Willkommen an den wunderschönen Stränden der Insel Okaloosa! Sie werden keinen besseren Blick auf den wunderschönen Golf und das smaragdgrüne Wasser haben als von unserem Balkon im 5. Stock! Die Sonnenuntergänge sind auch atemberaubend! Wir bieten eine sehr geräumige und komfortable Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen an der Wand montierten 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player, Zugang zum Deck und einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer! Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschtische, begehbare Dusche und Whirlpool. Es gibt auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD und Zugang zum Flurbad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett unten und einem Einzelbett oben. Es hat auch einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player. Das Flurbad hat eine große Badewanne mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei neue Sofas (eines ist ein Schlafsofa) mit raumhohen Glastüren, durch die Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das smaragdgrüne Wasser des Golfs genießen können. Es verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit DVD. Das Esszimmer hat einen Tisch für sechs Personen und 3 Barhocker an der Küchentheke. Die Küche verfügt über moderne Edelstahlgeräte mit einer großen Speisekammer. Es ist voll ausgestattet, um alle Mahlzeiten zu kochen und zu genießen, wenn Sie nicht in einem der fabelhaften Restaurants in der Umgebung speisen möchten. Es gibt auch eine Frontlader-Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe im Gerät. Das große Deck verfügt über 4 Hochstühle, mit denen Sie das wunderschöne Wasser und die Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl betrachten können! Unsere Einheit hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben!

Our favorite place to stay

Beautiful Emerald Coast

Our stay at Water’s Edge was amazing! Checking in/out went seamlessly, Kitty was very attentive to our time here and awesome to work with! The condo was clean, very comfortable and kitchen well stocked to make us feel at home! Views from the balcony became our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets as it dipped into the gulf…daily walks on the beach looking for treasures and the waves crashing are memorable moments! Escaping WI weather and soaking up the sun on the Emerald Coast is what we needed to recharge our souls…We look forward to returning ♥️

Summer Family Vacation

The condo and view were beautiful! It was our family vacation for our family of 5, and we had room to spread out and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and updated from the photos. The balcony is the perfect spot for looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The setting is beautiful, and the beach chair/umbrella service included feels like a luxury! The ocean is so clear!

The Best Condo by far!!!

Everything from the start of the booking was awesome! Kitty was very helpful and easy to work with. The Condo and location were perfect. The condo has everything that you could need and the space was great. Our family had the Best time and we have already booked for next June. We have been vacationing in this area for over 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST CONDO! The Beach chairs were perfect since I am required to stay out of the sun. A very good plus to the stay. The pools were very nice and the grandkids spent several hours in them! The condo was well designed and tons of sitting spaces.We also loved the pantry area! We can’t wait to return! Ft. Walton Beach Girls Trip

We had 6 ladies stay at this property on the beach in Ft Walton. The condo was clean and as described it appears to have been updated recently. It was a very comfy space for the 6 of us with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There were many cups of coffee and glasses of wine shared along with good conversation from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beach service included with the condo, when we made our way to the beach we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas waiting for us. We enjoyed several local restaurants for dinner each night and also took a trip to the Gulfarium and walked through the Veterans Park Rookery to see the Herons in their natural habitat. The owner, Kitty, was very responsive and it was evident she wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Hope to return again in the future and stay at this condo.

Excellent room for a family

The entire process, from the initial request to book, to the check in/out was a breeze. Kitty sent all information ahead of time as promised and even texted me the day of check in to let me know the room was available a few hours early if we were already in town. The 4 chair/2 umbrella beach setup that was included was a nice bonus. The views from the room were beautiful. The in-unit washer and dryer are a must for us when traveling and the location of the room was convenient to the elevator as well. The hosts have made sure to provide a nice supply of everything you’ll need (towels, extra bedding, dish soap, pots, pans etc.) to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. If you have a large family this unit is a great option. Thanks again to the hosts for sharing their little slice of paradise.

We bought this condo in preconstruction in 2004. We are Mark and Kitty Hatcher from Knoxville, TN and we own this property along with Dan and Nancy Kyle from Cleveland, Ohio. We all take pride in owning this condo and want to make sure that it is comfortable, clean and inviting for all that stay! Our families have made life-long memories while enjoying this condo. We hope to offer the same for our guests!
