Outstanding property and location

Our son was married in the local area. The house was beautiful, impeccably furnished and full of amenities. We spent four nights there. The host was super responsive and everything was perfection!

Beautiful vacation rental close to two beaches

This home was the most well appointed and cared for vacation rental we have ever rented from VRBO or other services. Beautifully decorated and kitchen was very well stocked/equipped. Great wrap around patio to sit outside and still just 5-7 minute drive from Kennebunkport. Highly recommend. We stayed with our two adult children and son-in-law…they loved it.

Fabulous home!

We absolutely loved this house for our stay in Kennebuck! They have thought of everything. The house has great views of the ocean. Great walks and runs from the house. Beautiful Home, Nicely Appointed, Perfect for Families

With 5 bedrooms, all of them en-suite, the home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations or vacations with friends. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The ocean views are amazing.

Beautiful home for families

Bruce’s place was very clean! We brought four generations on our family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. All on suite bathrooms with one tub in the kids room. There was also a half bath on the main floor with the washer dryer. The house was well stocked with everything one would need. In the kitchen there were spices and things. You use some stuff and leave some stuff behind. The coffee was a keurig and there were extra pods if you fall short on your supply. Many of the beds were very high and we are a short family. There were a couple of steps tools for use with the taller beds. The location was great and you did get a nice view of the water and passersby from the decks. I especially liked that there were separate temperature controls for each floor. They did have some beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for the beach. All around, great place to stay!

Beautiful house with amazing kitchen

My son and daughter live in Boston and we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at Bruce's house. My kids are cooks so they brought up their cookware, but this was not needed because the kitchen is fully equipped to do all cooking that anyone could want to do. It's the best stocked kitchen I've seen at a VRBO. The house is also beautiful with all designer touches. It's very well furnished with great finishing touches. It's also located essentially across the street from the beach. We loved the views from all the rooms. We had a great stay and would come again. Thank you

Unbeatable

We like to enjoy the fall in Maine and have visited Kennebunkport many times, however this was our first time staying at this house. It felt like home. Loved the layout with two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen (seriously…fully), front balconies overlooking the coastline, backyard for the kids to run and play, extremely comfortable beds & linens, heated tile floors, numerous well placed dimmer switches, and perfect location for walks to the playground at Lords Point or rock hopping near Mothers Beach. Landscaping was so lush and beautiful and the home felt like new. Hope to return very soon.

Heaven in Maine

Perfect location for a family get together. Less than a block to the water, with beautiful views from every window. Everything was perfectly appointed with luxurious kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, amenities, right down to the sheets and towels! We loved it so much we never went out to eat! It was spacious, with lots of private rooms and private balconies. We hope to return.

Perfect Vacation!

Great property!

We have rented and stayed in this wonderful property for a few years, sometimes more than once between May and the end of September. It is so tastefully renovated, so clean (the cleaning crew does exceptional work), well equipped. The location is ideal, a view on the beach, a large deck to relax on; a lovely kitchen well equipped, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; a super cozy den. It fills all criterias you could wish for! Lovely modern seaside home

Just one house down from the sea wall on Beach Avenue, this beautifully renovated home has all the amenities you can ask for. Two bedrooms on the first floor and three on the third floor with kitchen, dining and two seating areas on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own modern bath. We loved the coziness of the beautiful decor and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a seascape in view. I highly recommend this property!

The house is immaculately clean and well appointed. A truly one-of-a-kind property!

Wow! Seaview is an absolutely one-of-a-kind property and was a wonderful place to call home for a week as we explored Kennebunkport and the surrounding areas for the first time. Bruce was an exceptional host, responding quickly to every question and the home itself was outfitted like a luxury hotel, with no small detail overlooked and all the household provisions you would need for a week away. The location was perfect and the views idyllic! We can't say enough good things about our stay and will surely be returning!
