Ein großes, elegantes Badesteingrundstück, das fast in gleichem Abstand zwischen Bristol und Bath liegt.

Das Roseneath House befindet sich in einer wirklich hervorragenden, leicht erreichbaren, ländlich geprägten Lage, fast gleich weit entfernt zwischen den schönen und historischen Städten Bristol und Bath. Das Ende der 1850er Jahre erbaute Gebäude wurde in ein stilvolles und modernes Zuhause mit einem beruhigend klassischen Ambiente umgewandelt, das sicherstellt, dass die Erwartungen unserer Gäste erfüllt werden, ohne die Geschichte des Gebäudes zu beeinträchtigen. Die sechs Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sind jeweils individuell eingerichtet und bieten Gruppen von bis zu 15 Gästen ein entspanntes Erlebnis.

Die große Küche eignet sich perfekt für Gruppen und bietet ein praktisches Layout, in dem Sie gesellig sein und gleichzeitig kochen können. Es gibt viel Platz zum Bewegen sowie viel Platz auf der Arbeitsfläche, moderne Küchengeräte sowie Tisch und Stühle. Bifold-Türen ermöglichen den Zugang zu den hinteren großen Naturgärten mit Whirlpool, umgeben von Feldern. Es gibt ein weitläufiges Wohn- / Esszimmer für die gesamte Gruppe. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Städte Bath und Bristol liegen ganz in der Nähe. Der Zug von Keynsham ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Buslinien und Park & Ride stehen zur Verfügung oder Sie können auch ein Taxi buchen.

The most gorgeous home for our Wedding weekend!

The house is spectacular! We held our wedding weekend at Roseneath house with 14 guests and each guest was amazed at the house & grounds. The settings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious all with an en-suite, the kitchen & living spaces are beautiful! We have never stayed in a more perfect setting & it made the weekend magical. Paul was a lovely host, really friendly & kindly left us to it after a quick & easy check in. Communication was great too. Overall the stay was incredible and we hope to return for a weekend again in the future. Thank you Paul! The newly Mr & Mrs Mabbs x

Hen do stay

We stayed at Roseneath House for a weekend for a friend's hen do and it was perfect! The house is in great condition and has a beautiful garden and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the party room at the back. The kitchen was also very well equipped for all of the cooking we did. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay

We had an incredible time at Roseneath celebrating my partners 30th birthday. Paul was a 10/10 host - so accommodating before, during and after our stay, even offering to pick us up from the shop with all our groceries. The house is exactly as pictured (if not better) and I’ve never come across a better equipped kitchen in my life. We had a ball.

The most exceptional weekend

I can’t begin to praise Paul and Roseneath House enough. We visited over the weekend for a hen party of 14 and to say we were blown away is an understatement. The house is truly stunning and Paul has thought of every detail from the contents of the kitchen to the decor. He communicated regularly in the lead up to our visit and was on hand throughout the weekend if we had any questions. The check in process was smooth and informative and enabled us to have the most fantastic weekend. The views of the countryside are epic but you are so close to Bath and Bristol which is really ideal. We can’t give enough praise! The house was perfect and we will definitely be back! Thank you Paul for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful House

We came for my friends hen weekend and everyone absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for what we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub, stunning gardens and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were all presented perfectly, and Paul was very friendly and flexible, even meeting us earlier to check in. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend!

13 women stayed at this property for a hen weekend away, it was fantastic. Enough parking for all cars and rooms are very spacious. Kitchen has everything you could need. hot tub is added luxury, close enough to bristol city centre for a night out and taxis and takeaways are easy to get from this property 👍🏻

We <3 Roseneath!

Our weekend at Roseneath was incredible. Main pros: the house is stunning! The pictures don't do it justice - the upstairs has so many spacious, lovely bedrooms, most with really nice en suite bathrooms (it felt like a luxurious hotel!). The kitchen is incredible with amazing utensils and cooking appliances. The dining room is also really well decorated and there are tons of big tables - perfect for group dinners or breakfasts outside and Paul was nice enough to set the table for our party size. Paul overall was an amazing owner/host and has everything ready for us, really thoughtful touches (towels on each bed, prosecco for us in the wine fridge, mini shampoos in each bathroom, etc.), and was super attentive when we had an issue with the drainage/sockets briefly. The only (very minor) not upside to the house is that it is off a busy road and wasn't as easy as we hoped to walk to from the train station, but Paul provided a list of easy taxi companies so we'd just recommend taxiing from the station if you have luggage :) other than that fab time at Roseneath we won't ever forget!!

The house is beautiful and real gem . Catered all our needs for 15 girls on a hen party . The house had everything we needed and more . Plenty of room and Paul the house owner was very informative. The hot tub was a real treat lovely and warm and very clean . Fantastic NYE stay!

Stayed over the long NY weekend (16 of us is from baby to adult). House was beautiful, Paul was super helpful and the location is great. The kitchen had more than everything we needed and was a great space to cook. The living spaces were large and we comfortably sat around the table in the dining room. Bedrooms were all lovely and each having an en-suite was very handy. Water pressure was good and as long as we didn’t all have a shower at the same time there were no issues with hot water. We used the hot tub and Paul had ensured it was ready to go the whole weekend. We saw deer running from the bedroom windows and there are many lovely walks either directly from the house or from a few mins drive away.

Perfect house for large family Christmas get together!!

The house is a beautiful building and close to a station and shops , with a nice large garden. The layout is perfect for families or large groups as there are a few communal areas to enjoy, with bedrooms large enough to sneak off for some peace and quiet. we ate in the kitchen and the dinning room, stayed over Christmas so enjoyed a lovely big tree provided. Prepared and ate great meals, it's like a professional kitchen !! Paul was a great communicator and very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this property !!

Fantastic stay with friends

Such a beautiful house and gardens. The decor is lovely and the rooms were all very comfy. We loved the hot tub and all the different dining areas/places to hang out. There’s a great sound system in one of the rooms which was very fun. Paul’s communication was always really fast, check in was easy and the tea/coffee/milk etc was a really nice touch. Loved it all!
