Fabulous, außergewöhnlich geräumige, luxuriöse City Center Apartment, in der Nähe der Touristenattraktionen, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren von Liverpool. Nur 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Albert Dock und Liverpool One und eine Minute zu Fuß zur James Street Station, könnte dieses schöne Apartment nicht besser sein. Unsere schöne Wohnung wird Ihnen als Zuhause von zu Hause angeboten. Wir sind ideal auf der Suche nach Kunden für einige Wochen statt ein paar Tage zu bleiben. Geschäftsleute, die in der Gegend arbeiten, oder Expats, die für eine gewisse Zeit im Jahr nach Großbritannien zurückkehren möchten. Aus Sicherheitsgründen bieten wir keine Kurzurlaube mit weniger als 3 Übernachtungen an. Die Lage ist recht ruhig und die Lage ist so nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zur James Street Station, und 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Flughafen entfernt (3 Euro pro Strecke) Keine Notwendigkeit, im Verkehr um Großbritannien zu schleppen, Ihre Familie kann zu Ihnen kommen! Sie können im Zentrum von London in etwas mehr als 2 Stunden sein, Chester in 40 Minuten, wenn Sie müde von Liverpool sind, was unwahrscheinlich ist. Ob Sie ein Kulturgeier, Musikfanatiker, Heißhunger Liebhaber oder Einzelhandel König oder Königin sind, wird Liverpool nicht enttäuschen. Und diese Wohnung ist 25 Minuten von Tür zu Tür zum Royal Liverpool Hoylake Golfplatz. Auch für Grand National Besucher der Aintree Race Course. Sichere Parkplätze unter dem Block stehen gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung (wir müssen einen Aufpreis zahlen, da wir unser eigenes Auto auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz bringen, um Ihr Auto unterzubringen).

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da sie viel Platz für alle bot, auch für unseren Sohn zum Spielen. Möbel und Dekoration sind sehr geschmackvoll und aufeinander abgestimmt. Kurzum: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist geradezu perfekt. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte zu Fuß zu erreichen und man kommt sehr schnell in die Innenstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die beiden Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür bzw. im selben Gebäudekomplex! Es fiel uns sehr schwer, nach 10 Tagen wieder nach Hause zu fahren!

Spacious apartment

The space was great and clean. It was very cold in Liverpool during our stay and we struggled to keep warm. The small space heater helped, but the radiators in the master bedroom and the living area didn’t seem to keep the temperature up. And, we could not find any extra blankets for the beds. Otherwise, a great location in Liverpool very close to lots of shopping and dining.

Close to city attractions.

We loved the property. Very clean & tidy. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and wifi. The lounge/dining room gets very hot during summer. Fabulous location, close to pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking is only £10 per night. Leanne was lovely giving us clear instructions to get into the building etc.

Short break

Apartment was very well located for many of the attractions, we were able to walk to most of them. Bed extremely comfortable. Shame about the building work and scaffolding, it made it tricky to find the entrance! Apartment was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the Beatles memorabilia and theme throughout.

Great location but unnecessary stress

Location was great. Reason for low ratings, is due to very disturbing communication with the owner few days prior to arrival. She was having a dispute with VRBO and threatened not to hand over the keys to the apartment, even though it was paid in full. In the end everything went well but it was an unnecessary stress.

We had a great stay here. Parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. Everything is on the doorstep in walking distance. The apartment is well equipped. Will definitely be back.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely apartment. It is situated ideally for all city centre and waterfront venues. Communication with Jill and Leanne before and on arrival made it very easy to settle in. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to book here the next time we visit Liverpool.

A few key issues that require attention that were not addressed despite our requests

We just stayed for 6 nights and left today. The location is fantastic, however there were a number of issues with the apartment that we reported right away but never received assistance or follow up with. We were told to go through the cleaner, and while she was fantastic, we were left with a fridge that did not work unless it was held closed with a garbage can pushed up against it and a laundry machine we could not use. The fridge was completely frosted over, and kept nothing cold unless pressure was used on the door. The cleaner indicated that the laundry machine was recently installed and replaced, and no instructions were left (despite the manual stating there would be) and we even asked local family to assist in operating it, and they could not figure it out. It appears the start button may be broken. We booked this location due to the laundry machine as we are travelling the UK & Europe, we ultimately had to attend a laundry facility to have our things washed. The building is okay, the halls smell of garbage and the parking garage is dirty and the smell is absolutely repulsive, they even have signs around asking people to not urinate in the garage on the floor. There was a filthy used mattress right near where we parked as well. There are a number of homeless people sleeping outside the entrance each night. We were approached to purchase drugs a few times in the evening by loiters outside the building as well, however that happens across the city so it isn't just specific to this location. The air conditioning only cools the living room, and while the windows are stunning, if the blinds are left open during the day it heats the apartment to near unbearable temperatures. When we arrived, the apartment was over 25 degrees inside. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but not in the second bedroom, there are some other fans available for use and those helped. Overall, it was a decent stay. I would suggest that communication from the host be improved, especially when key elements of the home are not functional. The host resides out of the country, so relies on the cleaner to be the go-between. She works a full time Job and lives an hour away so cannot just come to assist if there is an issue. Hopefully these issues are resolved for the next guests. It was very clean inside.

Great location!

The apartment was ideally situated for everything and was as pictured. It worked really well for 4 adults and Leanne responded promptly to our questions. The owner needs to address the issue with extractor fans in both internal bathrooms which were not working but otherwise a terrific choice for our 3 night stay. Liverpool is a fun city to visit!

A former director of medical suppliers Consolidated Supplies, I worked in overseas health care management for 27 years. I was contracted to a hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE for many years. I first came to Spain to check out the building progress of the Hospital Director's new villa. A favour that resulted in a complete change of life for me and my family. I now live, for most of the year, in Spain and part in Liverpool

I am in love with Liverpool! The city is so full of life and there is so much to do. Culture, shopping , and entertainment just about sum it up. There is something for everyone here and I have always wanted an apartment right in the centre of it all. There are pop concerts, orchestras, museums, historical architecture , art including the modern Tate gallery, comedians, restaurants galore, pubs, bars many with fabulous live bands, the Cavern Club , home of the Beetles, events like "the Giants are coming" in July 2014, football, you name it, Liverpool has it all. What makes it for me though are in indigenous population of Liverpudlians that just make the whole place special. They are warm, friendly and funny. (Even the miserable ones are funny!!)

If you like lots of space, you'll love this apartment. Its over 120 square meters. Larger than most houses. It is light and airy and very comfortable. But the location is what makes it 5 star!
