Im Herzen von Dickenson Bay erwartet Sie die 'Little Bay Villa', ein großes, kürzlich renoviertes Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer in der ersten Reihe des Komplexes Antigua Village. Es ist weniger als 40 Schritte vom Meer entfernt und bietet einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick. Wenn Sie nach einem Strandapartment suchen, in dem Sie zum karibischen Meer und zu Restaurants laufen können, ohne eine Straße oder ein Auto zu sehen, ist dies das Richtige für Sie!

Die Villa wird vollständig vom Antigua Village Beach Resort verwaltet und verfügt über einen im Preis inbegriffenen täglichen Reinigungsservice (Wäschewechsel, Handtuchwechsel und vollständige Reinigung). Strandtücher werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt und können nach Ermessen der Gäste jeden Tag gewechselt werden. Dies ist eine Privatvermietung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten einer Superior-Hotelsuite!

Das nach Westen ausgerichtete, 300 m² große Apartment bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Karibische Meer sowie spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge von der großen Terrasse und der Sonnenterrasse.

Das helle und luftige, klimatisierte Doppelzimmer bietet bequem Platz für 2 große Doppelbetten und verfügt über ein großes Panoramafenster und eine Terrassentür zur überdachten Terrasse.

Das große Wohnzimmer mit offenem Schnitt sowie die Wohnküche bieten zusätzlichen Stauraum und ein bequemes Schlafsofa, das in ein Kingsize-Bett oder 2 x 3 Fuß Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann. Dieser 20 Quadratmeter große Hauptraum verfügt über ein großes Panoramafenster zu den Gärten und Schiebetüren zur überdachten Terrasse mit fantastischem Meerblick.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit wunderschönen Gärten und einem vom Strand entfernten Pool. In den Gärten und am Strand stehen Sonnenliegen und -schirme zur exklusiven Nutzung durch die Gäste des Antigua Village bereit. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden in der Unterkunft, in dem Sie das Nötigste kaufen können, und 2 gute Strandrestaurants, die Sie innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa erreichen. Taxis, Mietwagen, Wäscheservice und Ausflüge können über das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption gebucht werden.

Dies ist wirklich ein Traumort für diejenigen, die einen hochwertigen Strandurlaub für Selbstversorger mit dem Luxus von Annehmlichkeiten im Hotelstil wünschen.

On the Beach with Great Spaces

Antigua Village is a marvelous resort. Intimate, quiet, gorgeous grounds and plantings, nice pool, excellent location on Dickenson Bay Beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Unit 29v was spacious and open with large windows and lovely ocean and garden views. Comfortable beds and great A/C! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Property

Excellent Property. The beach and surrounding area was a bit busy, but just steps back onto the property we had our own private patio and sitting area. The views were great and privacy was not an issue. Will definitely return.

Favorite Beach House Yet

My family really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Villa. The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfy. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was lots to do nearby and the views were gorgeous. The beach is lovely. My mom, who is older, found the unit and property accessible with a short walk to beach and ground floor. My son, age 4, liked our stay so much he wept for 30 solid minutes when it was time to leave.

Beautiful location and stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon after getting married the week before at another resort on the island. You can’t beat the location and it really is steps from the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing!

Lovely location, helpful staff.

Villa was a bit dated, but had plenty of room, owner was very helpful with a few issues we had on arrival, and was quick to put these right. Maid service was a bit hit and miss? Sometimes a good service but not all the time. Reception,maintenance, security and gardeners were all very helpful.

My wife loves it at little bay villa, everyday she would say, this is the perfect location. steps from the beach and restaurants. Security was very helpful as well with our late check in. we will stay there again. thank you Martina for the helpful communication

Great Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit as we love the location. When we arrived there were two issues which were repaired within 1 hour of us notifying the front desk. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to prepare your own meals. It was a very pleasant stay and I say it again awesome location!

Exactly as it says

I was skeptical when the location to the beach was mentioned as being only 40 step. If anything they've under sold it, the villa is right by the beach, it's comfortable, practical and everything you need. Great access to pool, beach, sea and resort amenities.

A wonderful place to stay

A wonderful stay from every single aspect. The property had everything we needed and was a stones throw from a beautiful beach. The complex has security, a shop, a pool and lots of sun beds and shade dotted around. The location was excellent with a handful of bars and restaurants close by. About a 90 minute walk from the centre of St John’s. Communication with Martina was brilliant and check in super easy. Everything was perfect for us and we’ll definitely be back as soon as we can. In fact I think we might become regulars.

Great location

Great location. Unit could be upgraded. Bathroom and kitchen old but adequate. Refrig froze most of our food even at the lowest setting. Daily maid service was a plus. Beautiful Island.

Family vacation

The location of this villa is absolutely perfect. Steps from the ocean and a pool around the corner. Restaurants close, a little store to get a few things, a couple of bars to have a drink on the beach…..was perfect. The kitchen could benefit from being a little more stocked (no baking sheet) but otherwise was great to have a kitchen to be able to feed the kids. Biggest concern was no coverage on the window in that shower, I am a fairly tall girl and was extremely uncomfortable showing. Even had to shower in the dark so no one could see me which posed some challenges. Overall the view wins!!!

Fantastic location

This is a very nice villa within the complex. It's seconds from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars the views of the garden and beach are great. the unit is a bit dated but clean and functional. Daily housekeeping is a bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As mentioned, the uncovered bathroom window is a bit awkward. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots/pans/dishes but there was nothing for basic cooking needs ( salt, pepper, oil, etc). there were coffee filters and dish soap. We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. Rented a car to visit other beaches and restaurants and grocery is close by. No issues with parking. Loved the complex and beach. Loved the island!

Home away from home

Truly amazing location, one of the best beaches on the island. Literally a 35 second walk to the beach. We rented a car and traveled to several others. Two good-sized markets were nearby, but the car park could get full depending on the day and time. Plenty of cookware available, and you can rent a BBQ at the office if you choose. Nice oven, stove, fridge, and freezer, plus good closet space. The only thing I would request is a king or queen sized bed, that was a pain for the two of us to sleep on a twin for our 25th anniversary trip. Also the big, open windows in the shower are awkward as they look out to other units.

Outstanding Location!

We had two wonderful weeks at this village. The location to beach and setting is one of the best we have ever been to. Great security and always felt safe. Really nice to have several restaurants very close or a short walk from the property for the occasional dinner out. The condo was very nice as well. A few suggestions: the patio door out to the beach front/dining area is almost impossible to open. This became quite frustrating after the first few days. The fridge froze a lot of the food no matter how low we set the temperature, a queen bed would have been very welcomed as a couple. Some additional small items like a dustpan would have been useful! Overall, we highly recommend staying at Antigua Village.

Great Place

It's hard to criticise this property; sea front (LOVELY), pool (Lovely), late checkout (a GODSEND and THANK YOU!!!), wifi (excellent), overall accommodation (very clean and well equipped), dining (right next door and very tasty). We did have a couple niggles ... 1) bathroom window needs some sort of blind, feel very exposed when showering! 2) Not property's fault but I found Sandles next door to be noisy and irritating 3) need blackout curtains, one could almost read a newspaper without turning a lamp on it's so light 4) could not get into villa until 5:30 waiting on the cleaners (mind you, late checkout negates this inconvenience). These niggles are not much more than minor irritants and a matter of one's tastes. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were to return to the island. Thank you VERY MUCH, I'm missing it already and its only been 2 days! PS A car rental is highly recommended unless you plan to stay on site the whole time, but be warned ... parking is very limited and taxis take up a lot of the spaces.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

Good afternoon, Antigua Village! I had such a great time spending my birthday on your property. After renting a car and arriving (very easy to navigate with GPS from the airport) it was safe and comforting to see security and parking lot just a few steps away from our rental. We received a friendly and informative greeting when checking in at the reception office and advised to head to Coconut Grove for a complimentary rum punch after settling down. Our room (29V) was literally a stone’s throw from the beach, it was clean, air conditioned, and had a fully equipped kitchen and back enclosed patio with a nice view of the ocean with closer gate access to the beach. Super convenient and just a few steps away from bar/restaurant Coconut Grove to the left and Ana’s to the right. Both with great food, friendly staff, and good music. The property is quaint, with a lovely pool in the center and a great view of the beach a few steps behind. I read a review the water was yellow before arriving. Yes the toilet water was yellow however kitchen and bathroom water was clear and we had no issues at all. Amanda

Water problems spoiled our stay

We stayed at this unit for three weeks from January 15/to February 05 of this year. It is a lovely unit in a great location on a wonderful bay. Those are the good points, and they are certainly important, but our enjoyment was overshadowed by the quality of the water. The water from all taps that worked was always VERY yellow. The kitchen hot water tap would provide a very small stream of lukewarm yellow water and the cold water tap did not work at all. It doesn't give one a very good feeling when you realize that you as well as all others before you only had this water to use to try to clean dishes and cooking implements. The shower gave only a few sprays of lukewarm yellow water as most of the shower head was clogged and corroded. We mentioned these issues to the office at Antigua Village and were told that the issues would be looked into. They may well have been looked into, but nothing was ever improved. We found that any white clothing we wore got stained from the yellow residue on our skin, some even permanently, resulting in the items being ruined. I'm not sure if the water issues are unique to this property or are prevalent throughout Antigua Village, but it is enough to make me avoid the property in the future.

We set about a complete refurbishment of the lovely property and in the process made some great friends in the staff at Antigua Village and the Antiguan people.
