stay there again when next in town!

Perfect getsway
The awesome flat had a convenient location and David and Shelley were wonderful hosts. They were communicative by text and so helpful! Food awaited us on arrival so we could crash and not have to find a restaurant right away! David even took us to the airport when it was time to leave! I hope to return sometime!

We were very comfortable in this airy, bright flat and were able to take advantage of the back deck in glorious weather. It helped to start our week with some basics in the kitchen and we really had everything we needed in the flat. Space for suitcases, etc. is not plentiful but the spare bedroom made that issue disappear. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel extremely welcome.

A Home away Home
We loved staying here, starting with the very warm welcome we received from the host, the genuinely homely feel of the apartment which had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a week long stay, the light airy lounge and lovely quiet rear patio perfect for afternoon drinks. On a quiet street yet an easy walk to trains, cafes and pubs. We used it as a base to go to the cricket, tennis and theatres in central London. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful Vacation
Shelley and Dave were great hosts! We really appreciated Dave picking us up at the airport and taking us to the comfortable apartment and later to Whole Foods! They also responded immediately when we had questions. The apartment was so conveniently located and on a quiet street. The terrace was perfect after a long day. The communication with the owner was outstanding. Shelley answered all my questions quickly and sent detailed information. She offered restaurant recommendations and was truly helpful. The apartment was even better than expected and the location was amazing. We like to walk to see a city and the Kings Road, Kensington, Knightsbridge are walkable. Earls Court and West Brompton tube stations are in easy walking distance plus many buses. The washer was great but the dryer was an added bonus especially with the UK weather. The terrace looked amazing but the weather unfortunately wasn't good so we didn't use it. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt. I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing property in Chelsea/Kensington
Shelly & Dave are amazing hosts, their property in Chelsea/Kensington area is wonderful. Clean and very well maintained, beds are super comfortable. We really appreciated their offer of Dave picking us up from the airport and taking us to the apartment. It was one less thing we had to worry about after taking a long red-eye flight. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the apartment and some info about the neighborhood. They also had some light snacks waiting for us as well. The apartment is conveniently located and on a quiet street, with a quick walk to Earls Court station. Making it super easy to hop on the Tube/Underground. There are many great coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores located in the area. From the moment we booked the apartment Shelly made it very easy to communicate and was very timely with her responses. It was our first time visiting London, she provided us with a long and wonderful list of places to see and things to do in and around the city. It was a pleasure staying at their apartment. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Wonderful Flat!
This property in the Chelsea/Kensington area is wonderful. It is very clean, cute, and comfortable. The beds are especially comfortable. It is obviously well maintained and loved by its owners. They go above and beyond by picking up US travelers at the airport and taking them to the flat. You get a personal tour and instructions. They even stock the flat with some light food. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. The area is darling, with good restaurants and coffee houses nearby, as well as the market and public transport a short walk away. The neighborhood is very nice. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Amazing Stay!
16 Westgate Terrace provided the perfect backdrop for our two-week stay in London! From booking to arrival all communications were seamless, efficient and gracious. This set the tone beautifully for what was to come. Our flat was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout. Welcoming fruit, baked goods, cheese and eggs, etc spoke volumes to the attention and care our hosts Shelley, Dave and Vicky strive to provide. Having been to London many times, this was my first VRBO stay and it exceeded all expectations. I look forward to returning to this charming spot in a wonderful neighbourhood!

This beautiful flat really made our trip. All the amenities we could need, plus a great view, beautiful terrace, all in a charming neighborhood. I live with my husband and two teenage children in a small village near Guildford in the Surrey Hills. I very much enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside surrounding us, practising Yoga and spending as much time as I can with my family and close friends. We enjoy having our flat in London, using it ourselves as a second home - enjoying its fabulous location, being close to many of our favorite restaurants, shopping and Theatre. Our apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We would like to share our apartment with others who appreciate its location and comfort as well.

Our apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of Chelsea and has a beautiful Roof Garden Terrace which is so nice to have - for al fresco dining and relaxing during one's stay. We are only a short stroll away from Redcliffe Square and the Kings Road for designer stores and chic restaurants.
My mother grew up in Fulham and this area has always been special to me as I used to travel up to my grandparents regularly as a child.

The area is quiet which is a real advantage as so many streets close by are very noisy and on main roads. Our road is quiet and gives a relaxing feel. The main bedroom is at the back of the apartment overlooking gardens - giving a tranquil feel.
