Dies ist eine ganz besondere und seltene Luxusvilla mit Meerblick und großem Pool.
Es bietet absolute Privatsphäre und uneingeschränkten Meerblick von jeder Terrasse.
Rund um das Haus befinden sich weitläufige angelegte Gärten.
Es liegt auf einer von Sonnenlicht durchfluteten Klippe.

Es gibt eine Reihe von fabelhaften Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und wir haben sie seit vielen Jahren genossen.
Einen Supermarkt und einen großen Kinderspielplatz sowie Tennis finden Sie ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Direkt vor dem Grundstück befindet sich ein wunderschöner Strand, der an den meisten Tagen sehr ruhig und fast menschenleer ist. Es ist in einer Bucht, was bedeutet, dass das Wasser fast ruhig und sehr angenehm zum Schwimmen und sicher für Kinder ist. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie größere und belebtere Strände.

Daneben befindet sich ein neu errichteter Yachthafen mit einer Bar und einigen schönen Booten. Die Villa verfügt über einen eigenen Liegeplatz im Yachthafen und steht den Gästen auf Anfrage zur Verfügung.

Das Haus ist klimatisiert und sehr geräumig.
Es ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub mit viel Platz und befindet sich in gehobener Wohnlage.

Fabulous Relaxing Villa

Great villa for amazing sea views was totally accessible we had two wheelchair users so after a couple of steps to front door the villa was flat with 4 bedrooms on ground floor. all amenities and facilities you need were provided. Lovely villa and very relaxing for our family. We enjoyed it immensely.

Awesome sea scape

Excellent position/location but house is a little tired and wasn't very clean when we arrived. Pool is pleasantly bigger than usual domestic size but needs a bit of TLC. Only the master bedroom is air conditioned; the others share a unit in the hallway which works OK- just. Overall a super holiday home.

Fantastic villa; what a view!

We had a fabulous week here. The view from the terrace is incredible and the sunrise well worth an early rise (which is saying something for me!). The house is well equipped and Manolo the local agent very helpful. For the kids the games room and pool were very popular, as was the decent wifi. The local beach with its little bar was lovely with perfect swimming water and the local towns great for restaurants and super markets. Highly recommended.

Great villa at a great spot

We are 2 families with 3 kids (14,15 and 17). We stayed the end of April. The villa has everything you need. Manolo who gave us the key and manage the villa is a wonderful guy. Helping with everything. The views are as good as the pictures. Enjoying the sun overlooking the pool and the ocean is superb. The pool is not heated. So it was to cold to swim at this time of the year. The surrounding in Calafat is quit, but with a car there is enough to do. (Cambrils, Tarragona) The pool-table was a great succes. Overall: a great stay.

Location location location

What can I say? This villa’s location right on the ocean front is spectacular!!! It has the best view of all the surrounding properties. The villa inside needs some updating but, to be honest, we spent all our time outside on the fantastic patio and in the pool. There was 9 of us in total and there was plenty room for us to eat at the dining table outside. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Manolo the property manager and his wife Pauline were great. The area is residential but you will find a supermarket 10-12 minute walk away and the beach is about the same. You can also walk to the neighbouring town either along the rocky headland (which I wouldn’t recommend with small kids) or through the streets. I would recommend you hire a car as there’s lots to see in the surrounding area.We got the train into Barcelona for the day from L’Amtella De Mar which was a great day out.We also visited Cambrills and Mont Roig del Camp. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I will never forget the sound of the waves lapping the rocks below.

Villa maria

Vi har haft en underbar vecka, med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Poolen var större och bättre än vi förväntade oss, och användes flitigt varje dag. Likaså bordtennnis och biljard möjligheterna. Bra utrymmen både inomhus och utomhus för den en grupp på 6-8 personer. Husvärden Manolo var otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig. Saknade möjligtvis fler restauranger i närområdet.

Stunning location and view

The location is incredible. We could not get enough of how spectacular the view was from the terrace. The pool is a very good size. The villa was clean and the we enjoyed our stay here to the fullest. Manolo was great to work with and check in and check out went like clockwork. We already discussed how great it would be to come back to this villa.

Deze vakantiewoning is een pareltje in Calafat. Alles is voorhanden, prachtig zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht. De Villa is prima onderhouden en álle bedden zijn heerlijk om in te slapen, iets dat je vaak niet kunt zeggen als je met 9 personen gaat. We zijn door Manolo goed ontvangen en de communicatie met hem naar ook de eigenaar Sean ging snel en perfect. Deze villa is een aanrader waarbij het huren van een auto de vakantie helemaal af maakt. Salou is op 30 minuten rijden en ook een bezoek aan Barcelona is prima te doen. Deze villa krijgt van ons een dikke 9!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Haus ist nicht mehr das Neuste , man sieht aber das immer etwas erneuter wird. Die Ausstattung vor Ort ist hervorragend. Haben in der Küche nichts vermisst (Mikrowelle, Nesspresso, Backofen, Gasherd , extra Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe) alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist traumhaft und das schönste man kann ihn auch vom Pool aus genießen. Das Objekt ist hundefreundlich. Alles eingezäunt und somit Freilauf auf dem ganzen Gelände. Der Service von Manolo wollen wir besonders hervorheben. Super freundlich, Probleme werden von ihm sofort gelöst, zudem steht er mit Rat und Tat einem vor Ort immer zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa avec un fort potentiel et vue sur mer magnifique et quartier calme

Le gérant immobilier (MANOLO) qui nous a remis les clés humble gentil. La villa a un très grand potentiel, un rafraichissement (rideaux, dessus de lit à changer). La télévision n'est pas accessible pour les Français dommage. Le quartier est très calme. Pas de vis à vis étant face à la mer vue magnifique. Super séjour dépaysant nous avons passé un super Noël Manolo avait trouvé pour notre fils un sapin pour marquer encore plus Noël une très belle attention de Manolo qui à notre arrivée le dimanche avait prévu les courses (pain, lait, jus d'orange, thé, jambon) nous avons bien apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Beautiful view

The view of the sea from the property was lovely with plenty of room around the large pool which was great for the whole family to play in. The rendering around the pool is in need of some maintenance as it is flaking off in patches. Plenty of sun loungers and towels to enjoy the outside space and a good barbecue we enjoyed using to cook. The kitchen has lots of everything you may need but much of it is in need of a good sorting out as there are lots of old chipped items and there were several dirty items that had not been washed since the last occupant and the cupboards were not organised at all with lots of things all over the place. Plenty of fridge space but again the kitchen fridge was mouldy down the seal of the door which we had to wash before we could use it. There were lots of goodies left for us and Manolo was very good at orientating us to the villa. The villa is certainly very large, but could definitely do with updating as well as needing new bed linen throughout and air conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms rather than just the corridor especially when you have young children as it was not an option to keep the door open in case they woke the others up. The air-conditioning unit outside the bedroom window needs to be inspected as it makes so much noise at night when it is on that it kept waking people through out the night. It was great having sky TV for the kids when they weren’t occupied with the pool. Showers were great and it felt very safe in the villa. Good local restaurant near the supermarket friendly staff and tasty food, if you have to use the local supermarket it is quite pricey and there is a larger and cheaper one in the local town. We were unaware that there was building work next door on a new villa until the Monday when they were installing the foundations which was unfortunate as it meant we were totally overlooked whilst around the pool and the noise couldn’t be covered even with loud playing music. The owner and Manolo did their best to try and resolve this matter with the builders but we would have preferred peace and privacy to a reduction in the cost of the villa.

Traumlage und super Unterkunft

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war alles perfekt. Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen, allerdings äußerst erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Weitblick über das Meer und die umliegenden Häuser und den kleinen Hafen sind einfach nur herrlich. Die Umgebung war bei unserem aufenthalt absolut lautlos, da fast alle umliegenden Häuser unbewohnt waren. Wenn es sich wieder einmal ergibt, werden wir auf alle Fälle sofort wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Es war alles da was man braucht, Küche top ausgestattet, Handtücher, Decken, Kissen, sogar der Kühlschrank wurde mit ein paar alltäglichen Dingen schon befüllt. Einfach nur top!

Situación inmejorable. Mantenimiento muy mejorable

La casa ofrece unas vistas impresionantes de la costa. Hemos encontrado deficiente la limpieza y el mantenimiento. En el billar dos de los palos estaban inservibles, las pelotas del ping-pong estaban rotas,... La persona de contacto nos ha tratado fabulosamente y ha gestionado de forma muy rápida una avería en la conducción de agua en el exterior de la casa. Muy buen servicio y una casa con muchísimo potencial pero con un mantenimiento a mejorar.

House with great view

The House is great . The view is Perfect . We stayed there with 8 adults. The House is very big and clean. The the bedrooms are small . Expect the Master bedroom. The Pool is big and the view to the sea is fantastic. It is very claim. Fantastic for relaxing. In the neighborhood are only Houses, But also a small supermarket and two bars . A big supermarket is 10 min away (by car) . L‘ Amettla de Mar is 10 min far away by car and Cambrils 20 min. Manolo , the host is very friendly and he was always available. We felt us very comfortable.

The villa itself is beautiful, the views from the pool / sun lounger area are fantastic. You can see port and the small beach to the right and the sun rises to the left which is good to watch in the morning. The master bedroom upstairs is lovely with it's own balcony, although the bed could do with a new mattress as it's not the comfiest. The pool table / bar / table tennis area is good and well maintained, as is the BBQ upstairs. My only criticism is the area/resort is very quiet as it's a residential area, and not tourist-oriented. There are a couple of local restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance but if a large group are coming here for a few drinks etc it's not that kind of resort. I would definitely recommend for families etc. Thanks Lee.

Wir haben die Villa Maria für eine Woche gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir wurden nach Ankunft bereits von Manolo erwartet, der uns das Haus gezeigt und uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Manolo war im Übrigen auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns bei schwierigen Fragen weitergeholfen (bspw. wo wir Sonntags Nachmittags noch Bier kaufen konnten – DANKE NOCHMAL). Auch als früh am Morgen einmal der Strom ausgefallen war, hat Manolo das Problem innerhalb von einer Stunde gelöst. Klasse Service und wir haben uns dadurch immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Haus an sich ist klasse, es bietet sehr viel Platz, in der Küche ist alles was man benötigt, es gibt zwei Grills, eine große Außenterasse mit schönem Pool und wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt keine Störungen durch Nachbarn, es ist nichts einsehbar, es gibt zahlreiche Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Über Darts zu Billard, bis hin zu Tischtennis oder einfach nur Sky TV schauen. Das Wifi hat im ganzen Haus einwandfrei funktioniert, sogar draußen beim Pool und der Terasse. Sogar mit 7 Geräten gab es keine Probleme im Internet zu surfen und sogar Videos zu streamen. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer mit eigenen sanitären Anlagen und Duschen/Bädern. Wer seine Ruhe haben, jeden Tag einen tollen Blick auf das Meer haben und seine Runden im Pool drehen möchte, der macht hier alles richtig. Danke Sean für das tolle Haus und Danke Manolo für das gute Gefühl immer gut aufgehoben zu sein! Wir werden das Haus mit Vergnügen erneut mieten! We rented Villa Maria for a week and had a great time. After our arrival we were already expected by manolo who kindly showed us the house and made some recommendations. By the way, Manolo was also always available to call during our stay and helped us even with very difficult questions (for example where to buy beer on sunday afternoons – THANK YOU AGAIN!). Even one time when early in the morning the power (electricity) had failed, Manolo solved the problem within an hour. Great service and we have always felt very well cared for. The house itself is great, if offers a lot of space, in the kitchen is everything you need, there are two barbecues, a large outdoor area with a beautiful pool and wonderful views of the sea. There are no disturbances from neighbors, the outdoor is not observably and there is plenty of things to do. Playing darts, billard, table tennis or just watch sky TV. Wifi worked very well
