Dies ist ein modernes, preisgekröntes, dreistöckiges Luxus-Stadthaus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die moderne Küche verfügt über einen voll ausgestatteten Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und alle notwendigen Geräte. Die großen, modernen, komplett gefliesten Badezimmer sind mit Duschkabinen ausgestattet. In der Lounge finden Sie bequeme Sofas, auf denen Sie sitzen und den Fernseher von Sony sehen können. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch, an dem bequem 8 Personen Platz finden. Er befindet sich in der Nähe der Küche. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein eigenes, voll ausgestattetes Kino und ein Spielezimmer. Es gibt WLAN-Internetzugang in der gesamten Villa. Das Kino- und Spielzimmer verfügt über eine 100-Zoll-Projektion, einen 7-Zoll-3-in-1-Pool, Airhockey und eine Tischtennisplatte, einen DVD-Player sowie eine Playstation 3 mit zahlreichen DVDs und einer Auswahl traditioneller Brettspiele, die Sie in Ruhe beschäftigen mal. Das Sunray Village befindet sich in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von Almancil. Hier finden Sie eine Reihe von Restaurants und Supermärkten für jeden Geschmack. Nach einer kurzen Autofahrt erreichen Sie die mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichneten Strände. Der Flughafen Faro ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen. Der Garten ist für Mahlzeiten im Freien ausgelegt und verfügt über einen Grill- und Zubereitungsbereich, einen privaten Pool mit Heizung auf Anfrage sowie einen Whirlpool auf dem Dach, in dem Sie herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Sterne beobachten können. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt finden Sie die preisgekrönte Go-Kart-Strecke von Almancil und einige der besten Golfplätze Europas. In der Nähe gibt es viele ausgezeichnete Freizeiteinrichtungen, darunter ein Kino in einem neuen Einkaufszentrum in Loule, einem Wasserpark in der Nähe von Vilamoura, wo Sie auch die vielen Restaurants, Angelmöglichkeiten, Delfinsafaris und Surfmöglichkeiten genießen können.

Great house and great location

Lovely modern house in a great location. Almancil is neautiful and convenient to local attractions, people here are so friendly and accomodatiing. Chris was a great host and replied quickly to email queries and even allowed us a late checkout. Would have been nice to have black out blinds or shutters as very bright in the mornings from 6am, a washing machine would be handy too but these are only minor things as overall house is fab!

Great house in ideal location

Spacious house with lots of extras. Almancil centre 5min drive with good choice of supermarkets & restaurants - we love it here & have been visiting the area for 25yrs! Ideal location for exploring Golden Triangle & Quarteria (all beaches perfect), Vilamoura (good marina for evening meals). Hours drive to Lagos & a further 25mins gets you to Sagres - Fort at most western point in Europe. Coastline here is very dramatic, try happy hour in Burgau or Salema (both small, busy costal villages). Faro worth a visit or get the train to Tavira (pretty town on river with small castle ruins).

Excelente moradia

A moradia é muito confortável e corresponde exactamente ao que é apresentado nas fotografias. Está muito bem equipada, nomeadamente na cozinha, e o espaço exterior é óptimo para fazer as refeições a qualquer hora do dia. A suite fica no andar mais alto, pelo que é muito reservada e a casa de banho muito espaçosa (com banheira e duche!). A piscina, o jacuzzi e a sala de cinema fizeram as delícias das crianças. O estacionamento na rua é muito fácil. O carro é essencial para as deslocações à praia, supermercados e restaurantes. Aconselho vivamente.

Tout y est pour passer un bon moment !

Séjour très agréable. La maison est vraiment superbe, et rend encore mieux en vrai qu'en photo. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour que ce soit entre amis ou en famille. piscine, barbecue, jacuzzi, grand salon, rétroprojecteur, clim etc.. La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient inutilisables par manque d’entretien. Le barbecue était très sale... Ce qu’il manque réellement en bord de mer : une machine à laver le linge, un étendage et des rideaux occultants.

Excellent villa

Our family had a lovely stay in this villa, excellent location 15 mins drive from airport with plenty beaches a short drive away, the standard of accommodation is top drawer and communications with Chris were straight forward and prompt. We would recommend Butchers and Burgers and Bowls for local restaurant options.

Fabulous Townhouse

The house is beautiful, in fact the pictures don't do the property justice. The interior is beautifully finished, and the property is a lot bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. The house is in a lovely development and is about 8 mins by car to Vale do Lobo and a little further to Quinta so I would recommend a car. The immediate surrounding town outside the development (the development itself is beautiful) is not as finished as some of the nearby towns but having said that there is a beautiful beach 5 minutes up the road, Trafal (much cheaper sunbeds than the main beach at Vale do Lobo and great water sports) and within a 2-minute walk is Don Giovanni’s, a lovely simple, good quality Italian which we ate in several times. The pool and outside area are lovely and again very well equipped with BBQ etc. There is a hot tub on the top terrace which we also got a lot of use out of. The hosts Chris & Magda had organised a welcome pack with tea / milk / eggs etc which was a God send as we arrived very late. Magda also does a mid-week clean which was great. There are a lot of beaches nearby, Trafal beach only up the road is beautiful, we also tried the Shack near the lake at Quinta de Lago for food and the kids did obstacle courses on the lake and played on the sand, would highly recommend a visit. We also visited the main beach at Vale do Lobo and we travelled into Vilamoura several times. All an easy commute. For kids, you’re about 20 mins from Aqua park and similar to Zoomarine so there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We'd highly recommend this property and have no negatives, but I would say I’m not sure it’s suitable for people with very young kids. Babies would be fine but tots who’ve just started to walk, say between the ages of 14 and 24 months, you’d need to keep a close eye as the stairs is steep in places and tiled up to the second floor, on the first landing there is a small area with a gap (it’s supposed to be there, part of the design) but it could be risky with a young toddler. Also, the pool, like many in Portugal it is not gated so you’d need to keep a close eye or keep the door locked unless you are outside with them. Like I say it wasn’t an issue for us and the property is beautiful.

The house is excellent. It has everything you need, very well equipped and is quite modern. The pool is bigger than the pictures look and is a very adequate size. Very well situated for exploring Almancil, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Close to Trafal Beach which we loved. Even though it is beside other houses it is so well designed that it is very private. Would recommend a stay

stunning property

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic. The villa is in a great central location in walking distance of a few really great restaurants Butchers was our favourite! The marina, supermarkets and beaches just a short taxi drive away, we used Uber. The villa is stunning really comfortable, The pool is at the perfect temperature and we used it daily. A hot tub is provided but we did not use it. The kitchen is very well equipped. Their are just a few things that let this accommodation down. The decking and some of the garden furniture are in need of repair. I know that this is due to the intense heat but the decking is a tripping hazard. Not all the beds are made up so you loose the luxury feel when the bed next to you is just a bare mattress. The towels provided where hard and some had marks on them. The main thing that really let this accommodation down was the cleaner, she does the minimum she can, under the beds are just full of dust, i drop ped something under there and when I pulled my arm out it was covered in dust bunnies, the floors need a good mopping! The use of a brush and mop would have been a good addition.

The quality and facilities in the villa exceeded our expectations.

The villa was perfect for our family, a great little pool to cool off, BBQ and sun loungers. The villa itself was very well equipped and left us needing nothing and the children loved the games room. We enjoyed watching a bit of UK TV after the children had gone to bed too. There are many great restaurants within a walk or short car journey, supermarkets were easy to find and it was located centrally to visit the Algarve. We will definitely return, we have stayed in many villas and other holiday accommodation and this has been the best.

Great spot within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants.

House also fab with everything you could want for a great stay. Very modern with all the best of facilities. Nice breeze from the coast on most days. We have stay at 5 different properties over the last decade and this rates in the top 2! Thanks Chris & family.... & Magda too

I live in England with wife. I have four grown up children and two grandchildren. My wife and I both work and spend all our spare time at our villa in Portugal.

We fell in love with Portugal many years ago, in particular the Algarve and decided a few years ago to buy off plan our dream holiday home.This meant we had the advantage of tweaking the facilities to suit our needs.
We love the area because of its great location. There are some beautiful beaches and Vilamoura marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport being less than fifteen minutes drive away.

The property is just a few minutes drive to the fabulous beaches. We provide beach towels and umbrellas so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago golf course. Also, tennis at the nearby Academy. There are many types of restaurants nearby including Italian, Sushi and fine dining. If you are looking for great food in the comfort of the house, we can also recommend local caterers who can provide delicious evening meals at reasonable prices. Just ask for information when booking.
If relaxing is your ideal holiday then the Hot tub is a must taking in the lovely views. Followed by a movie or playing a game of footballl on the games table or on consoles in the comfort of your very own cinema room.
