Dies ist eine sehr moderne Maisonette in einer ruhigen und kleinen sehr gepflegten Anlage mit großen Gemeinschaftspool. Gratis Wifi. Englisches Fernsehen, spanisches Fernsehen ändern die Sprache in Englisch und viele Filme im Fernsehen mit Stiftantrieb.
Erbaut auf zwei Etagen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine entspannende private Sonnenterrasse, die fast den ganzen Tag über Sonne hat. Es gibt Sonnenliegen und einen schönen Esstisch aus Holz und einen Sonnenschirm. Sehr helle Lounge mit zwei Doppel-Terrassentüren auf die Terrasse. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Geschirrspüler. Dusche und Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Separater Bereich mit Waschmaschine.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eine private Terrasse mit Doppelbett und Einbauschränken. Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken aus Marmor.
Der Gemeinschaftspool ist eine schöne Größe und sehr nah mit vielen oder Platz zum Sonnenbaden
Lokale Geschäfte und Restaurants sind eine Minute entfernt, die Strände und die Hauptstraße sind vier Minuten entfernt. Sie können auf den Golfplatz von der Unterkunft zu sehen.
Der Komplex ist ruhig und friedlich und gehalten zu einem guten Standard. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt der Hauptstraße von Puerto del Carmen mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten ist. Es gibt mehrere Strände nach links und rechts nur über die Hauptstraße.

I couldn't recommend this apt enough it was everything and more you could want in a apt it was supply with everything you need to self cater. They was more than enough towels and a extra bonus was having your own sunbeds.i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul beautiful apt.

Lovely duplex

Spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment from 7th -21st December. Can’t praise it highly enough and had everything you could need in a central location-8 minute walk to main strip. Owner was most welcoming and gave us extended use of apartment on day of departure,due to late flight home. Highly recommended.

House was as described, very spacious, clean, comfortable and full of home comforts. Tucked away at the back of the resort but only a short stroll from all amenities. Great location. Lovely sheltered sunny terrace, comfy sun beds. Pool looked lovely but didn’t venture in. Plenty of spare towels and bed linen. Dishwasher and washing machine came in handy. Welcome pack was a lovely touch on our arrival. Paul was easy to contact should you need him to resolve any issues. Great tv and WiFi facilities throughout the property. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time.

This complex is lovely and peaceful the duplex is nice a welcome book would have been good but you did get a welcome pack in the fridge which was touching. It needs a woman’s touch though to make it more homely a mirror over the dressing table in the bedroom would be great my only gripe was the kitchen not a tea bag or a condiment in the cupboard everywhere I’ve ever stayed you’ve always had these things I even left mine for the next people. The terrace is nice gets very hot for sunbathing so the parasol is a godsend. The place was very clean and an abundance of towels in the bathroom was a plus would I stay here again yes I would

Great location for visiting Lanzarote

The apartment is spacious and located in quiet area. It has fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher...) and all utensils one needs. Two bathrooms with toilet. Spacious terrace next to kitchen to enjoy your meals outside and one small balcony on the second floor to enjoy somewhat nice view with a glass of wine. Parking is on the street - we could always find a place 15-20 m away from the entrance, but hard to judge usual situation because the whole Lanzarote was very empty when we visited. There is small swimming pool in the complex. Wonderful, small sandy beach is just 700 m away. Supermarket SPAR just 300 m away. Many other restaurants and shop in walking distance. Since it is centrally located on Lanzarote, it is perfect place for visiting the whole island (nothing is more than 40 minutes away). We had some concerns because in older reviews there was mention that the apartment is dirty. On our arrival the apartment was tidy clean. Maybe the visitors had bad impression, because some of the furniture or equipment is a bit old and would be nice to replace it. Still there were also some completely new pieces of furniture. In some parts of the apartment also the light is too dim. Door on the balcony needs replacement, still we could manage it after we were shown how to do it. The owner was lovely and was ready to act whenever needed.

Nice apartment in a quiet location

La mejor ubicación para visitar Lanzarote

Excelente apartamento de planta y piso con el menaje suficiente para poder preparar tus propios menús. La cama, almohada y demás ajuar (toallas, sábanas, etc) son de primera calidad. La urbanización está a diez minutos andando de la playa. Bien situado para visitar la isla con fácil aparcamiento gratis a la entrada de la urbanización. Llegamos tarde y su propietario nos dejó en el frigorífico para poder prepararnos unos sandwiches, lo cual fue todo un detalle.

A conveniently positioned terraced house

We arrived on an early morning flight but Paul had made sure the house was ready for us. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We were able to buy al necessary provisions at the local Spar shop and some essentials were already in the house for us. Overall we were very happy and would be pleased to recommend it.

Home from home

Had a fantastic 14 night stay at this home from home. Everything exactly as described on the website and great communication from Paul the owner. Nice welcome pack waiting for us and plenty of towels and bedding. Pool was always quiet with sunbeds available. Must mention the sun terrace - wow! Was sunny from about 10am until sunset. Shaded area with umbrella also available if you need a bit of respite from the sun. A bookshelf full of holiday reads was a great way to relax on a sunbed. Spar shop is a three minute walk and the beach is about seven minutes all turning left out the gate. Take away pizza from Mozzarella (near Spar) is great if you fancy a night in. Paul also very kindly let us stay on until 3pm as our flight wasn’t until 7pm, this was greatly appreciated. Would have preferred to write a bad review to keep this gem hidden but it’s too fantastic so have to share it with everyone. Desperately trying to work out when we can come back and will definitely be recommending this to our friends and family.

Relaxing

Had a very relaxing 8 night stay. Enjoyed the walk to and from the property to the main strip. It took us 7 - 8 mins. Pool was partly barriered off and did not use at all for our stay as we didn’t know why it was barriered off. . We didn’t see anyone else using it either. Wouldn’t recommend the pool for young children unless they are good swimmers. No kiddies area or visible shallow end. The property was very good and was exactly as advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a short walk from the front and all the action and parking is easy. The apartment has a good sized patio which was reasonably private. The bedrooms are comfortable and we slept well. I would comment that the upstairs bath is ready for a bit of TLC and the beach towels were thread bare, although there are plenty of other bath towels to use. Overall , I would recommended this apartment especially if you want a value for money break. The booking process was easy and smooth.

Perfect base to stay

As a regular visitor to Puerto del Carmen, this was a great find. Centrally placed, it was just a short walk down the hill to many of our favourite restaurants on the seafront. The modern apartment was very comfortable, even the beds!! The sun terrace was quite a sun trap too. Highly recommended!

Lovely family holiday!

My family, two boys and a husband, had a fantastic holiday in this lovely house. The house is in a lovely quiet location one line back from the swimming pool. The terrace gets sun all day with its four sun loungers and large outdoor table and parasol. Me and my husband would relax here most of the day while the boys would come and go between us and the pool. Lunches were taken under the parasol on the outside table. The lounge and dining area are very light from the four patio doors. It was great to have a downstairs toilet and shower room when returning from the beach or pool. This was more the boys room whilst we enjoyed the large upstairs bathroom with full size bath and sink. In the evenings we could watch English TV, change some of the Spanish TV channels into English or watch films on the pen drive. It was the most perfect holiday and we all had a great time. Beds were comfy and the upstairs terrace from out bedroom was appreciated. We would recommend this house to anyone.

Lovely apartment. Lots of towels. Welcome pack. Great terrace that gets sun all day. Owner very accomodating and answered emails promptly. Would definitely stay again. A bit of a walk uphill but we didnt mind. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but thats just a minor point. Thanks a million to paul for allowing us to collect our luggage later in the day. Overall extremely happy

Lovely find!

This property is in a quiet area, a 5 minute walk from the beach and main strip of restaurants and bars. There is a spar within a 2 minute walk. The house itself is lovely. Very spacious terrace and 2 good size bedrooms. Plenty of towels and a change of linen were provided. There is a good selection of books too if you like to relax on the terrace and enjoy the peace, which is pretty much how we spent our week there. Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.
