One of the Best!

We came to Orlando to go shopping and visit Universal Studios. I was a bit nervous because this is the first time we stayed in a house and not on a Theme Park resort or hotel. Steve is a great host and responds quickly. The house inside and out was clean and my kids stayed in the game room and pool. House has an alarm system which made me feel better and the neighborhood was quiet and gated and security in the area. Oasis Clubhouse was nice and is a short walk. You just have to show car pass and sign in. Will definitely stay here again or in the area whenever we come back.

Awesome home!!!

I would definitely stay again! The host Steve and his team was great. We were able to contact them whenever we had questions and he always responded quickly. The pool patio and game room was the best.

Great stay

This was a great house! Steve was quick to answer any questions and help. The house was clean and everything was just as pictured. We loved the outside pool area - we've stayed in Champions Gate 4 times and this was our favorite outside space for sure! The added privacy screens and no houses behind were a plus. The game room had ac which was great too so we could enjoy that space even though it had been very hot outside. Everything inside was clean and comfortable and there were a lot of extras in the kitchen. Definitely recommend staying here!

Mother Daughter Getaway

My three daughters and I had the best time! Communication with Steve was great, the house was amazing, and the location was perfect for us! It truly felt like a home away from home…which was super nice being their first flight vacation and in a new state! We will definitely be booking with Steve again for future vacations and recommending this home to our friends/family when they travel in that area!

We stayed for 2 months in January and February and had a great time - the house was very nice, everything you could need, very comfortable bed, beautiful pool and hot tub and south facing! Steve, the owner, was extremely quick to respond to any queries / issues Recommended.

Property clean and as shown in photos. Plenty of space for all in our party. Pool and patio very clean and were used, with heat people were in the pool every day. Kitchen very well stocked. Excellent location within development and in the area in general. Would stay again! Thank you.

Perfect home with everything you need (and then some!)

We were in town to celebrate our son's 8th grade graduation, and wanted to choose a home that any teen would love. This home was definitely the place! So many extras, pool table, multiple tv's, playstation, perfect pool and jacuzzi. Great location as well, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, all very close. Our only complaint was the time it took to check in at the security gate. Make sure to plan for this, as we waited in the line for an hour (not so fun after a 7 hour drive). But definitely not the home owner's fault at all, the neighborhood just needs to find a way to streamline the process so it doesn't back up so much. Steve, the owner, answered all the questions we had super quick. We would definitely consider staying here again if we head back to the area.

Outstanding Family Retreat

The house was as described. Very clean and all the bells and whistles listed in the description. It had plenty of space for my group and everyone felt it was relaxing. Some family loved hanging out by the pool, my sons loved the game room and the two setting areas was great as well (first floor and second floor) We would definitely book again.

Great Family Vacation!

The property was just like the pictures online. The house was very clean. Steve was great with communicating with me until the end of our stay. Any issues I had were handled immediately. I will definitely book this home again and I recommend it. It was within walking distance to the Oasis Club. The jacuzzi was down for my stay (water couldn’t heat up) but other than that everything was great. If you have babies walk with pack n play sheets. I loved that the home had several so my son could have an area to sleep downstairs and upstairs. There are lots of floaties and pool toys. I could go on and on. Book this property and you won’t be disappointed.

Great House

Really enjoyed the house. Kids loved the game room. Communication with property manager was great. Only downside was traffic getting on I-4 and on I-4 going to/from the parks was always backed up.

Everything is as advertised people. Great complex and house was great. Steve was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would stay here again next year for college baseball. Bonus was my sons college team rented several homes just blocks away from us.

The property was beautiful and the property manager was on tip of every issue.

The only issue I had was with one of my guest checking in at the gate. The security guard Valentino was very very rude and unprofessional. The guard refused to let the guest in and I had to request a supervisor. I must say the supervisor handled the situation within in a matter of 5 mins.

Fantastic House in Great Location

An extended group of our family of five (2 adults 3 kids) plus another five adults fit perfectly into this large and comfortable house. The kids were very enthusiastic about the game room and all the amenities there. Everyone enjoyed the pool and patio area, plus the nearby Oasis Clubhouse. We also appreciated the number of bathrooms available. The location is great -- Disney parks were 20-30 minutes away, and Universal about 40. Made for very easy travels during our stay. Communication with the owner was great. We had a very minor issue come up and he dealt with it very quickly. I highly recommend this house for a large group with kids. Truly outstanding place to stay in the Orlando area.

Don’t hesitate, just book it

We recently stayed at Champions gate for a twice postponed 40th birthday / family trip and we had an amazing stay ! The house is huge, exactly as described and in a great location. The property manager is fast to respond and attentive but not intrusive and all the facilities / systems are top notch. The only complaint ? The time went too fast. We will be back for sure

Beautiful home and amazing owner!

I can not say enough about Steve. Any questions or concerns we had he was very quick to answer or take care of. Worked with us from booking right through stay. We have stayed at a few champion gates homes and they all are basically the same. The owners / property managers are what really make the experience great. As we have learned things can sometimes go wrong, having a responsible and caring owner can make or break you vacation. We highly recommend this home.
