Sehr nette, entgegenkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Anette war jederzeit erreichbar und auch gerne bereit uns bei Aktivitäten zu unterstützen. Die Villa ist schon traumhaft gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet - der Pool ist komplett selbstreinigend. Empfehlenswert wäre, die Willkommensmappe noch in einer deutschsprachigen Ausfertigung anzubieten. Danke nochmals.

Wunderschöne Villa!

Traumhafte Meersicht und tolle Villa

Wir durften die Villa Eva für 14 Tage unser zuhause nennen, der Abschied fiel uns entsprechend schwer. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, die Poollandschaft ist super und der freie Blick auf das Meer phänomenal. Wunderschöne Strände befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio sind wunderbare Ausflugsziele und gut erreichbar. Malerisch gelegen mit supper Aussicht aufs Meer hat uns dieses Objekt sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Aufgrund der 3 Wohneinheiten war für uns 2 Familien und die Kinder im Alter von 16/16/13 eine schöne Aufteilung möglich. Der Salzwasserpool mit Yakuizi ist supper. Moderne Technik und schnelles Internet. Großzügige Küche und Grillgelegenheit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder...

Toller Urlaub , Tolles Haus

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen bei Anette und Christian verbracht. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und ruhig, sowie geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick zum Meer. Der schöne Pool war auf 27 Grad beheizt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider hatten wir ein paar Tage Regen, die wir für kulturelle Ausflüge nutzten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Très bonne semaine passée entre amis (8 adultes) dans la villa idéalement située, très bien équipée, facile à vivre et parfaitement propre. Anette et Christian sont très disponibles pour l'accueil, les infos et les bons plans (journée en mer, jolie plage...). Une voiture est indispensable (courses, trajets aéroport) mais les plages sont accessibles à pieds (attention ça monte un peu et pas le plus trajet le plus agréable le long de la route mais c'est rapide 10-15min). Recommandations ++ pour la Villa Eva !

Nos vacances en Corse

Nous sommes partis 2 semaines en vacances en Corse. Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa qui est très bien située (à quelques minutes d'une plage). Nous avons également pu profiter de cette belle piscine. L'emplacement est pratique pour se rendre au Sud (Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio et les nombreuses belles plages). Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé et Anette s'est montrée disponible si nous avions des questions. Nous avons reçu un super accueil. Nous recommandons la villa et cette destination sans hésitation.

Great location to explore Corsica

A group of 6 of us rented this villa for a week. It was easy to find, with great views across green rolling woodland and the sea. The villa was spacious and well equipped for cooking and BBQs. There were some lovely restaurants within easy reach. (A couple a mile away, although best accessed by car due to the busy coast road). The hosts were friendly and easy to contact when needed.

Idyllic, perfect in every way

The villa is high up and has other villas nearby, but is not overlooked and feels totally isolated from any neighbours. It looks straight out over the Mediterranean, from the balcony of the main bedroom (facing directly into the sun rise), from the pool area and other parts of the house. The house itself is exceptionally well equipped and fitted and wants for nothing. The pool is lovely and maintains a good temperature always. The BBQ and the covered terrace and poolside area offer great places to sit out and eat. Within fifteen minutes’ drive you have supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers and endless restaurants and cafes. The sea is very short ride away and has excellent beaches. The owner welcomed us on arrival and could not have been more helpful (had even stocked the fridge with essentials), then and throughout our stay, never intruding, always helpful and generous. Our stay really was idyllic and could not have been bettered. I recommend this villa unreservedly.

Gorgeous villa in stunning location - everything you needs for a perfect holiday

The mark of a great holiday is when you can walk through the door of your villa , drop your bags and feel immediately at home- villa Eva does just that . Every incidental taken care of by Annette the wonderful owner . Our flight time meant we were at the villa by midday - Annette made sure we could get straight in and not hang about for the usual 5pm checking time . Everything from Beach towels , to bath towels , coffee to condiments , milk and water - all ready and waiting . The villa is really well appointed , air conditioned and spotless . The location is stunning - superb views out to sea , handy location for access to stunning beaches , interesting villages a short drive away . We ate out in Solenzara ( 10 mins drive ) 4-5 times - amazing food , good prices . We had the most wonderful stay . Annette is fabulous - our only regret was staying only one week !

Wonderful family holiday.

We would highly recommend this lovely, luxury villa, with stunning views and the location was great for exploring beaches, mountains and towns. Anette and Christian were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us but were by no means intrusive. Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa de rêve!

La propriété correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est splendide de toutes les chambres et la piscine chauffée fut appréciée de tous les invités. Nous étions 7 personnes et tout le monde furent enchantés de leur séjour dans cette maison si confortable. Cuisine très bien équipée avec vue mer et chambres très confortables aussi avec vue mer. L'emplacement de la villa nous a permis de visiter la Corse et d'en apprécier ses plages. Un cahier d'informations sur les activités à faire et les renseignements pratiques est à notre disposition. Les charmants propriétaires ont pensé à tout et ont veillé à notre confort. Grâce à eux, nous avons réellement passé des vacances de rêve! Je recommande très chaleureusement cette villa à tous et à toutes! La Corse et la villa est très invitante et nous y retournerons certainement. Bon séjour!

Wonderful villa with stunning sea views

Fabulous villa. Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with a neutical theme. Complimented by panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Really enjoyed both the villa and the surrounding area. Stunning luxurious villa in beautiful surroundings

We came away from our stay at Villa Eva with only one regret - that we had to leave!...the good news is that we fully expect to return soon! Our family of 6 had the most memorable of stays at this wonderful villa. Where to start? Villa Eva is set in a great location with stunning views of the sea and the hills. With our four energetic teenage boys, we felt immediately able to relax – playing and swimming in the warm pool, relaxing on the spacious patio whilst soaking in the rejuvenating view of nature all around us, and on some evenings, cooking up a family treat on the barbecue under the stars. Inside, the villa is beautifully light, very spacious and extremely well equipped throughout. There are lots of touches that add to a feeling of luxury and being spoilt – lovely bed linen, towels and toiletries and stylish décor. When the need arose, we were able to escape mid-thirty degree temperatures inside air-conditioned, calm rooms – and the availability of wi-fi in all the rooms meant that our boys could access social media and keep in touch with the outside world! Away from the villa there is a lot to access pretty easily. Our boys could walk to the nearest beach to the house (under ten minutes), whilst the beautiful Canella beach is less than a 3 minute drive away, with plenty of other beaches within easy drive. Solenzara and other nearby locations have a wide selection of restaurants serving a wide range of cuisine and the location of the villa provides quick access inland and also to Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio, from where we took a boat ride to Lavezzi island – the absolutely stunning marine nature reserve where we spent a memorable day swimming in the clearest turquoise seas amidst an amazing range of (very friendly) fish and sea life. The absolute icing on the cake, and a key reason for our being able to relax so quickly and get the best from a fantastic weeks holiday are the wonderful villa owners Anette and Christian. They have paid very thoughtful attention to making the villa a perfect place to stay and clearly genuinely want their guests to have a wonderful holiday. We felt so relaxed and at home at the villa - it is difficult to think of kinder, warmer, more welcoming hosts. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful oasis away from our usual hectic city life – we will be back very soon!

Fantastic property and location

We had an excellent holiday at Villa Eva. The villa was lovely, and had amazing views. It was very well equipped and there was a lot of useful information about places to visit and restaurants etc. The villa was also very well situated, with the supermarket and beach a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this property, and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views

We stayed here for a family holiday. Anette and Christian were fabulous hosts and offered to help us in any way they could - booking tennis lessons and restaurants for us. The villa was stocked with all those little extras that you need for a fantastic holiday - there was a basket of groceries waiting for us when we arrived and all the things that you need in a villa (olive oil, spices, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc) were all provided. The villa itself was immaculate. The views over the bay were even better than the pictures - we spent many evenings just watching the beautiful sunsets. Local supermarkets, restaurants and beaches were easy to get to but you do need a car (which we had). We went canyoning with Roberto, and did a boat trip to the Lavezzi islands from Bonifacio which were both highly recommended - Lavezzi was like swimming in an aquarium. We would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will be able to return one day! Thankyou Anette & Christian!

Beautiful and very comfortable villa

Myself, my partner, two sons of 19 and 22 and two friends had a lovely week staying at Villa Eva. The setting is beautiful and it's a great space, with the pool getting loads of use. Annette is very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here. You do need a car.

Wonderful villa, terrific location, lovely hosts!

We loved this villa! It has everything you need - great outdoor area with ample lounges, large pool and attractive eating area. The kitchen is well equipped for foodies like us, but Annette's recommendations for local restaurants were great alternatives for experiencing Corsican cuisine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and we slept really well on the comfy beds. The bookshelves offer plenty of resources for hiking and seeing the sites of Corsica. The local beaches are lovely and within walking distance, with good cafes and facilities. The villa is in a great location for visiting Porto Vecchio, Bonafacio, Bavella and the GR20. Even Bastia, Patrimonio and Saint-Florent are accessible, even if further afield. And finally, Annette is a terrific host - very welcoming and ready to offer suggestions for making the most of our Corsican holiday. We'll be back!

A Mediterranean Island Dream Come True

This property was even better that it's pictures! It's location could not have been more private, quiet and serene. At the top of a hill, on a winding drive, behind a private gate, with nothing between you and the sea but lush green treetops. Okay, there were a couple of neighbors, but they were too far away to see or hear. Once inside, there were views from every room, high ceilings and a kitchen that was so inviting we hated to go out! We ate most meals at the table, overlooking the pool and sea and found everything we needed at the shops and markets nearby. When we felt adventurous, we took drives to see the walled city of Bonafacio or the Needles of Bavilla, both within an hour's drive. There were gorgeous beaches and beautiful mountain pools just minutes away and lovely breezes every night. Our hosts, Anette and Christian, could not have been more welcoming. They even left us some delicious treats and suggested a local concert of Corsu music nearby, which was incredible. If you want to experience Corsica, like a lucky local, we can't imagine a better place to do it!

Having left rainy Brittany in 2003, to look for the sun, we moved to Corsica with our family. I am originally Swedish and my husband French. We love this island and have made this our home without any regrets. We would love to share this way of life and the beauty of the island with you. We live a 20 minute drive away from the property , so we can easily pop in in case you have any problems, otherwise we will leave you to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

In 1998 we found the perfect plot with an amazing seaview and decided to build the villa of our dreams. The construction of the property was completed in 2005.
Solenzara is a small seaside village but with close access to many sights. The local population is very friendly and the area is amazingly beautiful offering sandy white beaches and unspoilt landscape. The Bavella pine needles, Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are within easy access.

The villa Eva is a modern style Mediterranean construction enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea and has a private heated swimming pool. The property is fully equipped with all amenities such as air-conditioning, modern kitchen appliances and all ustensils to make a perfect meal. The terrace is equipped with a gas griddle, perfect for cooking fish or vegetables.The lounge has a large flat screen television with Netflix, dvd, home cinema and bluetooth musical appliance, WIFI etc. A large library of books is available for your use and the villa also has several games for the children. A sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive away and the village of Solenzara 10 minutes. The villa is well situated, with only a half hour drive from Porto Vecchio and an hour from Bonifacio, but still enjoys a calm and peaceful surrounding.
