Die Rückseite der Villa überblickt das erste Fairway des wunderschönen 18-Loch-Golfplatzes von Boavista, den Atlantik, Lagos und die Serra de Monchique. An der Vorderseite befindet sich ein gut sortierter Garten und eine möblierte Terrasse, auf der Sie den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne genießen können. Die Villa befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und dennoch nicht mehr als 5 Gehminuten von allen Einrichtungen des Resorts entfernt. Erholungsurlaub

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, in einem sehr schön gelegenen Haus. Der Pool ( perfekt temperiert:-) )direkt gegenüber des Hauses. Entfernung nach Lagos 5 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Roberta als wunderbaren Ansprechpartner und vielen Dank an Fiona für ihre Infos und zeitnahen Antworten! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Schönes Reihenhaus in einer Golfanlage

Das Haus war genau wie bei FeWo beschrieben. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft schon von der Verwalterin sehr freundlich begrüßt, die uns das das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergab. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist gerade gegenüber des Hauses und ist ebenfalls in einem guten Zustand . Allgemein gab nichts zu bemängeln. Uns fehlte lediglich ein geeigneter Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse (der Sonnenschirm fliegt beim geringsten Lüftchen um). Eine Markise wäre da besser geeignet.

Schöne Villa, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Viel Platz, Sonnenterassen für jede Tageszeit und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage in Boavista ist sehr zentral, alle zentralen Einrichtungen sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch zur Golfrezeption und zu Tee 1 sind es nur 2 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, schnell und unkompleziert. Jede Frage wurde von Fiona schnell beantwortet.

Mixed. In our view, this property is well suited for a short term rental as opposed to a long term rental. We booked for 3 months, so this villa basically became our ‘home’ during our stay. While overall we were moderately satisfied, we were disappointed in the quality of the two mattresses in the master suite (zero side support and extremely soft), the squeaking bed frame in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, quality of the pillows and bedding, some leaking shower hoses, absence of an upright vacuum for carpeting, the 10 year old living room tv with no Netflix, a weak internet signal that could be improved with a fibre upgrade, lack of a basic coffee pod machine, an old wobbly recliner with a torn ottoman in the living room and some lights not working even after bulbs were replaced. The cleaner (Lisa) and the local representative (Roberta) were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Roberta quickly arranged to replace a broken dishwasher we found upon arrival, ensured the heating units were promptly serviced when required and, with a technician, tried to remedy problems with the tv in the living area. Roberta coordinated our check out and saw/confirmed that we left the property in very good order. Bottom line, if the owner were to invest 1500-2000 to improve property shortcomings, it would be a VERY suitable property for any discriminating long term tenants. We are returning to BoaVista for 3 months in 2026, but have booked a different property.

Fantastic stay in wonderful, peaceful villa

This is our second stay at Fiona’s lovely villa and we had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and set in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely pool and never busy (even in August). We hired a car but you could easily rely on Ubers to get around (often under €5 to Lagos town). Fiona was great and answered any questions we had very quickly. Check in was also very easy with the lovely Roberta. Thank you once again Fiona for a lovely stay!

Perfect family holiday

Hey had just a wonderful family holiday at Fiona's place. The resort is very clean and well maintained. The pool, that is just on our door step was never Crowded, with plenty of space and sunbeds. The location is wonderful, just 6 minutes by car to the beach. And last but not least, Fiona's place was just wonderful, very clean, with a very Nice backyard and with everthing we needed to enjoy a stress free family holiday. Fiona was also a great host, always very responsive and kind 5*

Exceptional

No negatives, we stayed the last week in June and the first week of July, the setting is fabulous and the owner Fiona gave plenty of suggestions for places to eat and walks in the surrounding area which was a real bonus. Favourites of ours were Fortaleza da Luz, Campimar and Jacaranda. We had a car which we found beneficial but it is an easy walk into Luz and Lagos. The resort golf course and facilities are excellent and will definitely return.

A relaxing week at Boavista

Excellent property overlooking the 1st Fairway of the Boavista Golf Course. The Villa was very clean and had all the amenities required. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the sunshine! Suitable for families and multiple adults. We had our extended family (21 people) staying in 4 Villas across the Boavista site and we had a wonderful time playing Golf and enjoying the Club House hospitality. A lovely week all round with very friendly and helpful staff across the whole site.

The townhouse was well presented on arrival and the host Roberta was extremely helpful. Problems with signal on the TV was encountered on the Friday of the stay, and the Careways office was closed, Roberta managed to resolve the matter by speaking directly with the MD of the business. I find it very surprising that a site of that size should close its office for bank holiday and all the weekend without providing sufficient cover. From my previous experience of visiting apartments and villas on the site, I would have expected at least one visit from the cleaners and a towel changes during our eight day stay. Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and I would have no hesitation in booking another holiday at this townhouse.

Villa was wonderful in a lovely peaceful setting Very clean and tidy with all mod cons although a safe would be preferable. Roberta the property manager was 1st class and extremely helpful with information and tips galore. Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Villa Fairviews

We’ve just arrived back from holidaying at Boa Vista staying in a beautiful villa! There was 6 of us age ranging from 13 to 75 and it suited us perfectly! Location fabulous just over the road from the pool and five minutes walk from the clubhouse which served gorgeous meals! The villa was just beautiful, and equipped with everything you needed! The seating area round the back was just perfect and sun from sunrise till about 12, and then moved to the front where there was more seating, but by this point we were at the pool which was so lovely and peaceful even during the holidays! Roberta was there to greet us when we arrived at 10pm and kept in touch making sure everything was ok. Fiona the owner has been so communicative, the only downside was coming home! Thanks Fiona your Villa is beautiful and fantastic memories were made!!

We are just home after a week in this lovely villa , a home away from home with the holiday extras of the sun ,sea and pool . Community pool was top standard ,literally right on the door step with ample room for all guests . Great cleanliness and security . All five of our family enjoyed every minute . 10 /10

We have stayed at Bia Vusta several times but this by far the best equipped accomadation.

Outstanding Villa

Wonderful Villa at Boavista Golf & Spa. Excellent facilities on site for all ages. A very high standard Villa, with everything you need and more. The Property manager is available throughout your stay to answer any questions. We have stayed at Boavista on four occasions and really rate the location of this Villa to the swimming, club house and other amenities.

Lovely house in a great location

The house had everything we needed, and more. The beds were really comfortable and we loved being just across from the pool, and walking distance to the gym, tennis courts and clubhouse! The supermarkets were 5 mins drive away, and the beach and town were 10 mins drive. Fiona was really helpful and quick to respond to any queries and it was reassuring to be met on arrival and shown around by Roberta, who was around if needed. We had a wonderful week, and would recommend this property!

Beautiful Accommodation & Fantastic Hosts

The villa is stunning with balcony views of the golf course and large, immaculate swimming pool just across the road with loads of sun beds and sun shades. Both the host Fiona and Roberta, who was at the property to greet us, couldn’t have been more helpful. Fiona arranged airport transfers for us with Nuno the taxi driver and he was brilliant waiting for us while we did our supermarket shop. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope to visit again.

Très belle location

Éloigné du centre de Lagos (pas trop non plus), nous étions au calme dans cet endroit. Juste deux petits bémols, Vrbo n'est pas capable de nous fournir une facture pour cette location et la literie de la chambre parentale n'était pas très confortable (matelas trop mou). Enfin, un grand merci à Fiona pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Just fabulous!

What a gem. Fiona's property is just perfect. Spotlessly clean, so spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly want (including a couple of beach chairs which were a great bonus) and literally about 20 paces from the gorgeous swimming pool. You need a car to get around the area but the location to beaches and supermarkets was great - 5 mins I'd say. Often we were the only people around the pool and there were sunloungers galore. Roberta sorted any issues for us quickly and very efficiently. Suffice to say we're planning to come back. We all had a fabulous holiday and wished we'd booked a longer stay..
