Eine wunderschön gelegene Villa in Naples, South West Florida, ganz in der Nähe der Strände von Marco Island und Naples Pier. Die Villa besteht aus 2 Etagen mit 4 großen Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Es gibt einen zusätzlichen "Bonusraum" im Obergeschoss, der Fernseher und sehr große Schnittsuite hat, die sich hervorragend zum Entspannen eignet. Das Erdgeschoss ist offen mit einer großen Auswahl an Küchenschränken und einer schönen Lounge. Es gibt einen Küchentisch mit 8 Plätzen sowie ein separates Esszimmer. Die Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass den ganzen Tag Sonne mit einem geformten und gepflasterten privaten Pool mit einem schattigen Lanai. Viele Pool-Möbel machen den Aufenthalt in der Sonne zum absoluten Vergnügen.

Great Naples Experience

The house was in great condition and well appointed with all the things a family would need to enjoy their stay and situated in a very nice gated community. The on-site property manager was outstanding and responded quickly to any of our needs. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful Home

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental. Everything you could want is provided, including beach and pool toys, towels and equipment. Large outdoor living space and pool plus the use of the beautiful pool at the clubhouse. Both the owner and the local property manager are very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious and inviting home at first glance

However, numerous issues should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. We were told upon arriving that the home was last occupied by the owner and had now been vacant for well over 2 months, so there was plenty of time to prepare. The pool was filled with green algae and could not be used until treated for 3 days. It happened once again during our stay. The lanai furniture was filthy and had to be power-washed, which we personally had to do. The carpeting and tile floors were vacuumed but not washed/cleaned. Within 3 hours of walking around our socks were black. We washed all the floors and bought stain remover for the carpet to remove numerous black stains. We had to replace the guest bath shower curtain as it was covered with mildew. The guest bedroom blind was broken and had to manually open/ close daily. Silverware had to be rewashed as not completely clean. First attempt at using the oven, the kitchen filled with smoke due to layers of grease spills. The smooth surface stovetop was left with burned-on food. I bought a soft surface cleanser and now looks like new. Nonstick frying pans were all scratched & flaking, and if coating flakes into food, it releases toxic compounds, so purchased new ones. Lanai screen panel ripped due to high winds. It took almost 5 weeks for it to be repaired and in the meantime, we were dealing with birds, bees, lizards, etc. trapped in on a daily basis. It was impossible to sit out and have dinner, etc. after 4 PM due to mosquitos and other insects. Unfortunately, the pool area was a selling feature for us and could not enjoy it for most of our stay. Patio door latch broken and never fixed. We went out and purchased a screwdriver after waiting weeks and repaired it ourselves. The owner emailed me one week in and asked if we could water his dozen or so newly planted bushes. Due to the extreme heatwave, we watered them religiously 3 X's a week, times 6 = 18 with a hose that we had to struggle with daily to even get it to reach, and not even a thank you. We did get our security back and credit for vacating the premises 5 days early due to COVID -19. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. We took pictures and saved documentation of conversations to back up our claims. The owner needs to take more of an interest in his rental property and ensure that he has in place a reputable property mgmt service company that is committed 24/7 - without having additional full-time employment elsewhere.

Location Location Location

Minutes from shopping, kayaking rentals at Collier State park and all the amenities of Marco Island. The reflections Lakes development is nice and small with great landscaping and great neighbours. The house is situated with open views and a nice sunny exposure. The house has loads of room, high end furnishings and is well equipped. The owner was very accommodating re details such as upgrading the T.V. Service and was easy to reach. Overall a really good rental location.

Perfect location.

Wonderful house, loved the heated pool. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Quiet location easy drive to Marco or Naples. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very nice home away from home

Excellent experience. Only three of us but plenty of space for 6-8 adults or 2 families. Felt like home. Wonderful neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Close to grocery shopping. 15 minutes to a good selection of restaurants. Home had everything you could need and the house and everything in it were in great shape.

It was the perfect house for our stay and more than we needed for our time spent in Florida. A beautiful house with so much space. The house had everything we needed and we felt so comfortable there. Communication was very fast any time we had questions and we will definitely be back.

Very nice house. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Convenient to beaches, the glades and town.

Home is nearly new and was in great order when we arrived. Management company was very responsive. On the few occasions we needed them, their responce was literally minutes. Owner was also very responsive. Would highly recommend this home.

Fabulous villa in a gated community

We loved our stay in this villa, it is a mainly residential community which is very civilised. We would not hesitate to stay again and the drive into 5th street was 25 minutes. The villa was clean and well catered for and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We only wish we could live here.

Utterly amazing place ❤

Absolutly stunning property within quiet secure complex of reflection lakes near Naples. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Owner of the house is very helpful and organised with superb detailed instructions as to how to get there and access the property. Photos on this website do reflect the pool area and house . Tastefully decorated luxury villa.

We liked this villa so much that we extended our stay. It is immaculate, tasteful and very well equipped. The beautiful pool was much appreciated, as were the two sitting areas. Our teenage children were able to have their own space which was a bonus. Absolutely everything about this villa is to be commended. Wonderful kitchen, bathrooms and beds. Located on a quiet and attractive community it feels safe and up-market. We are keen to return and would highly recommend it. Indeed a fortunate find in an area with plenty of things to do for all ages.

As a family we love the Naples area. We have had great vacations there and all our boys really enjoy the huge variety of things to do. From fishing on the pier, jet skiing, swimming in the sea to shopping (which they actual enjoy) there is just so much to do. The restaurant choice is superb and you never have to eat in the same place twice - unless you want to! There is never enough time to do everything we plan; so we always look forward to going back again. If you visit our home in Florida we are sure you will really enjoy yourselves.

This is a beautiful, new 2 storey Villa built on a modern, secure community to the South of Naples Centre. The community boasts all the great facilities you need for a wonderful holiday while being ideally located for all the great attractions of the area. We are located about 15 minutes drive from The Everglades and about the same distance from the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. We are also only a short drive to the Olde Town of Naples itself. There are plenty of Plazas with an abundance of shops and restaurants all the way along the US 41 up to 5th Avenue itself.
