Juni-Tag der Arbeit ist eine wöchentliche Miete (5 Nächte min). Während der anderen Monate gilt ein Minimum von 2 Nächten. Machen Sie einen Schritt zurück in die Zeit, als das Leben einfach war und Sie keine Pflege auf der Welt haben. Southwind ist zu einem Favoriten geworden. In unserem luxuriösen Anwesen finden Sie ein Vintage-Dekor, das an die 70er Jahre erinnert und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet ist. Üppige Gärten umgeben dieses Haus sowie Steinterrassen, die sich ideal für Unterhaltung und Entspannung im Freien eignen.
Southwind ist ein Bauernhof mit über 300 Hektar für Sie zu genießen. Wir haben zwei Teiche für die Froschjagd, einen Wanderweg zur Spitze des Grundstücks, von dem aus Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das gesamte Butternuttal haben. Neu auf unserer Farm ist die Erweiterung unserer Standardpferde von Southwind-Farmen in Pennington, NJ. Wir haben auch Hühner, Fasane und sogar Pfauen!
Unser Haus verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, von denen vier über ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten und die anderen drei haben zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt sind. Das fünfte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist eine Familiensuite mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss, so dass dieses Haus bequem 14 Personen schlafen kann.
Die große Landhausküche bietet Platz für 6 Personen und der Schönungsraum für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist mit allen Ihren Ess- und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill auf der hinteren Terrasse sowie reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten auf allen Terrassen für Speisen und Unterhaltung im Freien.
Eine Waschküche befindet sich im ersten Stock sowie ein weiteres Vollbad für Gäste auf den Schlafsofas. Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Southwind ist der perfekte Ort für große Gruppen oder Familien. Wir sind nur 20 Minuten von Oneonta und dem All-Star-Village entfernt. Baseball-Familien finden Southwind daher perfekt für alle ihre Bedürfnisse.

Relaxing and fun home

We (both sets of grandparents, parents and siblings) stayed at this relaxing and unique farmhouse for our participant player in the Cooperstown tournament. The property is gorgeous and the home is relaxing. It was about 20-25 minutes to the All Star Village through beautiful country roads. The actual town of Cooperstown is further, approximately 40-45 minutes. There was very spotty cell service (non existent at times), but the wi-fi is good. We would be sure to put in our Waze/GPS directions before we left the house and directions when we left the places we visited, to return to the house. The young kids loved the house and property and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this home for your stay in the area. Kelly was great to work with and almost immediately answered all of our questions.

unique house on a gorgeous property!

Rented this large and stately house to enjoy induction weekend in Cooperstown with family. All went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and a treat to be surrounded by beautiful horses and enjoy the peace and quiet of this unique VRBO rental. Love the front porch and other outside seating areas along with flowers, shrubs and gorgeous landscaping.

Southwinds

Just got back from a week stay and have only positive things to say. We stayed with four other families to watch our children play in the Cooperstown AllStar Village tournament. This house was perfect for us. It was immaculate. Every single room was so clean. The house offered so much to do when we weren’t at the ballfield. The siblings that came were able to play on the farm. They were surrounded by horses peacocks chickens roosters and fish. It wasn’t that long of a drive to all-star Village. It definitely helped make a memorable trip. We even hosted a team party. Would definitely recommend this place for future travelers.

The grounds were beautiful and provided the perfect ambiance for a country weekend with extended family. The house was comfortable and large enough to accommodate us all together. Spacious and on beautiful grounds. 20-25 mins to All Star Village. Worked out well for 5 couples/families to stay here. Cell service very spotty on the drive here but can hook up to Wi-Fi once you are at the house. Rental manager, Kelli, responsive and helpful.

Great house

The place was amazing, 6 of us stayed there for a baseball tournament at Damaschke Field. House was very clean and spacious 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed all the aspects of the property especially all the different animals and ponds . Kelli was an excellent host. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Beautiful farm land with fantastic house and great caretakers.

I spent a week here with four dads of baseball players who were playing a tournament 11 miles away. The farmhouse is large and well decorated. We each had our own bed and bath. The property is sprawling with horses, very cool, goats and chickens that provided our eggs for breakfast. There are exotic birds as well. We barbequed on the back deck many times and had the baseball team come on their off day and they had a blast! One highlight was the catching of frogs in the pond. Kelli was an amazing host. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful large farm house and property !!!

Four families shared lovely Southwind for a week long stay while kids played at Cooperstown All-Star Village. It's about a 25 minute scenic drive to the All-Star Village through the countryside. Would not recommend if you are playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park because it is much further away. The roomy house was clean, neat and welcoming. Farm fresh eggs were a nice surprise when we arrived. Set on hundreds of acres with beautiful foliage, we all enjoyed walking the property and visiting with the animals. Kelli, our host was very accommodating if we needed anything. We ALL enjoyed our stay and wished it didn't have to end!!

The house was nice and clean and the farm was beautiful.

Overall we had a great stay at Southwind, especially enjoying the beautiful view, fun animals to watch and nice front porch with rocking chairs. The house was nice, but the 1970s retro-theme was quite odd. The toilets and kitchen appliances were 1970s in quality--not just in looks--and would be hard to deal with for longer than a weekend. Don't count on a 45-year old microwave to work well or safely, nor the dishwasher. The beds were hard as rocks and you might want to bring your own pillow for comfort. However, the house was great for a large, extended family event, and we enjoyed having the ample space to spread out in for relaxing, making meals and lounging around. Overall a nice place to stay.

Awesome place!!!!

It was a great experience staying at this house. I wish we stayed there for longer...so much to explore there. Huge backyard, beautiful garden, nice scenic view to enjoy. Great place for animal lovers...kids loved this place and enjoyed every moment. House was neat and clean. Awesome place for big family to have BBQ and other fun activities.
