Willkommen in der Villa Encanto in Puerto Vallarta! Im Laufe der Jahre ist unsere Familie nach Bucerias gekommen, um die Villa Encanto wie ihre vielen Gäste zu genießen. Die schönen Menschen, das Meer und die Umgebung sind so berauschend, dass wir uns 2005 entschlossen haben, diese beeindruckende Strandvilla mit 9 Schlafzimmern für unsere Familie und Gäste zu erwerben.

Jedes Jahr werden zahlreiche Verbesserungen und Änderungen vorgenommen, die das klassische spanische Hacienda-Feeling widerspiegeln und gleichzeitig modernen Komfort bieten.

Spanischer Fliesenboden im Hauptwohnzimmer sowie im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Medienraum im Erdgeschoss. Wunderschön eingerichtet, Kingsize-Betten in 8 Zimmern plus 1 Studio, hochwertige Bettwäsche mit Fadenzahl 400 plus, Vorhänge, Kunstwerke, Beleuchtung und eine hochmoderne Klimaanlage mit Mini-Split-System im gesamten Gebäude sowie Deckenventilatoren. Darüber hinaus verfügt jedes Schlafzimmer über einen Schrank Safe für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Am wichtigsten ist, dass wir im unteren Bereich einen riesigen Medien- / Theaterraum eingerichtet haben, in dem Sie SMART HDTV-, BLU-RAY / DVD-Combo- und Satellitenkanäle im 70-Zoll-Breitbildformat genießen können. Beautiful Villa on the Beach, Extraordinary Service

We were looking for a place for a family vacation for our extended family (6 adults, 7 children ages 3-12) and Villa Encanto definitely fit the bill. Everything was as advertised, the villa is literally right on the beach, the pool is large (and warm), the living quarters are spacious and very comfortable. And the Casita provide privacy/separation for a family who wants it. What came as a surprise was the service which was truly extraordinary. The concierge/manager attended to our every need, like having your own dedicated Four Seasons concierge, planned (excursions, photographer, birthday pinata) and unplanned (e.g. an unexpected need for a doctor), the onsite staff provided incredible meals, a constant flow of libations and guacamole, and were attentive without being intrusive. And the setting was truly gorgeous, our favorite memories are our breakfasts, early evening cocktails, and dinners overlooking the beach. Possibly the only caveat I would give is that over a holiday week the beach did get a bit crowded in the afternoon, although the mornings we felt we had it mostly to ourselves, and the beach felt like it was mostly filled with locals so felt a bit more 'authentic' than other parts of Puerto Vallarty. Overall this was one of our best vacations ever, I cannot recommend Villa Encanto highly enough.

What a fabulous vacation! From the beachfront location and spectacular accommodation to the wonderful meals and friendly and thoughtful staff, all 14 of us were spoiled every day of our one week holiday. Can't wait to return.

Exceeded our expectations!

From the great reviews and beautiful pictures, we expected a wonderful villa for our vacation in Bucerias. From the moment we walked into the villa and were met by Esther, we knew Villa Encanto would not disappoint. The villa is immaculate but the personalized service from the staff was beyond our expectations. Ale and Paty made the most delicious food and drinks. Everything was so fresh and flavourful. Frederico kept the grounds absolutely beautiful. Karen and Jessica helped out in any way they could and it was great knowing that Pedro was always around to keep us safe. Whenever we needed anything, the staff went out of their way to help us. And they were always one step ahead of us. The staff became like family.

BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER BEEN ON!!!!!

As a mother of two, vacations can sometimes just feel like a change of scenery, but not at Villa Encanto! This is a 5 star property and experience from booking till you leave for the airport! The staff is so warm and friendly that they feel like family almost from the onset. The property itself couldn't be any more beautiful or family friendly and the quant Mexican town of Bucerias is something straight out of a movie. Staying at Villa Encanto is truly one of the best vacation I have even been on and we are counting down the days till we can go back!

Absolutely Beautiful! Way more beautiful in person!

This place is genuinely beautiful! The property is very spacious with a large pool, lawn, beach patio, and actual beach area. The pictures do not do it justice!! It is way more beautiful in person! The staff was equally beautiful and amazing, and they were like new family by the end of the week. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our extended family had an amazing time and I am hoping to make this a return trip!

Above and Beyond

Tim and his team went above and beyond in organizing our stay, as well as helping surprise the guest of honor with a gift sent from the States. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an intimate yet inviting getaway. They know how to take care of their guests and we'd definitely come back.

One of the best vacations I've ever been on.

Our group of 10 just returned from this amazing property. Every day was pure magic. Waking up in your king size bed to the sound of the ocean followed by a home made amazing breakfast from the sweet and attentive staff is just one of the thousand things that makes this place so special. The house is immaculately kept from the daily deep cleaning from the hard working cleaning staff. The property is absolutely perfect with the large pool, hammocks on the beach to relax in, and close proximity to the charming town of Bucerias, etc etc. Afternoons are the high point with the amazing happy hour that happens. Hand squeezed limes make the best margaritas in the world. The guacamole and dips are the best I've ever had! Dinner follows right after that and is perfectly made. We chose to have our dinner outside on the patio by the ocean. Every day from start to finish was absolute perfection. This house and its staff is just perfect and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in late January 2016 and had the most amazing time. We had 5 couples and plenty of space. The house is lovely and it's in a perfect location. We really didn't want to leave! All of the staff were so sweet and kind, and the margaritas and fresh guacamole every day was really a treat! The beach and pool were perfect and the hammocks were just what we needed! We also enjoyed the neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops just down the street. It felt very safe and everyone we met were so friendly. We were so happy and relaxed, we should have stayed for a month or two! Thank you for a great experience and we Will definitely be back!

Perfect for Relaxation

Just returned from Villa Encanto with three couples and six children (all under the age of 9). Relaxation was the key for this trip. The kids were fully entertained by the beach, ocean, pool, and decent wifi to keep them busy while the adults enjoyed the nightly prepared dinners. Speaking of dinner Letty, our villa chef, wowed us every night. Chili Rellenos, Fajitas, Fish Veracruz all dishes were wonderful and sent us home with an extra few pounds. Don't miss out on the 20 peso hour long massages offered on the beach just a few steps down the beach from the villa. Greg, the house manager arranged a private snorkeling trip on a 42' Bertram that all the kids are still talking about. Very happy with this villa and it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of PV.

A family tradition!

My family has been coming to Villa Encanto during Christmas time for over 10 years. The house is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful. There is something for everyone to enjoy, whether it's the delicious food, the private pool, or the short walk into the town square market. From my elderly grandparents, to my 10 year old cousin, everyone has the best time when we are here. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay, and look forward to many more memories made at Villa Encanto. See you again in December!

Our Family Vacation

Our family of 12, 8 adults, and four children ranging in age from 1 1/2 to 8 years old had a fantastic week long stay. It was comfortable and even luxurious. The staff is so accommodating, we were overwhelmed. They made a special effort for specials diet needs, two birthdays and a wide range of tastes. Much better than an a resort because it combined the excellence of the resort with the privacy of the family event. Just terrific!

We had a fabulous time. What a wonderful place you have and the staff was the best, they became like family. They went beyond what we were expecting. They even did decorations for our Grandsons 4th birthday, and made a special effort to find a piñata (Batman, his favorite) for him. Everything was great. It will be hard to go to all-inclusive resort because of the treatment, the privacy of our own pool, and the fabulous food. This stay was unbelievable. We were quite content to spend time at the Villa playing in the pool, at the beach, or in the ocean. Each evening we would sit by the beach, our own private area and watch the spectacular sunsets. We never felt that we needed to leave the Villa because everything we needed was right there. Thanks again for letting us use your place.

Fantastic Villa!

My family and I have been coming to Bucerias for a few years now and this is the first time we were able to stay at Villa Encanto. After the experience, I'm not sure we will want to stay anywhere else! The Villa is First Class all the way! From the moment you enter the property you are greeted by the most gracious staff with delicious food and drinks always at the ready (Patricia's margaritas are exceptional!!) The home is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean! (It was especially nice for our big group - everyone had their own space.) The location was sublime - right on the beach with a large and private ocean patio, complete with hammocks and private access to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and charming with great shops, galleries and restaurants just walking distance from the property. We can't say enough great things about Villa Encanto - we will definately return and recommend it to everyone!

The best vacation ever!

I had the best vacation at Villa Encanto! I was part of a group of 8 (originally 10) people. We came from NY and ME and met in Bucerias. Most of the party arrived a few days before I did and got the "lay of the land" so to speak. I understand that they were a bit delayed because of weather in the states and arrived at night after dark. Greg and the staff made sure that the place was literally lit up with about 300 votive candles (ordered prior to arrival) and those candles were light every night during our week long stay. Thank you Patricia. The Villa was beautiful and authentically Mexican. Just what we had hoped for. The main house accommodated 2 individuals and two couples (which an extra bedroom to spare) and my partner and I stayed in the guest house behind the pool (with another extra bedroom). The weather was absolutely beautiful, the water warm....no humidity (early January). Greg and his staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Each day Frederico set up breakfast on the beach patio and Patty and Lettie cooked the most scrumptious breakfasts. Hand squeezed orange juice every morning. Felt like a queen. We were able to plan our meals that we took at the house and loved everyone one of them. The margaritas were so yummy. The beach was our main daytime event and by mid afternoon we moved to the pool which was always refreshing. I enjoyed getting up before everyone and taking in the sunrise and talking to our security guard Armando(who was on duty from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) I got the coffee going in the a.m. and we planned our days leisurely and casually. We had a 50th bday celebration which we utilized the lawn for. We even had a 3 piece mariachi band (thank you Greg) and fireworks! What a splendid time we had. Our one day excursion was on a rented catamaran out of Nuevo Vallarto (?) and our concierge arranged that and car service - that was THE best day. We swam with the fishes and took in the Bay of Bandares. Our staff had one day off and we actually missed them so, not because they fed us! but because they became part of our vacation. We were so sad to leave. It was the most casual, relaxed, incredible vacation. I cannot think of a negative thing to say. I miss the sounds of the waves each evening and morning .... crashing on the shore. I miss the warm temps as I struggle to cope with below zero weather in New England. Thank you Villa Encanto for the wonderful vacation. I miss you!

Great vacation!!

For the second time (first was in 2007) my wife, my daughter and I spent 10 days in this tipical Mexican style villa on the beach. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach, the pool, the great food cooked by two nice Mexican ladies, delicious Mexican drinks and the company of our friends (11 adults and 4 children). I really recommend this special place where we are planning to go back again soon.

Best Value?

I was a guest at the Villa for a week. Overall the property was nice, but unfortunately all was not in working order when we arrived. The air conditioning did not work in my room for 5 days into a 7 day stay. This prevented us from using one of the bedrooms and we had to totally rearrange and inconvenience the families to accomodate, as it's not possible to be comfortable in PV in June without AC. Unfortunately, the owner/onsite staff did not seem to have a sense of urgency in getting a solve in place, nor very apologetic that we were inconvenienced and it was not in working order. Additionally the TV was not working (it took 3 days to replace). I was a little miffed to have the owner tell me people don't go on vacation to watch TV- which seems a little insensative as it was part of the advertised package. There were a few cockroaches in one of the bathrooms and a few bugs in the kitchen; but that is to be expected when in Mexico (?). The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were EXCELLENT and the food was delicious.
