Casa São Pedro wurde 2012 renoviert und besteht aus zwei stilvollen und geräumigen Apartments mit drei Schlafzimmern, modernen Möbeln und einem weichen Dekor, die ein fröhliches Sommerambiente schaffen. Jedes Apartment ist in jedem Detail identisch und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa im Rattan-Stil und Sesseln, offenem Kamin, TV und einem Balkon oder einer Veranda mit Morgensonne. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit offenem Schnitt ist ein sonniger Sozialbereich mit einem Südbalkon oder einer Veranda und seitlichem Meerblick. Zwei Zweibettzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer verfügen jeweils über eine individuelle Einrichtung und teilen sich zwei separate Badezimmer. Draußen genießen der erfrischende Swimmingpool und die Sonnenterrasse einen schönen Grad an Privatsphäre. An den langen Sommerabenden an der Algarve können Sie im Freien grillen.

Neben dem malerischen kleinen Hafen blicken Open-Air-Restaurants auf die Flussmündung und der herrliche Alvor-Strand ist etwas mehr als 1 km von diesen wunderschönen Algarve-Ferienapartments entfernt. Der lebhafte Ferienort Praia da Rocha liegt 5 km entfernt als Hafenstadt von Portimão.

Das Casa São Pedro befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, nur 300 m vom lebhaften Zentrum von Alvor entfernt. Beliebte Restaurants und lebhafte Familienbars säumen die engen Gassen mit kleinen Geschäften und Straßencafés inmitten von Spuren der historischen Vergangenheit Alvors in Form der Kirche aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Neben dem malerischen kleinen Hafen bieten Open-Air-Restaurants Blick auf die Flussmündung, und der herrliche Alvor Strand ist etwas mehr als 1 km von diesen herrlichen Algarve Ferienwohnungen entfernt. Es ist ein Labyrinth aus gepflasterten Straßen und schattigen kleinen Plätzen mit vielen schönen Bars und Cafés. Die ursprünglich aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Pfarrkirche wurde nach dem Erdbeben von 1755 wieder aufgebaut und hat noch ein gutes Beispiel in ihrem Hauptportal des Handwerks des Manuelin

Es fehlt an nix

Wir hatten 3 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Apartment. Maria ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Pool lädt jeder Zeit zum Baden ein. Es gibt absolut nix auszusetzen. Alvor ist ein toller Ort mit viel Ruhe, aber auch lebhaften Abenden, tolle Strände und Natur. Wir werden immer wieder kommen Vielen Dank

We have spent 2,5 Weeks at Maria’s House. We had a very good time. The surrounding was perfect for us and Maria was a very polite and gentle host. We found everything what we needed in the condo. Pool was great and always clean. Thump up.

Ein tolles Haus mit toller Lage. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage die super funktioniert. Pool und Außenbereich waren super schön. Der Balkon war leider für 6 Leute ein bisschen zu klein und die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz so toll. Was jedoch positiv war, war das wir in der Mitte von unserem Urlaub neue Handtücher und Bettdecken bekommen haben und einmal durchgeputzt wurde. Maria war super hilfsbereit und nett. Es war ein toller und super schöner Urlaub!

Lovely Villa in great location

From arrival to departure our host Lena was a star, very helpful. The villa itself was as described, very spacious and in great condition, it is all you want for a vacation, will return.

Gorgeous Apartment in Alvor

We visited this lovely apartment in Alvor as 3 older female friends in September and had a fabulous time. Maria is the perfect hostess and communication prior to our arrival was really helpful and Maria was really friendly and welcoming on our arrival. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The lovely sea view from the lounge balcony was a real bonus and the pool area was really well proportioned with the pool being plenty big enough for larger family groups. The location is great being about 5 mins walk from the centre of Alvor with a little further to the beach. There are 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk which were reasonable and had plenty of choice. Overall a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to return.

Great location

Great apartment, great location and great host. Apartment is just as listed on website. In a quiet residential road but within easy stroll to Alvor centre, beach and supermarkets. We had use of pool to ourselves as other residents in apartment above us did not use the pool. Well maintained pool, cleaned everyday and is a good size. Much needed after a hot sunny day. We were met on arrival by Helena and were shown around property, which is large and well equipped, and she arrived at door after a few days to change bedding and towels - much appreciated. We can not fault the property at all and would not hesitate to stay again, hopefully soon. Thank you again for welcoming us to your apartment

Espaçoso e ótima localização

Propriedade bem localizada, perto do centro e relativamente perto de praias e outros serviços, mal pegamos no carro. O Apartamento é espaçoso e fizemos a maioria das refeições no apartamento. A Sr. Helena foi sempre muito atenciosa no que precisávamos. A piscina foi ótima para os dias mais ventosos de praia!!

Would definitely recommend a stay here

Lena is a lovely hosts and helped us settle in and is very friendly. The accomodation was perfect for us with 2 separate families staying on each level of the villa. The location was perfect for shops, restaurants and bars with a nice 5 minute walk to the harbour I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lena.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Maria, il est spacieux, très bien équipé et sa localisation proche de tout. Alvor est une petite ville très agréable et Maria est une hôtesse très accueillante !!!

Enjoyed our one week stay at this location. Downtown was a short walk away, as was most other things we needed, e g groceries. The pool was especially great after a day in 30C heat.

Ideal for families, fantastic location.

My family and I stayed in this property for a week. Our party was 4 adults and 2 children, being a baby and a toddler. The property was ideal for us as it was centrally located, as well as being a short walk to the beach. The property boasts ample space and was very clean and well equipped, including a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, which was perfect for our young family. We had exclusive use of the pool for the week which our 3 year old loved, though do note it is quite deep (approx 2 metres or more) at one end. The property owner stays below the property and was extremely helpful. We had a small (self-inflicted) problem with the lock at the property and this was immediately resolved. We had a great holiday at this property and can’t wait to return. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic holiday

Just back from 2 week stay. Lena is a brilliant host, always on hand if needed but never intrusive. Alvor is lovely little town with lots going on only a few minutes walk away but the apartment was very peaceful. Really nice beach is about 10-15 min walk away and there are also nice beaches with an inflatable obstacle course about 5 mins drive away at Priara de Rocha. The kids loved the pool and overall a great holiday.

Wonderful location, extremely welcoming host and very comfortable beds.

We really loved our stay at Lena's apartment. She greeted us with a big smile late at night and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is ideally located and very spacious. There was everything you could need in the kitchen which was great as we love to cook. We did make use of the BBQ and cooked fish from the local market. We slept so well as the beds were very comfortable. We hope to return again to Lena's apartment agin in the future. Thank you Lena

lovely spacious villa - plenty of room for 6 adults

we were a party of 6 adults staying for a week at this lovely villa. The villa was so convenient to the centre of Alvor - a lovely 10 min stroll and the beautiful Alvor beach a further 5 mins walk away. the location of the villa meant that we never had to avail of taxis! All in all a great holiday

Perfectly positioned Villa in Alvor

We booked this Villa after viewing many others in Alvor. We thought this was the best Villa available & we were not disappointed. Lena & Gil were fantastic hosts & were always keen to help us have a great time. The Villa is in walking distance of the local supermarket & the lovely Village of Alvor. The newly refurbished bathrooms were a joy to use & having 2 balconies we could be in the sun & out of any wind. We were so impressed, we have booked to return next year. An earlier review mentioned dogs next door but we didn't see or hear any evidence of this.

They have grown up and both are married now. We have 4 grandchildren. We like Lisbon but now we prefer the Algarve to live. No stress of the cities. Good sea to visit and to dive. People that think about holidays not about work. So we live now in Alvor – Algarve – Portugal. In the meanwhile we rent our properties.
