Maisonette-Wohnung mit gleich großen Doppelzimmern auf verschiedenen Etagen und separaten Bädern. Großartig, um Paare und Familien zu teilen, sowohl privat als auch individuell. Wohnzimmer hat hohe Decken und ist eine gute Größe jeder zur gleichen Zeit aufnehmen und verfügt über einen Essbereich zu. Voll ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einer Sackgasse, daher ist es sehr ruhig, da weder Menschen noch Verkehr vorbeikommen, aber dennoch 2 Minuten von der Hauptstraße und der nächsten U-Bahn entfernt.

Alles tippitoppi !

Grandiose Lage, 3 U-Bahnen, 3min zu Fuß zum Hyde Park, Geschäfte, Restaurants um die Ecke (The Shed!), aber trotzdem total ruhig. Charmante Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung (eine Dusche klein, die andere aber groß), gute Ausstattung. Wir empfehlen sie Freunden und würden sie wieder buchen).

Gute Lage, beste Anbindung an öff. Verkehrsmittel, Ausstattung gut, Zusatand/Pflege mittelmäßig

Die Wohnung war is´nsgeamt gut, Abnutzung und baulicher zustand nicht so, Küchenausstattung für diejenigen, die sich selbst verpflegen - alles da; unschöagbar die Lage, sehr ruhig aber um die Ecke U-Bahn und alle Busverbindungen, die man für London braucht. Der Preis war angemessen.

A fantastic and quiet place in a beautiful London area

There were three of us and enjoyed the apartment very much. The layout of the apartment was very pleasant, the upper room with large bathroom and the lower room with shower, both with private toilet. The location of the apartment is very quiet, although in the immediate vicinity of the tube station Notting Hill Gate. The popular Portobello Road is almost around the corner. We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Gute ruhige Lage.Für Essen und Trinken reichlich Angebote.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind durch den Hyde Park für gute Läufer gut zu erreichen.Anbindung an ubahn sehr nah Alles in allem gerne wieder

Spring Break March 11-15

Perfect location for restaurants, access to public transportation in a lovely neighborhood. You truly could walk everywhere also. The flat was clean and spacious. Priyan the owner was very helpful to answer any and all questions. Highly recommend for your visit to London!

Cute in Notting Hill

Great location for exploring the city...steps to Notting Hill Gate station with access to Circle and Central lines. Everything functioned and the bathrooms were freshly refurbished. The location was mostly quiet, the upstairs neighbors were loud walkers but quiet at night. There was a Tescos within easy walking distance for basic groceries and several pubs & coffee houses nearby if you were not inclined to cook. In all a great holiday let!

Exceeded Expectations

A very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath with lots of space and light. Best of all was the location on a quiet cul-de-sac close to Notting Hill Station and the Central line. Easy access to shopping and theatres. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in London.

Amazing

My Cousin and I had a fantastic week in London thanks to Priyan and his lovely flat. We arrived a bit early and Bearta met us and made us feel right at home, she was a gem. As for the flat, I have never slept so good. Comfortable living room and beautiful tall windows throughout. The location was unbelievable. Notting Hill Gate tube station is right around the corner as is Kensington Park. We walked everywhere. Thank you Priyan for a memorable holiday. Liz and Melissa

Great location!

Nice flat on a quiet dead end street. Great location to the Underground and restaurants. Had a great Indian meal and wish we would have had more time to try the Morrocan and Persian restaurants. There was also a nice bakery right on the corner and a grocery 5 minutes away. We walked to Hyde Park and Porabello Road. The owner was helpful with suggestions on where to eat and shop. Would stay again!

Great location,very safe and a beautiful clean apartment

Really enjoyed staying here! The location is fantastic. Its very quiet and safe. Its only a 5 minute walk to the tube or bus stop and your surrounded by really good restaurants. I highly recommend the very friendly "Paul Rhodes Bakery" on the corner for coffee and delicious pastries! Its a 10 minute walk to Kensington palace and Hyde Park. If your looking to sight see, the tube can get you to the Tower of London/Tower Bridge in about 30-35 minutes, Westminster/Big Ben in about 20-25. The Tesco grocery is about 5-10 minute walk as is the local pharmacy. If your an American, you may want to ask how the clothes washer/dryer combo operates. Its a little tricky if your not used to it. Other than that, we have no complaints and highly recommend staying there. Thank you Pri!

Notting Hill Gem

A great first floor flat just minutes to the Tube station. A great layout for our family of four, with one bedroom set up as a loft style with it’s own bathroom. We would definitely stay in the same flat again for our next visit to London.

Excellent Property

This is an excellent property with an excellent host. Our family of three stayed here for four days. We found the accommodations spacious, convenient, and the location ideal. There is a tube station nearby and plenty of restaurants. Hyde Park is only a block or so away. Priyan was quick to respond to communications, and even arranged for an Uber to pick us up at Heathrow. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Convenience, quiet and great amenities!

We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. The bedrooms are roomy and there are two bathrooms. The flat is airy and comfortable, and super quiet! We stayed for two nights during the big heatwave, and with the windows open and fans going, we were just fine. Priyan was easy to work with, and it was very of him to have someone there to greet us. There were four of us and the flat did not feel small or crowded. The location couldn’t be better, being two short blocks from Notting Hill Gate underground, very close to Hyde Park and Portobello Road. We ended up taking busses everywhere as we were on a direct bus line to Oxford Street and on another bus line to Victoria Station. We recommend that you go to the underground and buy a daily or weekly bus pass so you can see the sights. Be sure to sit up top on the city double decker busses. There is almost always someone who will be happy to point out interesting places. Again, we had a great stay here and will be back.

Great location

Everything was perfect except the living room furniture was not comfortable. The couch was very low and the 4 chairs around the table were plastic and not at all comfortable. Despite the furniture we would certainly stay there again. Replacing the plastic chairs would help a lot.

I'm Sri Lankan and have been living in the Notting Hill area for over 10 years and think it is one of the most vibrant places to live in the world. The only things missing is the beach, palm trees and sometimes the weather.. but I guess I can just go home for that!

I love good food, eating out, meeting new people and chilling with friends and family. One of my favourite past times is having BBQs, especially if I am the cook.

I spend a lot of time travelling and learning about different cultures. One of my favourite places to visit is Norway where my sister and family live.

I look forward to welcoming guests and rest assured you will have not only have a comfortable stay but a host with all the local knowledge and special passes for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.
