Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und neu mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Es hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine amerikanische Küche, eine große, komfortable Wohn-Lounge, 1 großes Badezimmer. Gratis Wifi. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, Sie können hier an einem Tisch sitzen Sangria trinken und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern.
Es befindet sich in einem beliebten Orlando Complex, ca. 500 m vom Sandstrand entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Teil des Komplexes, der ruhig und ruhig ist.
Der Komplex verfügt über 3 Swimmingpools: großer Hauptpool, Kinderbecken und ein mittelgroßer Pool. Großzügige Sonnenterrassen, Gärten und ein Poolbereich bieten Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Es gibt auch eine Snackbar am Pool.
Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Am Strand von Torviscas werden zahlreiche Wassersportarten angeboten. Vom Yachthafen in Puerto Colon aus starten zahlreiche Bootsfahrten und Safaris am Meer.
In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus Sie in alle Teile der Insel fahren können. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Bus, mit dem Sie zum größten Wasserpark Europas, SIAM PARK, fahren können (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Bus).

Nette Vermieterin, sehr saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in außerordentlich gutem Zustand mit angenehm fester Matratze und allem was man so braucht. Etwas schade fanden wir nur, dass die Aussicht zum Meer durch Gebüsch zugewachsen war und dass die Pools im Orlando Complex recht kalt waren (aber wir hatten uns zuvor auch nicht informiert, ob die Pools beheizt sind oder nicht).

Good base for exploring Tenerife basic accommodation

Check in was confusing as the property owners Mum unfortunately doesn't speak any Spanish or English which made communication difficult! Location is up a hill so if limited walking abilities it's not a good location. Lots of stairs and steep hills so not easy to walk every time you go out and return. Especially in heat. Check in is 4pm and there is no negotiation in this so check your flights before you travel. Check out time is incorrect on Vrbo it is 11AM not 12PM. Pools are nice on site but the one nearer the bar offers better sun loungers then the smaller pool area. There is a water refill station on site which makes refilling water easy then carrying 5 litres up a hill in the heat. Note there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Only 1 small fan that you move from room to room. We visited in April and this was only just about comfortable to sleep. So I would imagine it's even worse in the summer periods. Bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. Bonus was having a washing machine as we only take cabin size suitcases. Hope this review helps.

Great VFM, perfect for couples

Super value apartment, fully modernised on a quiet complex with 3 pools, non of which were too busy. Lovely balcony to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and within a couple of mins walk of some nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommended, my main reservation when booking was wondering what the catch must be, as it seems so cheap! No catches I couldn't fault anything, the only thing I could think that might be making it cheaper than other apartments might be lack of aircon. We didn't find this to be a problem, despite the weather being very hot, a fan in the bedroom kept it just nice. Host was very quick to respond, when contacted.

Lovely apartment on quiet friendly complex. Apartment bigger than expected and very clean. Comfortable large bed and loads of wardrobe space. Apartment close walking distance to all amenities beaches, shops, restaurants. A perfect place for our months stay would not hesitate to book again and would have if not already booked for our dates next year.

The view outside was totally different

The house was decent, but I was badly surprised when we found out that the "beautiful view of the sea" from our balcony was covered by a huge tree. I ask to update the pictures to avoid others to have the same experience. Always make sure that what you promise is true. Considering that all the time we spent in the house we were in the balcony this was very disappointing.

Amazing apartment

We stayed in Orlando apartment and it was amazing. Anford the property manager met us there as arranged, showed us around and gave us clear instructions. Anford has also previously emailed us with full instructions in location etc, we will definitely stay here again as it was such a perfect apartment with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The apartment doesn’t have air con but we were supplied with a fan. Thank you Anford for everything

Fantastic apartment.

Stayed here for my 40th birthday. Was greated by my the owner, who was lovely and very professional. The apartment is very nice, with everything that you need for a self catering holiday and the location in the complex is quiet. Location is perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants around. The beach is 5mins away which as a lovely walk along the beach. Would recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Great Locoation

Had a lovely stay here We were met by Anford who showed us round the apartment which was excellent and finished to a high standard , plenty of appliances for a self catering stay even though we did not use them. Positioned in a quiet area, I would recommend this apartment highly Robert Meikle

Not long enough

We only stayed at Orlando apartments for two days as we were moving on further south. We will definitely be back as apartment and area where excellent. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we required and such a good location to explore Cost Adeje and Las Americas. We will certainly be back next year and will stay for a lot longer

Warm welcome from Natalia when we arrived, she introduced us to this Amazing apartment, Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Lots of little extras to help with your stay. Amazing apartment and complex!!!

We stayed at this apartment for a week, it is great place. It has a great mix of holiday makers and owners alike. Lots of children having fun in the swimming pools, not a stuffy quiet place where you can't make any noise which is great if you have kids. Three great pools, two for the kids and one where you can have a quiet lay down. The complex is gated so very safe, there's a pool bar if you don't want to venture out. We had a hire car but to honest you don't need one as everything is very much in walking distance, beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is very nice inside, a lovely bedroom with lots of storage. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a washing machine so this has been the first holiday we have ever had where our clothes have been clean when we got home. There's a built in microwave, fridge.freezer etc. The living room is very comfortable, plenty of TV if you want it and a nice balcony to relax and have a nice cold drink or al fresco dining! The bathroom has a lovely double shower and is very nicely done. All in all we had a great holiday, so thank you Natalia!!! We had a great time, we will recommend you and we will be back!!!

A wonderful base for your holiday

My family of 3 persons spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and obviously very well maintained. We arrived late in the evening and were met by the owner Natalia, who could not have been more helpful. She showed us the apartment and the complex, but also took time to tell us about the facilities in the surrounding area. The apartment was newly renovated and had everything for a perfect holiday : comfortable bed, seating, TV with many channels and a modern equipped kitchen. The pool area within the complex was very clean. The apartment was at a down part of the complex which was the calmest and nearest one to 2 beaches with many water entertainments. There was a commercial center Gran Sur with Mercadona within walking distance of the apartment and plenty of good restaurants. The car was not necessary in fact. Thank you for giving us a wonderful base for our holiday!
