Unsere einzigartige Lage macht für eine große Basis viele bekannte Strände wie zu besuchen: Negra, Junquillal, Marbella, Grande und Brasilito ein paar zu nennen. Jedes Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Im Obergeschoss haben Sie 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Beide verfügen über Queen-Size-Bett, Kabel-TV und Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer führen auf einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den tropischen Garten und Poolbereich. Nachfolgend haben Sie ein Esszimmer, eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kabel-TV, Klimaanlage und Vollbad. Die Küche ist komplett für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse Kochen ausgestattet. Jedes Haus hat einen überdachten Stellplatz besitzen. Die Häuser wurden hier in Guanacaste aus Teakholz gebaut, was für einen kühleren, rustikalen Wohnstil sorgt. Das Anwesen ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr sicher. Alle Gäste haben Zugang zum Poolbereich und Grill. Es ist Wi-Fi für alle auf dem Grundstück.

Wir sind von Wildtieren und Ruhe umgeben. Alle unsere Gäste werden diese und noch viel mehr zu erleben. Es gibt Strände, Restaurants, viele Aktivitäten, Essen und Souvenir-Shopping nicht weit entfernt. Nicht Nistplatz und schöne Sonnenuntergänge zu erwähnen.

Wir haben vor Ort Management Ihnen mit allem zu helfen, die Sie benötigen. Wir bieten Baldachin, Sonnenuntergang segeln, Angeln, Golf und viele andere Aktivitäten.

Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze, eine Außendusche und einen großen gemeinsamen Garten, der gut mit vielen grünen Blättern gehalten wird, wo man sich im Swimmingpool entspannen und die Grillplatz genießen.

Unsere wunderbare Eigenschaft ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt von der Playa Tamarindo, einer gut ausgebauten Strand der Stadt, wo Sie Ihre Einkäufe machen können und viele Aktivitäten, wie Segeln, Angeln, Restaurants, Geschenk-Shopping, Yoga, Surfen (großartiger Ort für Anfänger genießen ) und ein tolles Nachtleben.
Wir sind auch direkt neben (1km) Hacienda Pinilla Resort, die eine Weltklasse-18-Loch-Golfplatz entworfen von Mike Young hat, und eine erstaunliche 5-Sterne-Beach Club für Ihr Vergnügen.

A very relaxing experience!

This beautiful gated property was our home during our stay in Costa Rica... We loved the house, and the pool, and the hosts were awesome too! Before renting, we wanted to make sure to book a place with enough privacy, and we were not dissapointed. There are four houses here, and every single one was occupied, and yet, the only time we noticed the other guests was when we went to the property's pool... And that was also cool, as we did some community bbq'ing and had a wonderful time! We totally recommend this property to anybody who wants the best value for their cash...

Family getaway

We stayed at Experience Avellanas with another family for 2 weeks. The house was a good layout and beautiful, as were the grounds. The pool was perfect, especially after a long day of driving or at the beach with plenty of seating and loungers. Our kids played for hours in the pool, and they could go in whenever they wanted. You can see it well from any of the houses on the property. On a positive note: the beaches near the property are perfect! Snorkeling at Avellanas at low tide a must. Dinner at Blu's is a wonderful treat. Playa Negra is gorgeous with miles of beach to explore. Negative: There were a few things that could have been better prepared for our visit however. We found the kitchen lacking in items. With a family of 6 staying in the house, it was stocked with 4 plates, a few cups and cutlery (not enough for one meal with a family of 6) as well as a couple pots and frying pans. There were not enough towels and no hand towels or cloths. We felt we were going to the manager Jeffery often for items the first day or so. If you plan to stay at Experience Avellanas be prepared to pack plenty of clothing. Laundry became an ordeal. We had no information on laundry rules. There was no information in the house and Jefferey left the subject vague when asked the first night about it. Things became uncomfortable when it came to do laundry with Jefferey being rude and disrespectful. He got upset and went on about water usage and that we couldn't just do laundry when we wanted. We respected that. We hadn't done that at all. We were even away from the house for 2 days(Arenal and Tenorio a must do!) We had hiked in the mud with kids and had just wanted to do a small load to get us by for the last week. I suggested that information could be put up for future renters so they wouldn't go through what we had to since we did not know we couldn't use the machine. He yelled "I've just told you and now you know!" I'm sorry but we have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and they all have had a binder with expectations and information for the renters. We have also never had such a rude manager or issues with any place we have stayed. Since Jefferey lives on site this made for a somewhat uncomfortable stay during the last week. We made the best of the last week. Also be prepared for plenty of driving. The property is located about 25 mins down very rough road. You will need a rental car. This also makes for long drives for groceries or to explore other areas.

Great way to relax and enjoy the wonders of Avellanas

There were five adults in our party, and we stayed at Casa Avellanas from Jan 26th through Feb 3rd. Although the gravel road made it challenging to walk to the beach, it took only 5-10 minutes to drive, park and get settled on the beach. It’s a great beach for surfing, swimming, playing in the waves, or just hanging out in a hammock and eating/drinking at Lola’s (great food and atmosphere!) The house itself was quite comfortable and the teak wood gave it a nice, authentically Costa Rican vibe. We would have preferred to have more plates, glasses and cookware and a little more furniture in the house, but we managed. It would also have been nice to have some beach chairs to borrow or rent to take to the beach! It was great to have the pool to cool off in whenever we weren’t at the beach. The pool and the shared barbecue area was a gathering place for everyone, and afforded us the opportunity to meet other travellers and share stories. We certainly never felt unsafe staying here, and Jeffrey was very helpful whenever we had questions. He connected us to a friend of his who took us to a nearby beach one evening to watch the sea turtles lay eggs—very cool! We all agreed we would definitely come back! Pura Vida!

Pleasant and Safe

We recently returned from our trip to CR and we (family of 5) stayed our first 4 nights at Experience Avellanas. It was a perfect stop for us as we got in late and were tired and disorientated. The compound as we called it was comfortable and safe. It was close to the surf and town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a wonderful to cool off after surfing. The best part about our trip was that we met a family from Uruguay, who were staying next door. This was the great part abut being in this property was that we all felt like a community. We would stay here again if we come back to CR.

Great house , very close to Playa Avellanas

We had aa great stay at Hacienda Pinilla, beautiful, quiet, comfortable ,all together awesome. Very close to Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra, and some great restaurants, Blu was our favorite. Our trip was primarily for surfing , and this house was perfect for us. If you're not into surfing there is plenty to do in the area, canopy tours and quad rentals, to name a few. Thanks Jeffery, I can't wait to come back.

Great accommodation and overall service!

The house is located in a very peaceful street. The beach is not very far, and Tamarindo is a short drive away. This is the combination of elements we were definitely looking for! Could use some improvements

The house was beautiful and the area was very peaceful and secluded. Off the beaten path! The sunsets are amazing and the food wonderful! For me personally it was too much seclusion after a couple of days. The set up of the house is not the best for kids. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and at the time we were there it was very hot so not comfortable to sit in the main living space for family time like games or even dinner. We all went to our own rooms to avoid the heat and I didn't want that. We were at a beach every day so it would have been helpful to have some chairs or a small cooler to bring with us. I love to cook so expected from the other reviews to be able to do so but the cookware is very worn and needs replaced. Overall the place was a great experience and worth visiting!

Spring Break..

Its a good place to be couples days only but no with kids. No washer, dryer and somebody cleaning the villa is a big deal for me.We used the same towels all the time. No wash and hand clothes, and I had to deal with the toillet papers can full all the time.the only day the maid came in was for mooping the floor downstairs very bad and mooped only part of the kitchen not all the kitchen. She said she needed to leave at 9am. Francisco is better doing his job. Very nice guy. I stayed there for 4 days. Villas name sign should be on the main road and they should fix the big hole is in the main entrance.

Excellent choice for couples

We chose this wonderful property in Avellanas instead of another villa at Tamarindo. Our friends from Costa Rica own that Tamarindo villa. However, we were told that we could expect a lot of noise and an active nightlife nearby the property. We decided that we did want to visit this region of Guanacaste, but we wanted to stay at a less crowded, less noisy area. So, we did some research and found this great house, which is part of a small 4-home, close-gate community. The house was everything we expected, and more. And the owners were really friendly, and always ready to help. This is really an excellent choice for couples looking for a quite place to relax and enjoy the nearby beaches.

Loved everything about it!

The house is large and spacious, and the pool was so much fun, and perfect for cooling down! The property was well maintained and very peaceful. Francisco, one of the property managers, took the time to show us around town. Both him and Jeff were the perfect hosts. Avellanas is a really nice beach, and the nearby town of Tamarindo was full of great little shops, eateries, and friendly people! We loved about this wonderful villa...

A wonderful place to relax.

It was our first visit to Costa Rica. We felt right at home at our villa. The caretakers were very friendly. Jeffery was helpful with information on day trips. We found the other guests at the villas to be very friendly. We loved the pool. The howler monkeys were so great too. We have never been around monkeys. We could hear them in the mornings and got a couple of good monkey shows in the trees. We loved Playa Avellanas. Wonderful restaurants you can walk to, especially Beach Box, Lola's and the wonderful Mauna Loa. We were in villa 3. I would recommend it for sure.

Nicest Rental in Avellanas!

The house is at a walking distance from the beach (less than a mile). And there is no neighboring properties. So, if you're looking for peace and relaxation, this small gated community is an excellent choice. The house was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. It featured new amenities, including TV's and AC's in each of the 3 bedrooms! This is a very nice rental that has everything you may possibly need for a wonderful time at Avellanas.

Privacy, guidance, and phenomenal accomodation

There were only four villas inside the gated property, and we really felt at home in ours. The space between each villa is enough so you really don't get to hear the neighbors. This is really a great choice for people who aren't familiar with the area. And the reason is because Jeff and Esteban, the on-site managers, get to help you with whatever you need. In our case, Jeff was nice enough to book a day of golf lessons at a nearby resort. And Esteban served as a local guide, letting us know what places to visit, and which ones to avoid. The property is far from the noise of Tamarindo, and a nice long walk from the beach. If you want privacy, guidance, and high-quality accommodation, this is an excellent choice.

We had a large group and this was the perfect place for us.

We had a large group and ended up staying in two of the houses on the property. The homes are quiet , comfortable and safe. The pool is amazing. The houses are within a vigorous walk (for those in our group over 65) to Playa Avallana. We had a little trouble finding it at night but that is our fault! This is a perfect place for a family or group.

High living standards at an affordable price

We came to Costa Rica for my 35th birthday weekend celebration, and it was absolutely amazing! The house is very well kept and maintained. It is also very comfortable and airy. We specially loved the open floor plan and the warm pool! This is a great rental for a medium-sized family like us. It offers high living standards at an affordable price. If we come back to CR is the future, this vacation rental is on top of our list.

This is the place to go in Avellanas!

Avellanas is by far my favorite beach in Costa Rica so when I was taking my 2 week vacations I looked up a place to stay for 10 days. We ended up renting 3 of the houses and I hit the jackpot. The price is unbeatable, the houses are impeccable, the owner Jeffrey is a really nice guy and the entire staff was great. Not only do I recommend this house but hopefully I will be able to stay here many many times in the near future. Don't think of staying elsewhere, book this house NOW!!

Far Above Expectations!

Where to begin? Of all the times we have traveled to Costa Rica, this was by far our best lodging experience. Easy to book, easy to contact Jeff the owner any time, beautiful property in an easily accessible edge of jungle location near the amazing Avellanas beach. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mauricio the caretaker and immediately felt very welcome. For the week we were there, we felt completely safe and secure. Never a need to lock up surfboards or valuables, as Mauricio was always onsite keeping an eye on things. Jeff was always available by telephone and more than willing to help us in any way, including info and advice on surf spots, dining, and directions. When our luggage was left in Liberia, Jeff made arrangements to have it brought to us at no charge! Our house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and everything worked great, including the hot showers. Comfy beds with thick comforters to fend off the chill of the high-powered AC. Great Wifi, beautiful swimming pool. Howler monkeys and a variety of birds all around the property. We never wanted to leave! We had such a great time that we wound up extending our stay an extra three days and would have stayed longer had our itinerary allowed. There is no doubt that we will be returning as soon as possible!

Personally recommended!

When we first decided to visit Costa Rica, we chose to rent this Avellanas house. The reason why we rented this property is because we read that it was secluded, private and secure, and the house is indeed all those things. The announced rental price is what you pay. No more, no less. That is of course if you don't decide to stay a few extra days (as we did), or break anything. There are extras available: Jeffrey, our host, booked a golf lesson for me and my wife at a nearby exclusive resort, and we really had a lot of fun. If you stay here, this is something you should definitely try if you have the time. We had a blast cooking every night! The kitchen includes all the utensils you may possibly need, and everything is spotless clean. The kids also had a a lot of fun, especially at the pool. We are a family of four, and this house accommodated everybody very well. By personal experience, we definitely recommend this Avellanas house!

Privacy, comfort and convenience!

We've heard so much about how wonderful Guanacaste was from friends who visited Costa Rica in the past, and me and my wife Ally wanted to experience it all by ourselves. So, we decided to book a nice place in the Guanacaste area that offered privacy, comfort, and that it was convenient in terms of allowing us to visit as many beaches as we could, and this is the house we chose. The price was reasonable considering the pictures offered over the web, and once we got there, we were amazed at the fact that the property was even better in reality. The compound where the house is located is quite spacious, and it includes a nice pool, and a bbq area. We loved this place so much, that we didn't event left the property for a full 2 days! The rest of our time we spent it exploring the beaches near the property, just as we planned, and Jeffrey, our host, helped us a lot with information on the best places to visit. I am sure we will be visiting this property in the future (probably with a group of friends), so needless to say, we fully recommend this house!

Avellanas and this house, both fantastic

This house is not ocean front, but it is located just a short walk from Avellanas, and just a short drive from the best beaches in the area. Actually, the fact that this property is not ocean front is very positive because it feels very private and secure. We have to thank Jeffrey and Mauricio, our host and caretaker respectively, for their great hospitality. Although the compound where the house is located feels like some sort of fancy resort, the people here makes you feel like you’re home. We are very satisfied with our experience with this house and with the overall Avellanas area. Fully recommended!
