Guerneville Cottage ist eine entzückende, ruhige, charmante Studio-Cottage hoch in den Küstenmammutbäume gelegen!

Das Haus ist nur 1 1/2 Stunden nördlich von San Francisco. Das 1-Meile westlich von Guerneville, in der Nähe noch alles ruhig gelegen in der Natur, bietet das Guerneville Cottage das Beste aus beiden Welten; Ruhe von der Stadt und / oder endlosen Outdoor-Aktivitäten entfernt.

Das Haus hat einen sehr bequemen Queen-Size-Bett, gemütliche Gas / log Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein kleines bequemen Lesesessel, 2 schön von Redwood-Bäume umgeben Decks, üppigen Pflanzen, Vögel und "Skip" unser Resident Chipmunk.

Viele Fenster und einem großen Dachfenster bringen die Natur in.

Nestled in the redwoods

Absolutely peaceful and beautiful property tucked away in the redwoods in Guerneville. Every single wall has a window looking out into the trees. Very private and quiet. Great hot tub that we even enjoyed in the rain! The place was spotless and so cozy. We will definitely be back! This is also listed on Winecountrytocoast.com and the emails, info and communications were perfect.

The perfect birthday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the most relaxing spot for an intimate getaway. The cottage was sweet and cozy but we spent most of the weekend in the hot tub and out on the two patios watching the chickadees and relaxing under the trees and stars. Tucked into a quiet and inviting forest neighborhood we felt very at home and isolated at the same time. We will be back soon.

Lovely Little Hide-a-way

It's hard to find a small place for just two adults, plus a dog. This place worked perfectly for us. It was quiet, relaxing and had lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. The only thing that was a little hair raising was the very steep road and parking space. However, we were able to park successfully. We will be back!

We enjoyed this delightful cabin, with everything we needed for a comfortable, private stay amidst the redwoods. Easy access to Sonoma vineyards and the coast for day trips. Would book again.

Redwood paradise

Guerneville cottage

The cottage was very small, as described. Everywhere we looked, there were posted rules and prohibitions. We felt like interlopers. There was no body wash in the bathroom, no Kleenex, and only small hotel samples for shampoo and conditioner. The coffee provided was great but there was no creamer or half & half. The hot tub smelled so strongly of chlorine or other chemicals, we did not use it. We left a day early

If your goal was to enjoy Redwoods...? This is it!!!

Reviewer Comments: A darling cottage in a beautiful grove of redwoods. 2 decks, one outside the kitchen to enjoy your meals, the other to enjoy lounge chairs to sit & read or enjoy afternoon wine all the while enjoying being surrounded by incredible foliage , redwoods, squirrels and many varieties of local birds..... and the quiet was amazing! The bed was great... the kitchen was stocked and ready to fix full meals. The bathroom was small and would be better if there was a self or two but had a great shower with good water pressure. The only thing missing was a closet and no luggage racks! So prepare to live out of your suitcase. It didn’t matter... we just spent more time in the darling spa looking up at the trees! A great get away....loved it!!!

Guerneville Cottage

The cottage was lovely to stay in for the weekend. The interior is compact but very nicely furnished. The best part is the exterior patio space, which has a relaxing, zen-garden like feeling to it, with a well-maintained hot-tub and a fire-table. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire amongst the redwood trees.. The restaurants in Guerneville were only a 3-min drive away.

Small With Minimal Privacy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our stay a week ahead of time. Now, 10 days later, I've already received more than 10 (!!) e-mails from Wine Country, some of them are pure spam.Be aware that right after you book, Wine Country forces you to sign wavers to complete your booking. One clause says that the property is not liable if the hot tub is unusable during your stay, and that you're ok with that.We also felt like the property pictures are very deceiving. They make the property look way bigger than it actually is. In reality it's a very small studio apartment. The place was less private than we expected. The property is closely surrounded by other properties, and noise travels easily between them. I highly recommend you'd use Google street view to look around the area before booking.Additionally, the property floor is crooked. You'd feel it when you enter the bathroom. We also noticed various maintenance issues during our stay (e.g. stove knob was falling off and coffeemaker was plugged to a stuttering outlet). The shower is also extremely small. If you're there with your SO, expect to shower alone.The hot tub stopped regulating temperature when we were in it. They have a number you can call for someone to come and take a look but we didn't have our phone in the hot tub and we didn't want to get out to bring it... The next day the tub somehow started working again. The rental also specifically lists a backup generator in a case of a blackout. Despite that, we experienced a power outage during the night that lasted a few hours.If you're sensitive to noise, think twice about booking this property during the winter, because the rain sounds like little rocks hitting the sun roof.

we spent 3 days for our 25th anniversary .was a big hit, hot tub was great just really beautiful setting ,only 30 min from bodega bay. just make sure not to bring a large suv /car parking is tight, mid size car fine . alot to check out around there but just another reason to come back :)

Just what i wanted. Adorable , spotless one room cottage with views of trees from the bed. Sweet deck, hot tub, fire table, and grill; which felt pretty private considering how close together things are. I'll come back, i want more time here.

Nice stay but some issues

I stayed at this cottage for three nights. It was an ok stay overall Great things: - Very quiet area, cottage neighborhood in a forest - Has many things one needs to stay independently (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) - The patio is really nice and unique space to enjoy - Great location to explore the area. Lots of different things to see within 30 minutes drive Not so great things: - The property is on a steep, winding hill. Not inaccessible but certainly takes some care to drive, especially at night. If you're afraid of heights or narrow, windy roads, may not be for you - The cottage wasn't totally clean. Thick layers of dust on the ceiling beams and ledges. A lot of the utensils, pots and pans had food residue and had to be rewashed - The cottage could get stuffy and had to keep a window open - Very tiny shower, barely room to move - Someone entered the cottage without notice while I was away for the day. I discovered on my return that a light was on and windows were opened. Some possessions were moved but nothing was taken. This was unsettling. Seems the cleaning crew entered accidently - I couldn't figure out how to control the hot tub. It was lukewarm. There are few instructions provided and the labels for controls on the tub are worn out - I couldn't get the fire table lit despitethe instructions. I gave up on this Wanted quiet time so I didn't reach out during my stay. Shared this feedback with the owner afterwards. She was responsive and we came to a resolution.
