Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienhaus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 5 1/2 Badezimmer und ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch. Der große Raum wird von einem 65-Zoll-Fernseher verankert. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Im formellen Essbereich oder auf der großen Kücheninsel ist ausreichend Platz, um Ihren Gästen das Abendessen zu servieren.

Ein Billardtisch und ein Pokertisch sorgen für zusätzlichen Indoor-Spaß. Highspeed-Internetzugang und WLAN für den Internetzugang von überall in der Unterkunft

Fünf hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, alle mit Bad, warten auf Ihren Aufenthalt. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit Kingsize-Betten, zwei Nachttischen, einer Kommode und einem 40-Zoll-Wandfernseher ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner für schnelle Wäsche, die den Innenraum ergänzen.

Draußen setzt sich der Spaß und die Entspannung mit einem großen Pool und einem Spa, einer überdachten Terrasse, fort. Es gibt 4 Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden sowie einen eingebauten 42 "Grill. Dieser Hof ist sehr privat ohne Aussicht von einem anderen Haus.

Well located, spacious, well equipped and maintained home ideally suited for family vacation.

Large bungalow on large lot with walled private backyard with pool, waterfall, hot tub, putting green, multiple bedrooms with individual baths, expansive central kitchen, gigantic granite island, large extended dining room area, large family /entertainment area. Well maintained. Good value.Easy in/out.

Lovely house and great communication with the owners

We stayed with three other families for a volleyball tournament. Everyone had comfortable space to sleep, the en suites were convenient and allowed ample privacy. The kitchen and dinning room were a great space to enjoy time with friends. Overall a great house, we would stay there again.

Siblings reunion

We had a great time. No problems. The home had a perfect set up for our group of 5 siblings. Enjoyed the putting green & pool table. A little cold for the unheated pool, 85/day was more than we were willing to pay to heat it. Lots of parking. A few wear & tear items need to be addressed, like the sofa cushion that has been partially ripped away from the back & broken bathroom drawers.

Amazing House

The house great, it was clean, well kept, and spacious! The kitchen is absolutely fabulous! It is wellStocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The pool and hot tub was clean and inviting! My only suggestion is that the TV’s be upgraded & updated to smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and main area. With that said the cable lineup is great and there was ample parking. The house is less than 15 minutes from the strip great place to stay!

Visited for Eagles concert at Sphere. Had 5 couples including friends and family. House has all the amenities, great space, and king bdr with ensuite for each couple. Outstanding location.

Beautiful house close to the strip

We had an amazing time at this house. The house was beautiful, had all the amenities you needed for a big group. We were 4 couples, great kitchen, family room, bedrooms. Everything was fabulous and immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our group had an incredible time here, don’t hesitate to book this place. Location, couldn’t be better as well. Close to the strip, quiet, in a safe neighborhood.We would love to come back Thank you!!

Family Rental for Wedding

I needed a large home to accommodate my family for our wedding in Las Vegas. I came across this property and couldn’t be happier. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is extremely clean and well equipped with supplies, bedding, etc. the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It gave everyone sufficient space and allowed them to cook and save money on eating out. The Property Manager was responsive and it was overall a great experience. Everyone was comfortable!!

Everything was great

We had a group of friends staying together for the weekend and everything was great. The 5 king bedrooms all with their own bathroom are a perfect fit. Enjoyed the yard/pool as well as the pool table. Communication with the owners couldn't have been easier. Will be back if I can get the right-sized group together again. Thank you.

Fantastic Vacation!

We decided to move our "bubble" from Northern Virginia to Vegas so that we get away, have a pool, and just enjoy a change of scenery after months in the COVID lockdown environment. After settling on this property, and considering the ongoing uncertainty around the COVID situation, the owner and I communicated multiple times in advance of our five-week stay. When we arrived, Jamason answered our questions, resolved a few very minor issues from the previous renters, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was fantastic and was well-appointed. We loved the huge, open great room and kitchen area, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The master suite was really great with a huge closet and an awesome shower and tub. The location was very good. It is in a small neighborhood, but with plenty of distance from neighbors. We loved how easy it was to get to where we were going. It was a 10 minute drive to the Strip, and it seemed that everything else we needed (Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc) were within 15 minutes. Super convenient for an extended stay. Thank you to Jamason (and others) for such a great stay. We highly recommend and would love to stay at either this property, or one of his other properties, sometime in the near future!

Fantastic house for a big group.

We booked this house for a business trip. Our staff of four stayed here for about a month. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is beautifully remodeled, clean and very spacious. Our staff had fun with the indoor pool table and outdoor golf, pool, spa and bbq area. This house has it all. Very easy booking and communication with the property owner/manager. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a large house to rent in the Las Vegas area.

An Amazing House With Amazing Support!

We just left after spending 40 days at this property and it was perfect. It is intelligently designed with a GIGANTIC LIVING space and it has 5 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Everything is clean, clear, and labeled, and its very obvious this is a very well run operation. I didn't have any issues and anytime we had a question or a problem we were answered pretty much immediately. The owners are incredible and we will be renting this property every summer. I have traveled the world for the past 3 years and this has been the best property we have ever rented. thank you so much. I strongly recommend.
