Single-story semi-detached house in a residential condominium, in traditional Algarve style, cosy, accommodating up to 4 people, with two bedrooms, one complete bathroom and another half bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room with access to a sunny terrace with BBQ, and also a terrace on the first floor in Algarve style (roof terrace). PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (including children)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund.
TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night
SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions.
