Diese Villa in Lagoa liegt in der Nähe von Freizeitparks und am Meer. Albufeira Yachthafen und Balaia Golf Village sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Praia da Marinha und Praia de Benagil. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Trilhos do Algarve und Wasserpark Aqualand. Paradise In Porches

Beautiful villa with the most fantastic pool and BBQ area! We stayed for a week and enjoyed visiting stunning local beaches Marinha and Carvalho just a short drive away, travelling along the coast to Odeceixe and Tavira. We spent a couple of days lounging by the pool with lunch at local restaurants in Porches a BBQ by the pool in the evening. Also have to mention our fun day out with our 12 and 14 year old at Slide and Splash just ten mins away -we’ll worth the visit! The location is great and the villa is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is huge with its own balcony and the lounge is so comfortable with a huge screen for movie night! We will definitely return! Thank you to Anita for the warm welcome and to Carmen for her gorgeous home.

Well equipped villa with stunning pool

Lovely clean well kept villa which has everything you need from kitchen ware to pool towels, Sun loungers, kids pool ball, TV, air con, hair dryer, cleaning equipment etc. The second bedroom was downstairs. Outside area was stunning, lots of shade with numerous umbrellas and a great bbq! Pool was safe for kids at the shallow end and by the end of our holiday our 6 year old was swimming lengths! Definitely need a car though, as the main beach & restaurants are a short drive away. We discovered lots of other little beaches 10-20 mins away. Our advice would be to get to the beach car parks by 10am as they get very full up, but we did visit in peak holiday season. Supermarket is 5 mins drive down the hill and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the villa and the area for a small family looking to self cater and get around by car.

Lovely villa and a great location

We (2 adults and 2 children - 9 and 11) have recently come back from a great stay at this villa. Carmen (the owner) was very helpful and answered emails very promptly and covered any questions we had. Anita who was there to welcome us was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed about the villa and the area. The villa has everything you need for your stay and the location is perfect. The pool is much bigger than in the photos and was warmer than we expected and gets the sun all afternoon. The BBQ was used nearly every night and was great. We walked towards the little village a few times and had a coffee in one of the little bars, which was very cheap. I'd definitely recommend this villa as it is in a great location for the airport, beaches and waterparks and has everything that you need. We will definitely be back. Thank you once again. Jaime

Fantastic property with fabulous outdoor space

We had a brilliant holiday and loved the swimming pool and villa. There was plenty of sunloungers etc in the outdoor space and the shape of the building allowed for shade and direct sun...something for everyone. Anita was very helpful and everything was what it said online.

Fantastic villa in a great location - highly recommended

We had a fabulous 10 day stay in this delightful villa and I really recommend it. Really impressed by the cleanliness - it was super clean - and comfort - there was everything you could possibly need. Loved the sofa which was perfect for relaxing when the weather was cloudy and in the evenings. And the bed was huge and very comfortable. There’s a powerful shower and effective, and quiet, air con. Overall it felt light and airy and Carmen has managed to make it feel comfortable and homely without feeling like you are intruding in someone else’s home. The outdoor space was great with a pool area that got all day sun and with space to lounge, eat and relax. The large balcony was perfect for a drink in the evenings. The village is also very nice and close by. All the restaurants we used were really good, the stand out being the Rolha Wine Bar. We didn’t explore the area but it was well placed for doing so if that’s what you want to do. But, if you want a ‘fly and flop’ holiday then there’s no need to hire a car if you don’t want to, everything was within walking distance and the larger supermarket is only a 4e taxi ride away. This villa is fabulous for a relaxing stay in a lovely village. Genuinely can’t recommend it enough.

FFun in the sun

Had a wonderful 12 days. Weather was amazing. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. The outdoor space is much larger than expected and offers both shade and sun from sun up until sundown. We love the sun and from 9am we could set up on one side of the pool, then move to the other depending on the time of day. The pool is lovely, quite warm at this time of the year without being heated. The villa itself if clean and well laid out. The main bedroom is very large with a big balcony. Aircon an added bonus as it is really is warm. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and there are several eateries within walking distance. I would recommend a car, as Porches is only 10 mins away from main supermarkets and beaches. Hubby loved the tv as there are more sports channels than we have at home. Lots of films too, if you can wrestle the remote free. Porches is a quaint village with a mix of locals and tourists, bigger than we expected. We used Yor car for the first time and found them cheap and reliable, we will use them again and we will definitely return to the villa. Fantastic villa

When we arrived we were greeted by Anita who showed us how everything worked and also showed us around. It was everything we expected! Kitchen was fully equipped and Anita had left us some water, coke and ice tea as we had arrived quite late. Bed in main bedroom was very comfortable and we slept very well. Living room area was perfect and we loved the reclining sofa to chill and relax when we had film nights. The pool area was very clean along with the pool. Plenty of sun loungers, nice place to eat and very secure with parking for a medium sized car. Everywhere is easy to get to in the car and great location with some fantastic restaurants. You won’t ever regret booking this villa!

Amazing

The villa was a real home from home experience. Anita who met us after our flight showed us everything and was very much on hand to help if we needed it. Both inside and out were spotless. An excellent property in a lovely village close to lots of amenities

We have really enjoyed our 4 weeks staying at this lovely property. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor space was impressive especially the lovely pool. There were some very good local restaurants within walking distance and a lovely beach within a 5 minute drive. The area is close to many attractions and we enjoyed a visit to Cliff Richard's vineyard. We would certainly love to stay there again.

Best of Portugal

My husband and I stayed here with the children for a week, we had the best time! The pool is lovely the Villa has all the facilities you could ask for and was comfortable and clean. Tranquil and Relaxing.

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely villa based in the quaint village of Porches. It provided us with excellent facilities whilst enjoying a relaxing holiday. For the more active lots of places and restaurants to visit. Porches provides several different choices of restaurants which are all good. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

Beautiful, relaxing and great location!

Villa was perfect for our family of four. Very well maintained inside and out with everything you could possible need in the villa and beaches within 10minutes drive too. The pool (with outdoor shower) and garden were fantastic - sun/shade accessible throughout the day with lots of outdoor seating and lovely ambient lighting in the evening. Outdoor BBQ provided opportunity to eat and relax home from home. Air con in lounge and main bedroom (which has its own lovely balcony). Local restaurants - we especially liked the German Beer Garden - 5 minutes walk - food was amazing! Lots of others only 10minutes drive away. Owners and host in Portugal were both very helpful throughout booking, travelling and holiday. All in all a great villa!

Amazing villa. Perfect location

If your thinking of booking this villa, you will not be disappointed! We have just returned from a two week stay and the whole holiday was fantastic. The owners have really thought about everything when it comes to there guests. The villa is in a great location 5/10 Min Drive to beaches, supermarkets, aqualand and the famous zoo marine. The pool is a lot bigger than it seems in the photos and the outside space is large with lots of seating bbq and Loungers. We had excellent weather (some days too hot!!) and were very grateful for the beautiful garden and pool. The beds are super comfy and lots of space inside the villa. You will not need for anything in there. Portugal, Porches is a beautiful village and some very nice restaurants are favourite being ' A rampa' you will need to book though. Zoo marine is a fantastic day out with the most spectacular dolphins show ever, worth every penny. Anita meets you at the villa when arrive and is very helpful with plenty of tips and directions. I would recommend a car as there is lots to do and see. Thank you Carmen and Patrick for sharing your villa with us and we will definitely be booking for 2017.

Fantastic property - hoping to return

Before we even arrived at the property - our experience of dealing with the owner Carmen was fantastic, in regular contact, offering information, and was so lovely when I asked questions re car hire & car seats. The directions where spot on from the airport, to be honest it's maybe 45 minutes and basically a straight road. On arrival the first thing you notice is the gleaming pool, it's bigger than the photo's show. The outside area is fantastic, there is so much room, an abundance of sun loungers, pool toys and seating. It's also a sun trap, from early morning, to late evening. Also there are gates at the bottom of the driveway if security is important for you especially with young children. We used the outdoor barbeque on two evenings during our stay and it was great to have the option with it there. Inside the property is perfectly formed, there are 2 bedrooms, only the master bedroom has air-conditioning, the second bedroom was for our children and had a high powered fan, so we didn't mind this at all. The living room is well laid out, with a comfortable relaxing sofa, full UK sky tv and fantastic internet. There is also lots of books, which I read two, and left one behind, so I hope the owner hasn't minded. There is a bathroom on the ground floor also which is very handy for children, especially running in and out of the pool. The kitchen has a galley set up, and has everything you can think of, including barbeque tools. There are even shopping bags available if you need for the local shops. I was surprised to see there where towels also available, which was great and if we can return it'll save us packing them as they're so heavy. The only slight criticism, and I really don't want to be negative as I loved it but the water in the shower was temperamental but it could be just a Portugese thing. The temperature was either scalding hot or cold, and the pressure not great. It in no way detracted from our stay and wouldn't keep us from returning but I want to be honest for anyone interested in visiting. The location is very quiet, and is residential. You are located not far from the main road to the east & west. We found the location really perfect for exploring, it's simply 20 mins to all the nearest resorts i.e. Albufeira, Portimao, Alvor, Carvoeiro, and only 5 minutes to Armacao de Pera & Lagoa. 5 minutes drive takes you to either an Aldi in Lagoa, or Intermarche in Armacao. All in all we loved it, and really hope to return next year!!

We were a party of 4 adults and this was our first visit to this lovely villa. Based in the quaint village of Porches it is an ideal location for access around the Algarve. The villa was immaculate and we were met by Anita who provided us with lots of information. Lots of restaurant choices, a few in Porches, and several in Amacao de Pera just 5 mins drive away. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa. We will certainly go back.

Exquisite villa in peaceful village

Our second visit to this lovely villa. Feeling home from home particularly as the weather was unpredictably chilly but soon changed and we could appreciate the full warmth of the Algarve. We were a group of four as in our previous trip and enjoyed all the facilities offered by the villa including the barbecue where we had delicious sardines, meat kebabs, king prawns and finished off with barbecued banana and rum. Trips to Monchique, Carvoeiro, Lakes near Pedreiras, Vilamoura and Quarteira were just a few of the many places we have visited. Not forgetting Armaceo de Pera with its golden beaches. A great holiday.

Fabulous Villa Fabulous Place

We had a great two weeks (Aug 2015) at this fabulous villa in which was a lovely villa to stay in, had everything you needed and in a quiet location which suited us with two young children. The kids loved the pool and we couldn’t get them out of it. We hired a car from the airport and we travelled to various places Zoo Marine, Slide and Splash which were was very near to the villa also visited Albufeira, Portimao, Alvor Carvoeiro. Although we had a few trips out we also enjoyed relaxing days by the pool and having BBQ's’s in the evening. Although the villa was in a quiet location it was in easy reach of the Algarve’s beautiful beaches and the places above that we visited. It had everything you needed in the villa it was very well equipped. We will definitely go back to this villa and hopefully very soon if not fully booked up.

A nice place to unwind

Our stay started when we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the lovely Anita. We were given a tour of the property, lots of information about the villa, the area, shopping, places to eat and drink etc. Seemingly, nothing was too much trouble. Our dealings with the owner were equally easy and we felt that if any request could be accommodated, then it would be. A great time to visit would be when the Oktoberfest is on at the local beer garden, only a short walk away. We were lucky enough to experience this ourselves. The property is as described and was clean and well maintained. It is good to use this area as a base for travelling around this part of Portugal. In our opinion, the manager and owner make this place a bit more like being at home.

lovely villa Loraine from Edinburgh

We had a lovely relaxing week at the villa which was a lovely home to stay in, well equipped and in a quiet area which we all felt very safe in, only drawback was not much to do in the direct area so would advise a car however we got freindly with a taxi driver and just called a taxi to local shops which took us to various destinations such as zoo marine and the algarve shopping centre for as little as 10 Euros so was well worth it. Lovely restaurant down the road called La Ramba and the food was excellent as was the cost of the meals approx 40 Euros for the 4 of us with drinks included. Due to time of the year it would have been good to have the pool heated as we would have been in it a lot more however this would not stop us going back again. Excellent villa

Beautiful Villa in a lovely village

This is a wonderful villa in a quiet location but within easy reach of the Algarve's beautiful beaches and towns. We spent 10 days here during Aug 2015 and had a very relaxing stay with the bonus of the really well done pool area and BBQ facilities for some delicious evening BBQ's and late swimming. The accomodation is really well presented and Anita met us and looked after any questions we had during our stay - easy as she lives just down the road. Very clean and plenty of room for just the two of us but will of course cater for 4 or perhaps 5 as there is a folding bed there too. A hire car is a useful addition as we were able to see a great deal of the area from mountains to beaches throughout the Algarve - there is the bonus of a private gated drive for the hire car as well. It certainly had everything we needed and was just perfect in every way. It is absolutely excellent value for money having researched a number of villas with private pools. We would definitely go back and our thanks again to Carmen and Anita who have thought of everything!!

Relaxing villa holiday.

We have been to Portugal on numerous occasions but this was our first time to Porches. What a wonderful surprise we got, We were greeted by a very friendly lady, Anita who told us about local supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is lovely, clean, comfortable and in a quiet location and the outside area is fantastic with an impressive pool. The villa is positioned so sunbathing is guaranteed all day, the views from the upstairs balcony are stunning especially late evening with a glass of wine. We would recommend this villa to anyone who would like a relaxing holiday in the sun and we would hope to return in the near future.

Holiday treasure

From the first morning having breakfast by the pool with the warmth of the sun on our faces, we knew we were going to have a fabulous time here. All facilities catered for. We used and enjoyed the barbecue area. Local restaurants within easy walking distance, catering from very good value to fine dining. Easy access to major road routes. We visited Silves, Monchique, Mount Foia, Albufeira, Lagos, Sagres, Portimao. One of our party played golf twice at Salgados golf resort. A very comfortable villa. Will come again.

A very impressive, well maintained Villa

We (4 persons) spent 14 days holiday at this villa, which is located 45 minutes drive (A22 to exit 7 then N125) from Faro airport. All of us were very impressed with the layout, facilities and accessibility of places to visit. We were met on arrival by Anita who showed us around the villa explaining everything including where nearest shops/restaurants etc were. Having the N125 so near meant we could easily travel to Portimao, Lagoa, Silves, Loule and Alberfera. The pool was a bonus due to the very hot weather we experienced during our holiday. Numerous "lounges" and sunshades made laying by the pool a luxury after a long day visiting the shops and beaches. The small restaurants in Porches, made eating out in the evenings, well worth while. The German Beer Garten especially, at the roundabout on the N125, was a place we visited numerous times as it was in easy walking distance. We look forward to booking this property again next year and would recommend this to friends and relatives at THE place to go.

Having spent years holidaying in this lovely area, in the same street and neighbourhood, we were fortunate to come across this traditional Portuguese house for sale in 2013.

Renovations have been made and a pool installed in Oct 2014.

We love the "home from home" type holiday this property and location gives you, so we grabbed the chance to invest in this fabulous location for ourselves and our family.

We are a retired. We stay in Porches whenever we can. This property is our Home, and we hope you enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do.

We had holidayed in a Villa in the same street years. We always kept coming back. The sun was always shining, and the villa is situated centrally to get around. Our villa is located in the lovely Portuguese village of Porches, where everyone is always so very friendly. There is always lots to do, so suitable for families or couples. You can stay by the pool, there's TV with a full IPTV package, a great BBQ area plus lots of sun terraces. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away. With just a short stroll you can also be at several restaurants and local bars. Or a short drive, you can be in the next larger town with more cars, restaurants, hotels and beaches. With lots of great family leisure activity places near by, its just a great location. We like golf and its very central to many great courses, the Pestana Golf Group, Salgados, Silves, Gramacho, + more. The area isn't commercialised, but its local to many great bars, restaurants, supermarkets too. Its just a great place to be and a fabulous holiday location.

Centrally situated to lots of activity places for both Adult and Children. It makes a superb base for any holiday.
