Lage, Lage !! Dieses malerische zwei Schlafzimmer ein Bad-Wohnung, am besten als "Flip-Flops & T-Shirt Leben" ist nur 1/2 Block zum Strand und Promenade. Erdgeschoss sorgt für einen einfachen Zugang. Volle Effizienz Küche, Kabel-TV, A / C & eine kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort aus runden alles, was gebraucht für einen Urlaub an der Küste von Jersey zu erinnern. Ihr Wohnbereich ist am besten beschrieben als "entspannte Casual". Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Doppelbett ausgestattet, plus ein Futon-Bett herausziehen. Wir sind ein nicht um ein Hotel oder Bed and Breakfast, so dass einige Dinge in Betracht gezogen zu berücksichtigen ist, dass wir Blätter nicht bieten, Kissenbezüge, Handtücher oder Disposables / Verbrauchsmaterialien. Wir stellen Kissen, Decken und Matratzenbezüge. Die Bequemlichkeit eines 1/2 Block zum Strand ist groß, und da wir zwei Blocks von Wildwood Crest (die ruhige Seite der Insel) sind erhalten Sie noch einen einfachen Zugang zu der Promenade ohne die konstante Beleuchtung und die ganze Nacht Lärm! Wir bei 305 East Leaming Ave, 08260 gelegen.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Wildwood apartment. It is so close to the boardwalk and beach. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times and look forward to staying again next year!

Mean property owner

We were a little early before check in so I texted skip and asked if we can check in around 3 instead of 4 . When we arrived at the apartment it was cute a little out dated but cute. My daughter used the toilet flushed it washed her hands and this large amount of brown water and debris drained into the tub and would not drain . It was clear that it was clogged and not functional I contacted the owner and a couple hours later around 6 pm a plumber arrived cleaning out the clog and leaving at 645 pm that was 3.5 hours w no toilet , meanwhile the lock on the door is controlled by a security code that jams due to the surrounding elements salt water humidity rust. The following day my daughter myself and the cleaning women for the apartment complex could not open the door with the access code so I texted the property owner and was not very polite or happy he refereed to the check in instructions that I had read twice already this still was not helpful . He called me and told me I was being rude yelled at me and said “if you don’t like it leave” having two dogs w me and traveling a couple hundred miles it wasn’t an option. He and I reviewed the procedure for the door he then told me maintenance would be there to check on it. Maintenance arrived the following day nice guy but this was the following day. While Skip insisted these issues were addressed in a timely manner they weren’t . He made me feel as I did something wrong and yes I will admit to being a little upset but still no reason to tell a paying guest if u don’t like it leave never again will I stay there! My issues were real issues and I’m not the type of person to complain even if ur guest is rude their is absolutely no reason to yell at them and tell them leave ! The issue w the door code was ongoing I wasn’t the first person to complain and bring this rusty door lock that jams to his attention. We couldn’t get back into the place a few times meanwhile my dogs were inside along w my car keys (nice feeling not being able to get back in to,a place you rent for 4 days) I wonder how polite anyone would be under my circumstances. Truth is it was a combination of the sewer backing up PLUS the faulty lock. We made the best of our trip tho and will definitely go back to the area just staying elsewhere. Oh yes one more thing I did say to skip I was originally from that area and familiar w renting apts there ! Sewage back up and faulty locks would bring out the worst in any one!

Small but convenient

Great place to rent. Very convenient location to beach, boardwalk and stores. Everything worked perfectly. Had a great stay!

APT RENTAL

RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT SHOW THE WHOLE PICTURE ESP THE OUTSIDE!!!!WAS THERE FOR 5 MINUTES HAD TO LEAVE GARBAGE BUILD UP OUTSIDE APT WAS NOT CLEANED DID NOT REFUND MONEY

Very attentive owners

We had a few issues (futon was broken-wifi was being stubborn) but Skip and Kim were fantastic at working with us to get it all taken care of as quickly as possible. The place is super close to the beach and was just fine for a family of 6. We went for a soccer tournament but stayed for a week. The price is very reasonable particularly for the location. I highly recommend this house for your stay at Wildwood.

Great rental and management

Traveling with mostly minors, it was difficult to find a rental that accepted underage(under 21) groups. Luckily Skip(the owner of the establishment and great guy) only charged us a reasonable fee for the stay. He answered all the questions we asked him, responded promptly to our messages, and made the rental experience as easy and relaxed as possible. The rental itself was a cozy unit that fit the five of us comfortably for the four nights we spent there. Again, can't say enough good things about this rental and its owners. Five stars.

A glorified party house

This property is very aware that it is a destination for young teens to go and Party, therefore they make sure to make the nessesary arrangements to cover theirselves just incase police show up. Countless emails and reminders of possibly being thrown out and video surveillance all for nothing. I recently stayed here last weekend and the floors, beds, bathroom, and kitchen area was filthy. We ended up going to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the place once we moved in. This included covers for the mattress to protect from possible bed bugs or what ever else might be living in the bed. There is also a lot of information about the property you have to go looking for and is not as easily accessible. Wifi is almost nonexistent and anyone staying upstairs sounds like a herd of horses. Also if you try to cook anything the fire alarm goes off.
