Eingebettet am Südufer des Lake Weir in der privaten Enklave von Villen von Eaton Beach, aktualisieren diese völlig Villa bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den See von fast jedem Zimmer. Dieses gut ausgestattete 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Unterkunft bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, Kabel-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Die geräumige Gästezimmer bietet ein französisches Bett sowie ein Tagesbett und einen privaten Zugang zum Strand Bad.

Der Wohnbereich ist sehr offen und ideal für unterhaltsame, ist sehr schön mit einem Kabel-TV und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und See eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde komplett aktualisiert und hat noch mehr Aussicht auf den See. Das Essen in der Küche hat viel Stauraum, Ablageflächen und die Geräte wurden kürzlich aktualisiert und verfügen über eine Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle gebaut.

Auf der Terrasse können Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee und spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge oder genießen Sie Ihr Lieblingsgetränk und beobachten Sie die Sonne über dem Wasser gesetzt genießen. Es gibt einen Holzkohle-Grill auf der Terrasse und eine überdachte Terrasse liegt etwas außerhalb der Veranda.

Holen Sie sich Ihre Zehen in den Sand buchstäblich 10 Meter von der Terrasse, die auch einen direkten Zugang zum Strand Bad. Es gibt Volleyball am Strand. See-Wehr ist ein Sandboden See, der für Florida sehr selten ist. Diese Funktion und das klare Wasser machen seine 5.685 Morgen ein wunderbarer See zu Boot, Ski, Fisch oder schwimmen.

Die Villen von Eaton Beach ist ein privat Gated Community & gibt es eine Bootsrampe und Boot / Anhänger Lagerung vor Ort. Wenn Sie möchten Ihr Boot im Wasser zu halten, müssen Sie Ihre eigene Anlegestelle bringen.

Gleich nebenan befindet sich Eaton Beach Sandbar & Grill. Dieser Strand Hot Spot ideal für Mittag- oder Abendessen ist, hat eine Tiki-Bar, Live-Unterhaltung sowie Boot, Jet-Ski & Paddle Board-Verleih.

Beautiful spot overlooking beach and lake

You couldn't get any closer to the water unless you were on a houseboat. I enjoyed hosting family over for meals and playtime on the beach. I look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect location

I stayed as a long term relocating my daughter and I and our 2 little dogs . I can’t say enough about Liz’s place ! The moment I walked in August to leaving this weekend was nothing but perfect ! The beach, the other renters and owners have made me want to call this place home !!!You are 7 mins to Walmart, there’s a great Winery down on 42, take 25 south and you are near any shopping your heart could desire ! I loved my stay so much I decided to be a forever resident!!! Thank you Liz and Mike for opening your home ! Do not pass this stay up worth every breath taking view

Cute cottage

Cottage is right on the beach. The beach area is shared by all other cottages in the community and there is a restaurant right next door as well. I really only slept there as I was spending my days in Ocala so I didn’t get to enjoy the lake or the beach but it was nice and clean and well kept.

Awesome Time!!!

The property is located right on the lake, which I have to say is wonderful. You do share the beach with the other cottage dwellers but we seemed to be the only people around which made us feel like we had our own private beach area. The cottage was clean and well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher. We also had access to all types of beach rafts and floats which were already inflated. Our sons ages 12 & 15 enjoyed fishing and riding on our Genoe( there is a boat ramp right next to this property). Overall, we had and Awesome Time!!! Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage.

This place is perfect to relax and enjoy the lake. The cottage looks like it has just been redone, up to date appliances, extremely clean. not far from restraunts and stores but far enough that you think you are in another world. Liz was extremely attentive to our needs and gracious. This would be a great place for kids to play on the private beach and lake.

Summer-Boating-Getaway

Comfortable, very convenient location, easy lake access, great restaurant next door, has a real natural sand beach, great for boating, fishing, and swimming. Best view and villa location. Villa cottage perfect for 4 adults and 2 small kids. 2 separate bathrooms. Plan to have a lot of fun and relaxing time on the water, and at the beach. Good owner response to any questions or concerns.

Lake Weir Beach Cottage

We love the cottage and the lake. The cottage is only a few feet from the water, which was good for us to stay inside some and watch the boating and swimming activities. The restaurant on the property is nice and the food was good. Wonderful places for family activities

Wonderful stay and experience

Liz was very helpful and nice. I love the location, in a country type setting but next to popular Eaton Beach Bar and Grill right on the beach. I love the area for all the horse activities and my husband love the area to ride his motorcycle. 6 miles from the Villages with entertainment and shopping. My only disappointment was walking up the 26 stairs to get to my car but I guess it was great way to get exercise, but we made it work. I wouldn't suggest this for people having a hard time going up and down the stairs but the rental was cozy, clean and private which were very nice.

Great cabin right on the lake

We are having a great time and do not want to leave tomorrow. We have stayed in several of the cabins here at Eaton's Beach but the location of this one is awesome! This cabin also has two bathrooms instead of one which is extremely helpful trying to get everyone showered after a day on the water. Liz has been extremely helpful and understanding when we had to change our dates due to the approaching hurricane. I would definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you Liz for sharing your place with us and we look forward to coming back again.

Quiet Getaway

Peaceful weekend on Lake Weir

The cottage is in a gated area and is right on the sand, with a spectacular view from the front windows. The Eaton Beach & Sandbar restaurant is just a walk up the hill with terrific seafood and a fun atmosphere. We had private access to this lovely stretch of beach and sat in chairs under the stars on the beach at night. Very private, peaceful, and picturesque.
