Lovely villa

Visited the resort for last 10 years in my cousins villa prior to selling. Found this villa and cannot fault anything about it. Spotless, great location, felt totally at home. Hosts very supportive and helpful. Had fabulous time and would not hesitate to return.

Estancia agradable

Pasamos 5 días muy agradables y tranquilos. La casa es muy acogedora, la parte exterior y piscina también. Sue y su pareja encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo necesario. La urbanización permite pasear tranquilamente y disfrutar de noches animadas en el complejo hotelero.

Home from home

Had a wonderful stay, property was as advertised, if not better, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need for your vacation, had the pool heated, used it everyday perfect temperature, loved the resort, nice quiet and secure, close to restaurants amenities and beach, Sue the owner was very helpful, made the whole booking process easy, Would thoroughly recommend this property, Thanks Sue hope to see you again

Lovely villa

Good villa in an ideal location for the resort. Villa was very clean and well maintained. Pool is an excellent size and was heated for our stay in mid October which is recommended. Mar Menor Golf resort is immaculate and a great base to explore the area. Would suggest hiring a car. Sue manages the villa and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay at number 10!

We have stayed in many villa’s over many years and this Villa was was perfectly presented unlike many that we have had at twice the price! It was absolutely spotless and perfect for the two of us. Simon met us on arrival to show us the layout and the bottle of wine from Sue and Simon was a lovely touch. The Villa had everything we needed. We opted for the pool to be heated which was perfect for an early morning dip. Sue was always at hand should we have needed any help or advice. Thank you both and we will be back in the not too distant future.

Everything you need

Well placed for the facilities, very clean and well equipped. Air con in the rooms and the covered patio area with a fan was lovely to relax in. Very helpful management with Sue and Simon. The pool area is surrounded by other Villa’s and it is fenced and completely private and un overlooked. Unfortunately this can be very noisy when all the surrounding pools are being used. We were there at the height of the school holidays so probably why. We tried most of the restaurants at the hotel and the Boulevard and they were lovely and the supermarket is fully stocked and reasonably priced. All walkable so we didn’t require a car. Would recommend it.

A little piece of Paradise

What an amazing holiday. We enjoyed a relaxed home from home vibe. This little piece of paradise, in particularly the kitchen, is superbly equipped, there wasn’t anything that we needed but couldn’t put our hand to. The cleanliness of the villa was exceptional. With outdoor temperatures in excess of 30 degrees ~ a fully functional, effective air conditioning system in the living area & both bedrooms, was a welcome bonus. Private outdoor facilities.. the swimming pool allowed us to enjoy a refreshing swim whilst the roof top terrace facilitated the perfect opportunity to enjoy drinks in the evening after an enjoyable meal, cooked on the gas barbecue .. all of which contributed to an amazing 10 days! Sue & Simon were on hand if we wanted any advice/guidance ~ they were attentive without being intrusive. Oh how we want to go back!

Superb!

Another fantastic 3 weeks at this villa. It really does have everything you need. Location on the resort is excellent and we had 3 weeks of relaxation and fun. This villa is immaculate and obviously looked after very well. Sue is a fantastic property manager and always available to answer any questions. Already booked for 2021 and would love to return before then!

Perfect holiday home

Everything from the first contact until we left was superb. The house has everything You need for a nice holiday. Nice pool, short distance to Spar supermarked and restaurants, and a short drive from beach and shopping. The roofterrace is perfect in the evening/night. We will be back next year!

Perfect!

The villa is fantastically equipped with a great pool (we had it heated which made a big difference). Sue was so kind and very helpful allowing us to check in early as the villa was ready and providing us with some tips of places to eat. The week went far too quickly, and we only wished we had booked to stay longer!! I would definitely return and would strongly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing week in the sunshine.

Everything is hassle free,efficient and friendly from the point of booking, through out the stay and right through to ‘checking-out’. The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location - especially if you want to play golf ! Already booked July and hope to be back in September !

My wife and I booked the villa for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! From the date of booking through Sue to the arrival we were very impressed. The villa was very clean, pool area is perfect and the booking experience from start to finish was excellent! Would highly recommend! Chris.

Perfect in every way

The photos do not do justice to this lovely villa. Location: Travel time from Murcia airport is less than 30 minutes. Located in a very well maintained golf resort with plenty of bars/restaurants within strolling distance we had a very relaxing 2 weeks. Neither of us play golf and simply enjoyed the open spaces across this well planned resort. We noticed lots of people walking dogs and cycling around the resort. Plenty of golfers who seemed to be having a great time. The resort felt safe & secure - there is active security at the entrance and we noticed some patrols. There is a maintenance team constantly at work and this attention really shows. The villa itself was ideal for the 2 of us and the 2nd bedroom would comfortably accommodate 2 children. It is modern, clean and clearly extremely well maintained. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and then retreated indoors to watch TV (yes - all the UK channels are available and the owner has a smart TV installed along with very good internet access & wifi). The bathrooms and kitchen are modern, clean and left nothing lacking. There is a small supermarket which has everything you could need. We used the restaurants and bars on the resort as well as those on the 'boulevard' just outside the resort (15 minute walk from the villa). One of us is vegetarian and was able to enjoy plenty of variety across two weeks. Nearby Los Alcazares is a lovely coastal town about 5km away. Having visited the area during off-season (September) previously we knew we'd find plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants to enjoy along the seafront. The historic Cartagena is a few minutes drive away and worth a visit. Thanks to the local host Sue who made sure we had all the information we needed before our arrival and during our stay.

Lovely villa with all mod cons

We had a lovely week in the villa as a couple with two kids. Great sized rooms and lots of storage. Kitchen had all mod cons and was pleased to find that cupboards had the essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Very clean and tidy. Plastic cups provided for the pool and pool towels. Air con was useful at night time, did not need during the day as we were sat outside at the pool area. Great WiFi speed and Netflix already registered on TV. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
