Diese Wohnung für 4 Personen hat eine Größe von 96 Quadratmetern und eine Terrasse von 36 Quadratmetern. Es besteht aus: 2 Doppelzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Berg. Ätna. Es ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd und Mikrowelle, Sat-TV, Safe, Telefon, WLAN, Klimaanlage, Heizung, Bügelzubehör, Haartrockner, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster ausgestattet. Das Penthouse und die anderen 5 Apartments der Residenz befinden sich auf einem kleinen Hügel in einem Wohngebiet in Taormina, nur 4 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Corso Umberto (Fußgängerzone von Taormina) und 3 Minuten vom Supermarkt und den nächsten Restaurants entfernt .
Taxiservice auf Anfrage vom oder zum Flughafen Catania mit einem Minivan für maximal 5 Personen 120,00 Euro.
Parkinformationen: Innerhalb der Residenz gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Auf Anfrage kann ein Parkplatz zum Preis von 10 Euro pro Tag reserviert werden.
Eine andere Möglichkeit ist das Parkhaus Porta Catania, das rund um die Uhr in Betrieb ist und sich direkt vor dem Ortseingang von Taormina und 5 Gehminuten von der Residenz entfernt befindet.
Aufgrund der engen Straßen von Taormina und unseres kleinen Parkplatzes speziell für Kunden, die mit einem großen Auto anreisen, empfehlen wir, diese letzte Lösung zu wählen.

Erholsame Tage in TAORMINA

Wir sind sehr Zufrieden mit dem Penthouse welches wir gebucht haben. Es verfügt über einen Traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und Etna Sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone und Supermarkt, man sollte trotzdem gut zu Fuss sein. Unser Vermieter Herr Schuler hat uns sehr freundlich Empfangen und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite Shuttlebus Service zum Strand und Parkplatz wurde alles von Herr Schuler erledigt. Ausstattung sehr komfortabel mit allem was benötigt wird. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken uns recht Herzlich und kommen gerne wieder

A Home Away from Home

My husband and a friend stayed in The Penthouse Unit for 4 nights in February ‘25. This was a very spacious, very well equipped, very clean apartment with an incredible view. We are from Canada, not ised to narrow Nd winding roads, so the drive up to the apartment was exciting and breathtakingly beautiful. Claudio’s directions were very helpful. Our car was an Opal Corsa and I certainly would not have wanted a larger vehicle in Taormina. Parking on site was secure and I would recommend reserving a spot if you have a small car and are not afraid of driving up the hill. The kitchen was complete - you certainly could cook in it - sharp knives, a salad spinner, cheese grater and multiple plate services. The best equipped kitchen I have encountered in 9 trips to Italy. There was even a jug of distilled water for the iron. Beds were firm but comfortable with good quality linens. The bathrooms, one ensuite, one across the hall from the other bedroom, were a very good size. The showers had a hand held sprayer which could be fixed to a pole - good water pressure and no lack of hot water. There is a safe. Incredible terraces with unobstructed views of Mount Etna and the sea. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to return for an extended stay if the opportunity arose. Thank you Claudio.

Fabulous Views of Mt. Etna and Sea

We stayed in The Penthouse apartment for 30 days. It has stunning views and was bright, clean, spacious and well supplied. Claudio, our host, lives on site and was very responsive without being intrusive. An exceptional feature was a weekly cleaning service, not usually offered at other places we’ve stayed. The location is up a hill outside Porto Catania, close to a local market - we liked the walk into town and back, but for some, the climb up over 60 steps might be hard. It’s a vertical town, so steps are not uncommon. The furnishings were slightly different than in the pictures with a couch and one armchair in the living room. A second armchair would make for a more inviting space for 4. We’d also have welcomed an end table, a table lamp or two and an led light for the terrace. But these are minor details, and largely a matter of personal preference. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and would happily return. Thank you, Claudio!

Beautiful Taormina

The views are beautiful from the balcony. We rented 2 apartments both were very comfortable. Easy walk to town and the supermarket. No complaints would definitely recommend.

The host, the home, the location, and the beautiful sorroundings were second to none. Our host was amazing. We've never experienced such a thoughtful host. This apartment is in a great location for those who want a fabulous view, closeness to the main part of town and don’t want a hotel but a home. We had a rental car and for a small extra fee they provided parking. This is important since parking In Taormina is difficult.

5 Day Visit to Taormina

The flat was lovely, well stocked with all necessities and perfect for two couples. The terrace however made our holiday very special. Spacious terrace with amazing views of both the sea and Mount Etna. We had sunny skies for most of our stay and we could not get enough of Both the sea and Etna….the unusual smoke rings were evident several times. The city sites were also very close by. We definitely recommend this property!

Claudio was a gracious host, promptly helping us with recommendations and logistics. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long stay. Location is convenient to shopping, grocery store, restaurants. But the best part is the spectacular view! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment in Taormina

We stayed in "The Penthouse" at Residence Schuler for three nights. It was a great place to stay as it was very clean, had amazing views on the terrace and was only a 5 minute walk from Porta Catania - one of the main entrances to the main street Corso Umberto. Claudio is very attentive and ready to help as he lives in the building. We parked in the parking garage Parcheggio Porta Catania and walked up the hill to the apartment - a bit of a climb with luggage. This is definitely a great place to stay when you visit Taormina.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views!

The Penthouse at Residence Schuler is truly a gem and I highly recommend staying there if you are traveling to Taormina. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean, and it’s in a great location. Shops, restaurants, and grocery store all within a very short walk. And Claudio, the host, is always available if you need him. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

magnificent apartment

We came to Taormina after completing a ten day tour of northern Italy. We were tired and in need of some down time and relaxation. Schuler's penthouse apartment was just the ticket we needed. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well organized and the view from the terrace was spectacular!!! Claudio was available at all times for any of our needs. He gave us great recommendations and was all around perfect host. We were very sad to leave Residence Schuler and will definitely be back. It was the perfect home away from home and we will never forget our stay there!! Bravo Claudio for maintaining such a beautiful space for travelers to enjoy!!! It definitely deserves five stars!!!!

Wonderful family trip

The VIEW, the patios, the location is all AMAZING Our family stayed in two apartments, apartment D and the penthouse. We all LOVED our stay at the Schuler Apartments. The penthouse had a larger patio and more modern updates. Apartment D was very nice too. Both had great air conditioning, comfortable beds and everything you needed for a great stay. It was easy to get to town in 5 min walk, close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and taxis. Claudio was a kind, responsive and helpful host. He helped us with car transfers too from Catania airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We came to take Italian lessons and enjoy Sicily - the lovely apartment and stunning views made our stay so special. Host Claudio Schuler was very responsive and attentive before we arrived and throughout our stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic!

This was one of those spectacular VRBO experiences. The unit was large, had a modern well-equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens, dining room and living room looking out onto the gorgeous large terrace ... which has an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea, the coast, and Mount Etna!!! The view is astounding! The location is superb; very close to a substantial grocery store, incredible restaurants, and shops on the historic and lively Corso Umberto . I'm a hiker and could easily walk to Castelmola, the city above Taormina, and beyond. Claudio was so kind, helpful , and organized when checking us in and helping us during our stay. A perfect host. An aside, this unit has large sliding doors onto large patios, with SCREENS! This is the first property in Europe that we have stayed in that had screens on the windows, sliders.. so we could have everything open and enjoy the fresh air. The bedrooms also have their own nicely working air conditioners, as does the living room. The unit is quiet, private, and beautiful yet close walking distance to all of the Taormina sights . A Perfect Stay!

Absolutely top notch, the best

We loved this apartment! Location, the beautiful apartment and the attentiveness of the owner. Everything was more than we could have expected. The apartment was immaculate, Claudio was so helpful, kind and generous. The View of the sea and Mt. Etna is so amazing - you have to see it to believe it. It will take your breath away. And the convenience of the location is so appreciated. You will understand when You get to Taormina. Literally 4 minutes from great restaurants, a grocery store and the port of Catania. We were able to Park at the property, parking is limited so request a space if you have a car. This is an amazing apartment- don't pass it up.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eesidence Schuler! Thank you Claudio for your hospitality. Neighborhood was beautiful but tight for driving, put your mirrors in! Apartment was difficult to find the first time but Claudio met us on his scooter and escorted us! Best host ever 😘
