DIE VILLA hat die "2017-2018 CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE" von TripAdvisor erreicht.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend namens Bella Vista mit herrlichem Blick auf das Naturdenkmal Los Ajaches. Im Hintergrund können Sie die Strände von Papagayo sehen. Es ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen geschützten Sandstrand Playa Flamingo entfernt.

Die Villa besteht aus 6 Doppelzimmern und 4 Bädern, die auf zwei Etagen verteilt sind:
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit TV (mit IPTV-TV-System) (bietet Kanäle wie Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 und 4, BT Sport 1 und 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 und 4, BBC) 1, 2, 3 und 4) und DVD.
Es gibt einen Essbereich mit Klimaanlage und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, einschließlich Backofen / Herd, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und anderen.
Der Schlafkomfort besteht aus 2 Suiten mit Klimaanlage, eine mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, 2 Schlafzimmern mit zwei Betten und einem Badezimmer sowie einem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, Bidet und Haartrockner. Die Villa verfügt über WIFI.

In der unteren Etage besteht aus:

Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit 4800 BTU-Klimaanlage, TV und XBOX ONE-Konsole mit zwei Bedienelementen. Spielplatz mit Billardtisch und Air Hockey. Ein Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten. Badezimmer mit Dusche

Draußen gibt es einen sehr privaten Essbereich im Freien mit einem kanarischen Grill, der zu einem schönen beheizten Pool und einem großen Whirlpool führt.

Lovely break in a lovely villa

A lovely well needed break in the sunshine. Central to drive to either to the Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca Town. The villa was spacious comfortable and in a secluded area. Perfect facilities and great to choose either the pool or the hot tub. The games room was fab as well.We loved it there and hope to return. Gerry was very friendly and really knowledgeable, about the island and made sure we knew how to work everything in the villa.It was great to be able to use the washing machine as well meaning i just had to unpack when we got home.

Excellent

Villa Carmen is situated in a quiet area with stunning views. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away. 35 mins walk into the main part of Playa Blanca. We made full use of the pool and hot tub and the games room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa

Spent 8 fantastic nights in this beautiful villa the owner Sonia was so helpful right from when we first made contact. Villa is stunning in a quiet location with fantastic games room downstairs for the kids very clean throughout. Everything you’d ever need for a wonderful holiday. Would recommend car hire. Definitely stay here again.

Just fabulous…,,,

Lovely large property, well maintained with lots of activities. Good sized outside area and large games room. Nicely decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Quiet residential area, with mini market close by. 40 minute walk down hill to central Playa Blanca. Dead easy to order a taxi if not up for the walk. Communication before stay was excellent and handover by Manager friendly and comprehensive. Great holiday rental for adults and older children. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous Villa

We were very happy with Villa Carmen. It was modern and clean with everything that was described in the advertising. The fantastic games room entertained the kids every evening plus the adults enjoyed the darts and pool table. The hot tub was an added luxury and the heated pool. There was a lovely complementary gift of toiletries in each of the 6 bedrooms plus wine, milk, bread jams and butter to start us off. The host Daniel was very nice and helpful on our arrival. My only suggestion for improving the facilities in the bedrooms would be to have king size duvets on the larger double beds instead of two small individual duvets plus they were quite thin so we felt a bit cold some nights. We doubled up for the little kids with two spare duvets and they were more comfortable. The beds are very comfortable as we're the bed pillows and there were plenty on each bed. The location is within short walking distance of the Montana Roja and the views are lovely. Ten minute walk will get you to the bus stop to catch the local 30 bus which takes you all around Playa Blanca for 1 euro 40 cents each or taxis are very reasonable too. No reason to hire a car unless you want to go further. The nearest beach is Flamingo Bay and takes 30 mins to walk there. We will definitely be back ❤️

Very good

All that we needed for our family of 12..6 adults 4 teenagers and 11 and 8 yr old. Gerry and Dan very helpful and quick to respond to one problem. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Carmen. One minor point a few more wine glasses/flutes would be nice. We would recommend this property and certainly consider it for another stay in Player Blanca Thank you to the hosts. We had an incredible week in your lovely home to celebrate our Golden wedding.

Great sized villa

The villa interior was very large, modern and spacious. The downstairs games area was a massive hit with our 2 teens. The outside space had plenty of sun loungers and the pool and hot tub were great. The Villa location is a bit of a distance away from the centre of Playa Blanca if you wanted to walk. We had a hire car but taxis arrive quickly when called or there are plenty of electric scooters around. A small complaint was that the floors were a bit grubby on arrival and there was a used tissue under the bedside table in the main bedroom. A bigger issue was the really bad smell that came & went from the bathrooms both up & downstairs. We did contact the villa management who promptly sent out a plumber. He had a quick look at the bathrooms but nothing was actually done and although he said he would report back to the Villa management, we heard nothing else and the smell persisted. We had to stop using the en suite shower and use the other bathroom as the smell was so bad after we used it & we had to buy scented candles to mask the smell. Apart from the issue with the smell, we did enjoy our stay at Villa Carmen.

Great Villa for a relaxing holiday

Our goal was to have a villa to accommodate a family of 4 (kids aged 5 and 12), plus grandparents x2. For two weeks of R&R This villa did not disappoint. From booking through to arrival communication with villa management was excellent and easy. When we arrived a simple phone call allowed us to arrange a convenient time to meet that suited our needs. We hired a car, as Playa Blanca is 31 minutes (everything seems to be 31 mins by the way) hence the car. The villa itself was exactly as advertised. And could easily accommodate 12 people (3 x family of 4) The boys loved the games room, which allowed them to pass some time when they didn’t want to be in the fantastic pool. Living facilities were excellent. We ate in most evenings, so regular shop runs were needed, as the local mini-market never seemed to be open. In our opinion, a car is a must… Outdoor facilities for relaxing around the pool were brilliant, we didn’t overly use the hot tub as it was already too hot. Pool temperature was perfect. Pool and general cleaning services were timely and did not intervene our privacy. At the foot of Mount Rojas we took the opportunity to climb, and wasn’t disappointed. Amazing views, but very windy. Pack rough trainers if you want to do this though All in all we had a wonderful holiday celebrating a milestone birthday. The quality of this villa topped it off. Thanks

Playa Blanca Family Stay

Overall it was a most enjoyable stay. The villa was spacious, well appointed with attractive interior decor. It was very suitable for families of different ages having the swimming pool and the games room. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the downstairs bathroom which came and went during the week and did affect the couple sleeping downstairs.

The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed for a special family birthday and ages ranged from 23-70, we all had a ball. The only thing I would say is that taxis weren’t always readily available so if anyone in the party has mobility issues, I’d recommend a car. There is ample parking available. Communication with the villa owner and property manager was quick and easy throughout.

prachtige vakantievilla!!

Ruim, luchtig, zeer net. Benedenverdieping met pooltafel, kicker, darts en airhockey. Groot terras met zalig zwembad, 3x poolboy geweest op 2 weken, 1x kuisploeg om heel de villa te kuisen. Top! Uitstekende communicatie. Alles is voorzien. Wel een auto aan te raden. Plaats genoeg om auto's te parkeren. Schitterende vakantie gehad. Wij komen terug :-)

BON SEJOUR DANS L'ENSEMBLE

Nous avons été surpris à notre arrivée car nous pensions la maison et le jardin beaucoup plus grands. Les photos ont été certainement prises avec un grand angle. Sinon le séjour s'est très bien passé. Juste un petit bémol nous avions contacté Daniel car les évacuations de deux salles de bains étaient bouchées et des serviettes de bains étaient sales mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Il semblerait que Daniel n'aie pas reçu notre message ?? Sinon encore un petit bémol le manque d'ustensile de cuisine. Un seul plat allant au four pour 8, très peu de couverts, pas de grille pour le barbecue (pour faire cuire du poisson impossible), du coup on a voulu le faire au four mais pas de lèche frite... Bon restons positif nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour. Le spa et la piscine ont été bien appréciés ainsi que les jeux mis à notre disposition.

Beautifully equipped villa

From start to finish the communication with the host and property managers was amazing. The host was waiting for us when we arrived at the villa and showed us around and how to use everything. The hot tub and pool were very well used, and cleaned once mid week to our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all items needed, however we found it would have been useful to have some basics left like cleaning products and salt/pepper etc which would have made things a little easier maybe. The villa is slightly out the way, however taxis are really cheap at around €5 to go anywhere in playa blanca. Playa flamingo beach is an OK walk down hill, however we had little legs with us, so only did this once. For the more adventurous there are loads of rentable escooters which are very easy to use and make a great afternoon out if you use them to travel the coast line. Just make sure to follow app instructions at the end of the ride. We used these to go back up the hill. The games room was a great addition and well used, air hockey table could do with oiling I think, so that the pucs move better. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great with hairdryers, soap, complimentary showergel and shampoo, and towels for pool and shower. Any issues we raised whilst we were there were fixed within 24hrs which is great. The only thing I would raise it that no cleaners turned up whilst we were there and towels were not changed, which it stated on the advert. However we did not raise this whilst we were away, else I'm sure this would have been addressed if we had. Hence why it would be handy to have a cleaning bucket with the essentials, surface spray, washing up liquid, cloths etc. We bought these things and left for the next guests, along with kitchen essentials like salt, pepper oil etc. I would 100% recommend this villa, and would have no hesitation visiting again.

Fabulous Villa Holiday

From the moment I booked the villa our host Sonia was always on hand to answer any questions I had and responded very quickly. We were met when we arrived late in the evening and shown around the villa. As it was quite late the person who met us recommended a local delivery service for food as we were not planning on heading out that night. The villa itself was fabulous, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. The heated pool was bigger than I expected and deep enough for adults to enjoy as well as the younger ones. The villa is located in a quiet spot away from the main area of Playa Blanca. It is possible to walk down to Playa Flamingo though and along the front heading towards Playa Blanca where there are bars and restaurants a plenty. Taxis are readily available if you would rather not walk, we had 3 at the door within 10 minutes when we all went out together. The taxi fare down to the centre of Playa Blanca is next to nothing at less than €5. I was planning on hiring a vehicle for the duration of our stay but, opted for a private transfer from the airport which cost £50 each way. Excellent value when split between us all. Obviously shopping for 10 people can fill more than one trolley and you don't want to spend your holiday running to and from the supermarket. We were suggested a supermarket in Playa Blanca and the very helpful girl at the checkout arranged a taxi for the trip back up to the villa. There is a local shop at the bottom of the road which although didn't have masses of choice it did prove very handy for the essentials. We all had a fantastic holiday at the villa and it is most certainly a property I would highly recommend and book again myself!
